Unbelievable! I can’t get anyone on the phone anytime I ever call. I’ve had them 4 years and they suddenly stopped servicing my area and didn’t even provide any specific details on how they are going to pick their stuff up!! I stayed with them even though they kept up charging every few months and now I have to go through the inconvenience of returning their equipment even though they canceled.

We where warned to be home for the first delivery. Delivery was made, but delivery man even didnt ring the door bell. There wasnt fourth bottle as promised in promotion. Info online was very misguiding. And there is no way to contact them. I guess our first delivery will be the last one.
I paid for service for three bottles to be delivered The first week of the month about $50 a month then someone changes my delivery day to the 12th of every month then they dont even deliver on that day. I call in to ask where is my delivery, And the lady said Ill get it next week and then hangs up on me. They keep on increasing prices and delaying deliveries horrible service. Lets see if they can change my 1 star ⭐ to 5 if not Im cancelling.
Do not use their service. They will scam you in with a cheaper first couple of months and then it’ll be like $40 for just 3 cases of water. When you wanna cancel, you apparently gets charged $50. Watch out for hidden fees of little things. No thank you.
Im sorry to see so many negative reviews. We have been loyal customers for over a year and never had any issues. The water tastes great and weve also enjoyed some other products. Deliveries are on time and can always be modified with the online acct access. When we had financial troubles due to COVID ReadyRefresh was willing to help! So far so good. Keep it up!!!
This company reschedules deliveries without prior approval. Then, when you are not there, they cant deliver but charge you anyway. Their offices say we cannot contact drivers and the reschedule was done by web-by the customer! And conveniently, a manager is too busy to take a call. Horrible followup. Horrible business practices.
I have been with ready refresh Nestlé for almost 30 years. I have had nothing but excellent service from the drivers all the way up to customer service in the office. I understand that the delivery charge has gone up so I changed it from monthly delivery to every three months to save on that. They wanted to go up in the price of the 5 gallon water jugs, but a simple phone call and patients and they were willing to work with me and adjust the pricing due to the amount of time I have actually been with them as a customer. I would highly recommend this company not only because they do communicate well with you and let you know that the water will be there between 8 AM and 5 PM and if they are unable to make it due to a truck breaking down or other unfortunate issues They do communicate with you and get your delivery out to you by the next day. It’s a shame that so many people have so many negative things to say and usually won’t reach out and see the good things that they’ve actually done like leaving the free samples they leave with your delivery sometimes. Without a doubt the worst company and customer service I have ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Had their service for about 7 months. I normally used 5 bottles of water per month. On one occasion they delivered 20 bottles to my door and would then not take them away. Other times they would deliver no water. They never got an order right once. If you call customer service they will tell you what you want to hear and then do what they want. After I had moved and discontinued service they kept delivering water to my old house and charging me for it. Good luck if you have to use them. I would rather drink pond water.
Amazing that Nestle Ready Refresh, donated 5 million gallons of water to covid and now want an extra $2.00 for every 3 and 5 gallon jug the public buys! Its our money they are donating, yet they get the credit and the tax write off for the donations and we pay extra for our delivery. Service has been good for the last 10 years. Cancel time coming soon.
Weve had nothing but great experiences with ReadyRefresh. Its always easy to get in touch with someone to have our cooler cleaned and modifying our order is extremely simple online. Great customer service. Would highly recommend!
I have called several times for my account with issues and I am never able to reach anyone. I have left message inquiries on the website and I still dont get a call back. What kind of company doesnt have working customer service phones? I need to cancel my services.
Because I can’t give zero stars I’ll resort to giving one. Worst service, and worst customer service, I’ve ever had with a business. Account was set for auto-delivery every 14 days. Yet every 5-6 days I get a text that the delivery would be for the next day! Customer service was rude and argumentative. Would never recommend this company to anyone!!!
We cancelled our service after just a year and 2 months because of several reasons. The coolers they use break -- OFTEN. We had three in that short time. They refused to replace the latest broken cooler because it was out of warranty which started with the first broken cooler and did not reset with the last broken cooler. Thats crazy. Also, you have to watch your bill carefully, it will change often. Even if they give you a promotional rate dont expect it to be there a month later. Any changes to your account will wipe that out, even changes to the delivery date or number of bottles. It became too frustrating to monitor a water delivery bill that carefully every month. Many of my neighbors tried to talk me out of using them based on their experience. I thought I was smarter. I wasnt.
I have never witnessed the sheer lack of care or concern for customers and customer service like that of ReadyRefresh IN MY LIFE!!! After a phone call a month for over a year, this company still brought our office water deliveries outside of our business hours and then...they dont notify you that you missed a delivery...they just let you run out of water and then discover that your next delivery is scheduled 30 days out from your missed delivery!! Im being dead serious. This happened over and over and over and no matter what kind person I spoke to over the phone, all they ever do is give excuses, they NEVER make it right. They never offer to compensate you. This company seriously needs to examine its systems of communication, its customer service and its values.

Every couple months they want to up the bill started off at around 20month now it 40 and they want to up it another 8 so 48a month for 3 5gallon waters and rental of the machine that’s just ridiculous when calling to cancel service they were very rude told us we would have to give them all the water we just paid for and that they would still be charging us this month as well . If could give no stars that’s what they would get will never do business with them again . Your better off getting your own machine and water on your own be a lot cheaper and less stressful
I wasted an entire day sitting in. My delivery is here by 8am normally. Recording said 5pm. No delivery. I call back and now says tomorrow. All the rep on the phone could say was “For Sure”. Couldn’t tell me what time my delivery would be tomorrow. Guess what? I’m not sitting in and losing another day. My time is valuable and refuse to lose a second day to a company who based on their representatives handling, could care less. If I’m home, I’m home. If not then we will waste your time and see how you like it. Make this right and I’ll remove this review.
Dont sign up for a subscription delivery! They make the first one REALLY cheap but thats because it will be EXTREMELY difficult to cancel. First of all, you cannot do it online... and good luck finding this out... youll be clicking around trying to find the word cancel in manage deliveries for a long time before realizing that you have to call them, and I only found that by directly searching for the word cancel in FAQs. Then of course when you call, you will have to endure a long and annoying automated menu where the option to cancel IS NOT EVEN MENTIONED. I had to sit through all the options saying, no, no, no, no until they finally allowed me to be connected with a service representative that I could ask to cancel. I wish Id looked into this before I signed up, this kind of obnoxious practice isnt one I would have knowingly supported.

Im starting to think this company practices fraudulent billing. Billed for items I did not order and promised a refund twice to my credit card. Never received it. Waited 20+ mins to talk to someone. I skipped my orders from Jan- April 2020, and low and behold, January delivery was reactivated and I was billed for it. I sent a certified letter to cancel my account entirely. The letter was received 1/6/2020. Account NOT been cancelled to date. Dont hand your credit card info to these people.
Restarted water a few months ago and price increased within a year. Call call call Email cant cancel service keep getting charged no way to automated cancel.
If I could give these guys no stars I definitely would. My delivery was supposed to be from 7am to 9am. At 9:45am I called the main branch, she was very polite and said Ill send a message to the branch manager. At 10:05 am he calls me and says we never got your cooler in. I said then why didnt you call. His answer was I Dont Know. I said look just bring it tomorrow by 8 am. He said we cant I said why not, he said the main office doesnt know this but we dont get started until 8am.Now I call the main office back and some guy answers who sounds like he doesnt care about his job. I tell him what happened and he says what do you want me to do about it. I tell him your companys customer service is horrible. I tell him to send me to billing. Thank God I got to speak with the lady from earlier. She said I remember you, did the branch manager handle it. I told her what happened and she said wow thats horrible and then I tell her about the guy who transferred me. I hope upper management gets it right. As a VP for a company, there is no way in hell I would let that go on in my company. They would be fired on the spot both the manager and customer service guy.
Progressing with technology? Dont think so. Have to print 4 pages of invoices if I still want to mail a monthly check rather than exposing my account to autopay. Of course I have to inquire as to where the mailing address is because its not on the 3 page printed online invoice. Calling for customer service for the address was unsucessful at 8:25 am, as the call was routed to a dial tone twice. Wonderful professional recorded voice for routing, but no results contacting anyone. Theres some major glitches with this new technology. Automation can be wonderful, but not this way. We are a very long time customer and would like the techies to understand this is not how to improve a system. :(
I canceled my account twice now and instead of the driver picking up my empty containers and the water cooler, he left another bottle .. Twice. I have been calling for 3 days and cannot get a hold of anyone after waiting 25 minutes.
I was told by the delivery driver that he would put the water in the garage......I live alone and over 65 and he left it in the driveway
The drivers are great I wont take anything away from them but, customer service is terrible. I have been calling for weeks to get my machine replaced. I have been on hold so far today for 27 minutes.
Great water. Poor website and interface. Confusing not intuitive. Use paper invoice not paperless. Difficult to change delivery dates.Deliveries have been days early and days late with no notice. Billings have doubled up some months. Customer service reps are very helpful after you get through the automated answering service.UPDATE: In my opinion it seems to have gone from bad to worse. The website is dysfunctional and now customer contact service is poor as well. I’ve dropped the service, just wish I could get the product delivered by someone else.

Just as everyone else, I wish I could give them zero stars. I’ve been trying to get ahold of this company for a week now in regards to missed deliveries and being shorted both cups and water. I ordered 4 sleeves of cups, received 1. I ordered 3 jugs of water, I received 2 and they’re a week late on my delivery to my place of business. As a medical facility in the heat of Florida, I need a company that is reliable and this is not the one.This week I was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes for a SECOND time, someone finally answered and listened to my struggle just to put me back in the queue. I submitted two contact requests online and still haven’t heard back after 4 days. I give up. If you’re looking for a reliable water company for your business or home, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
The Yelp reviews describe my experience to a tee.This company - which used to be solid - is now an abomination. They missed my delivery dates for 6 straight deliveries (up to a week late), Ive been put on hold for up to 20 minutes (its admittedly gotten better, recently), and even their site supervisor is seemingly disinterested in remedying issues with the company. They are literally the only water company Ive ever had issues with in 10+ years. Its a shame, as their drivers and most customer service reps are nice people.I simply couldnt take it anymore, and just cancelled my service. Which was surprisingly the easiest of all customer service experiences the past few months.
Rude drivers . They came to set up service very nice no issues . Had dilivery for a few months without an incident. Than 2 weeks ago ha a driver go into a soft side of my driveway where any idiot can see specially a driver that has experience not to drive there. He went there created holes and holes on that side destroyed my driveway. Called them and they came out and said thought it was a little hole left and have not gotten a response from them . Yesterday was a dilivery the driver called me saying can I meet somewhere for dilivery cause we cant diliver to your house. Lets just say I had no dilivery. No call from customer service . Takey experience dont ever trust them. Shame on them for having poor customer service.
Renting one of their second hand water dispensers. It is not working. Last week I was told a supervisor would call me since I wanted to complain. Its now Monday. Still NO CALL, and when I just called them I got a recording that said due to high call volume I could not even leave a message and to try again later. Terrible customer service.

After seeing the negative reviews here, I must say that Ive had them for almost a year now and I am more than satisfied. My orders have always been on time. I even get a text saying theyll be here within the hour, and 20 minutes later theyre here. With hurricane Irma I had no issues whatsoever and my water was on my porch just days before the hurricane hit (it was my normal scheduled day off the month). Changing your delivery dates and orders online is a breeze, so Im not sure why other people are having issues. Also, my first water dispenser wasnt putting out hot water, and they were here the next day and replaced the whole thing at no cost. Great customer service!
Horrible customer service. I asked for delivery on Friday every 3 months and then j get a notification that 2 months after the original delivery Im going to get water delivered on a Wednesday. When I call in tok tell them Im not available on Wednesday (I had not yet even realized that only 2 months had passed) they said they had no way to contact the drivers and that I should leave a note at the door. The driver calls me on thursday saying theyre almost there and I tell them that Im at work. I finally had it delivered on Friday which is my day off, but now I have enough water for 4 months and Im calling in and Ive been on hold for 20 minutes and the chat robot on the website is not even responding.
Weve been with Zephyrhills Water for more than 10 years. After Ready Fresh purchased Zephyrhills Water, they are getting really greedy. Big Corporation paid more salary for their CEO and executives. Their greediness made they increased the priced for whatever they wanted to benefit their CEO and executivess salary and bonuses. They are also cutting the employees for customer services. It takes long time to reach customer services and discussed the issues. Then, this horrible customer services by ReadyFresh are not willing to help. So, we decided to say sayonara to this Greedy Company. And not in million years, we will buy any ReadyFresh water after knowing so greedy and dishonest they are. If you care about working people, buy from other company, at least not from this company.

They have the worst customer service. I have 15 empty bottles at my house, Im completely out of water. Ie been trying to call for 2 days and held for over 45 min and no one answered. It said you would have a 25 min wait, nope they never answered the phone. I was having the same problem at our business account. I switched the business to their competitor. Than, they showed up after I cancelled the business just dropped off water. I advised them that we no longer have Ready Refresh, the driver said keep it, Im not taking it back. DO NOT GET THEIR SERVICE!
Customer since 1989 in the PAST 5 YR SINCE THEY CHANGED FROM, ZEPHYRHILLS. service and delivery and billing all have been horrible, i have called a dozen times and asked for 2 month delivery and only water when needed, today they explain they have to deliver 2 bottle every month or i would have to call and cancel, they used to come in and check. and deliver what was needed, the lady today Janet in mass office stated she didnt need to listen to me and she will cancel my service and hung up on me,WOW WOW unbelievable,,, janis kievit

Hands down the most incompetent company Ive worked with. Called many times to tell them that our office doesnt open until 10AM. Driver always leaves water by front door before we open. Usually half the water is stolen/missing. I called to have leaking water dispenser repaired, telling them that we dont open until 10AM. I call them again the day before they show up to tell them 1 more time we dont open until 10AM... And they still show up at 8. Now I have water damage on my floors. Id NEVER recommend your company to anyone!
Worst service, pricing will change without telling you and they will take extra bottles you have and not replacement them and they say there is no deposit but if you go to replace a bottle anywhere the extra they took will cost you
The company charged me $20 dollars a month late fees and never sent me any bills I got ads from them and never received a bill.
