Just spent 40 minutes on hold from 800 phone number. 09:00 the local delivery base opened, so hung up to call local and get right through. Wrong! They use same 800 number. So far still on hold after additional 30 minutes.Calling to get missed scheduled pick up/ drop off taken care of today. All good, gave me time to look up other companies that may have better service and prices. A company that may actually want my business and knows how to answer a phone.This company went downhill big time. Customer since 1992 Wont make 30 years. 1 star minus 2! Did I mention they SUCK.

I can not get anyone on the phone! Our water cooler hasn’t worked in weeks but literally no one answers the phone or emails!!!! Mind you they gave us a used water cooler when we signed up for a NEW one! I am so over the lake of customer service! I have jugs of water I can’t use because the cooler is broken!

Can NEVER reach anyone on their customer ‘service’ number! I have tried repeatedly to end their water delivery service, but apparently how they ‘keep’ customers is by never answering phones, emails & any other way to contact them. terrible service!

We have been getting Crystal Springs water for several years now and have been happy with their deliveries. Our deliveries were always on time until a few months ago now they come after the delivery date. However we are still pleased with our service so if your looking for great water you’ve come to the right place.

I would NEVER recommend this company. Note even worth the 1 star I had to select. Horrible communication - it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, nor do they return emails.Initially, we had the Brio filtration system. Crystal Springs called and wanted to update our system. We agreed. They brought in a H&C Pureflo system and took out the Brio. This was all during the height of the Covid pandemic.The new H&C Pureflo system required more hands on touching to operate. We called and asked them to bring back the Brio as it operated by a lever that you used your glass to press it. They did. Now they are charging us for early termination. This is incorrect as we still had a system in place. On May 10th, a staff associate from our office spoke with Christina and she was putting in for a refund of the $350.00. The request was denied. They still owe us $350 as we did not terminate our contract. And - they continue to bill my credit card monthly and the online site does not allow you to remove that billing option. I have requested via online, by email and to the corporate office to cancel our account and to pick up their equipment, but no one replies. Our next step is to deliver the equipment to their local office.

On hold for more than an hour... on hold message says... ask your associate, be right with you etc... this message will play stating the same over and again but guess what? Can u say closed! Closed on the weekends .. closes at 5... wow... Better have a problem during their business hours....

Truly one of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with. My delivery is frequently wrong and then the company miserably fails to rectify the issue. I suggest avoiding this company at all cost.

We have had water delivered to us for about a year. In November last year we failed to get a delivery. We called in and noon could tell us why we were skipped and we got rescheduled. They then proceeded to skip us over and over and over for THREE scheduled deliveries despite numerous phone calls and no one able to explain. Finally we got hold of a supervisor and she organized a delivery which actually happened on the fourth scheduled date. Then we got a phone call to apologize and to let us know that that specific delivery was going to be comped due to all the inconvenience. Then no one did the comp and they charged us anyway. When we called to complain we were told they would query with the local branch but the call center could not help us. We called more than once to chase up the comp and now two months later we have never received it. If I could find another vendor for the specific water that I need to due to a medical situation I would drop these guys in a heart beat. Talk about not feeling valued as a customer. Definitely move on and find someone else!!UPDATE: I called the call center and they told me a credit was issued yesterday although I received no phone call or email to update me so I have upgraded my review from 1 star to 3 stars [sigh]

UPDATE: The good folks in Tampa figured out the problem with the National call center and straightened out the error. Juan, our delivery driver for the area, rushed it over to my house today - much appreciated Juan! So, I will not give a one-star for the local company when the National call center messed it up. A new customer for our local water delivery company. Thanks guys and gals at Tampa Crystal Springs Water Delivery!ordered a water dispenser and 4 jugs of water. It was setup to be delivered 10 days later on April 28, 2021. They held the deposit in my bank account. I received an email stating everything was setup.On the 27th of April I received an email with an order number advising that the dispenser and water were being loaded in the truck and will be delivered on the 28th. I took the morning off to receive the delivery. By 10:00 am, I called and asked if I could get a timeframe as I have to work in the afternoon. The man said they would let the route driver know to call me. Around 3:00 pm, still no call. I called the phone number again and was told there “WAS NO DRIVER ASSIGNED TO MY ORDER...” What?!? They had the order, it was just never assigned to anybody to deliver it. She kept asking me if I wanted 2 or 4 week delivery. I finally spoke with a supervisor who said he would contact somebody to get it delivered tonight (4/28). Well, I am still waiting at 7:15 pm, no water or dispenser. I am bewildered....... so disappointing, terrible way to do business.

I was getting separate charges on the water app, and emails with different invoices. I did not know what exactly I had to pay and I decided to just try and end my service. I called them twice and waited on hold for 1hr+ both times and didnt hear back for a week. Customer service is terrible, would not recommend water delivery from this company

My family has had their water delivery service for the past two months. Not a very long time and yet theyve already failed to deliver water on their stated dates multiple times. In fact, theyve botched all but ONE delivery. Never once have we been given even a courtesy phone call. Its been almost a week now and they havent called or delivered the water we already paid for. You know what its called when you take someones money and dont deliver the product they paid for? Oh right, theft. YOU HAD ONE JOB. If they make things right Ill be happy to take this down.Id rather not go down any legal route but as things stand now, their service is just that bad. Or maybe Ill keep your water cooler as compensation to get your attention.

I would give them 0 stars if I could.Long customer service wait times, trucks break down, deliveries dont show up. We rely on distilled water to run all our sensitive equipment. Cannot rely on this company AT ALL !!!

The Mountain Valley spring water I got delivered from this company is great but this company has horrible management, horrible software for scheduling/orders and horrible customer service. Its been a nightmare. I recommended them when I first started with the service last year to 2 neighbors who just canceled their service with them. I am trying to cancel too but I cant even get them on the phone. UGH. Stay away from this company.

The delivery service is very convenient and we have many options to choose from when it comes to delivery dates and times. We also enjoy the great service our delivery person provides. I enjoy the home delivery of cases of gallons of distilled water. I trust the quality of the product and enjoy the convenience of home delivery. All of my inquiries or order modifications are answered promptly and efficiently by the courteous staff at Crystal Springs. The delivery drivers are also courteous and accommodating.

Terrible service! Service is not reliable and I am supposed to be flexible when they cant deliver for whatever reason but if I decide I only want 4 waters instead off my normal 6 they insist on delivering 6. I just got my last delivery from them.

Been using their 5gal water service for years now. Theyre very courteous and always come when expected. We accidentally left our empty water jugs at our side door which is out of view of the front door. Crystal Springs driver still picked them up! Theyre amazing, not to mention the water quality is the best. We couldnt imagine not having their water cooler in our home!

This is crooked company. I owe $82 and paid courier in cash. Did not recieve a receipt.im now being harassed by their creditor company for $593. They purposely have not contacted me for any payment so it would go to collections. And refuse to take original payment. A true POS company. My account number is #853981119703982 in case they want to check how the ruined my credit score by being a shady organization.

Five straight days of missing my water delivery this week. Not one time did they call to notify me. So I have to call them only to hear it’s being canceled again. Horrible service on both delivery and communication. Calling competition Monday and will pay a premium just to have decent service.

Worse customer service ever. Put my account on hold because through this pandemic each person in my home lost their jobs. Got not 1 invoice over last 3 months, turned in empty bottle, never got credit. Account now in collections. Stay away from them!

Good value and service. We do get leaking bottles every three or four months, and then they leak out of the cooler. If I didnt work from home, we would have come home to a flooded kitchen and family room with laminate flooring. Luckily, we caught it within about an hour or two each time.

The price is good, however you get what you pay for in terms of service with this company. Its not worth the headache. Consistently, time and time again, for the year I held an account, I received the worst service I have every been subjected to in my entire 30 years of adult life. Even after canceling, I am still having a service issue. Avoid using Crystal Springs at all costs. Ive switched to a new delivery service.

Horriable company to do business with. Ive had a broken water cooler since Sunday. Monday was a holiday. I contacted them Tuesday morning and they told me they would send someone out on Wednesday and no one called or showed up. I called Thursday and they said they would send someone and no one called or showed up. I finally spoke to a manager on Thursday evening after no one showed up or called. She reassured me that she was sorry and she would make sure someone came Friday. No one showed up on Friday! This company is horrible and I would stay clear of them. Ill be moving my business else where

RIpped us off. Brought water once and then never again. A month and a half of emails to them trying to get the water they promised. They would lie and say they delivered it. 2 years later I have collection agency trying to collect over $400. I had my own water cooler and everything. They brought a total of 8 bottles and never did anything else. Shame on you.

Stay away at all cost. The water cooler broke down. We called to have it replaced, but we never heard from them. They stopped delivering water after a while. But one thing they made sure of, is that they bill us for the water cooler every month. Four months later, they sent a notice that we owe for the (broken) water cooler.

Horrible customer service in Tampa. Have been out of water for a month. Have called customer service several times - no luck. Two times I was silly enough to hold on for 35 minutes. However, when I clicked on set up a new account in the chat option, got a rep immediately. She was useless but she did at least acknowledge the chat prompt. The water is good, the service is bad.

Absolutely horrible costumer service! Had a cooler issue and set up for them to come out on a Tuesday. Wednesday I called to say they didnt show up and set it up for them to come out Thursday. Friday had to call back bc they were a now show again. Oh did I mention that you have to wait 25-35min to speak with someone. Friday they said someone will be out Monday. Monday comes around and they went to my other location where I rent a cooler and switched out that one, which was completely fine. I called and spoke to a supervisor to cancel my service. I told them they need to come pick up my coolers. They were supposed to come to my house Friday to pick one up and again a no show. Unreal. On top of it, I tried to call today and was waiting over an hour for someone to talk too and had to hang up. Absolutely horrible.I am assuming you have to hold so long to get a hold of someone bc that many peole are calling in with issues. I dont know recommend obviously

Servive sucks big time... I should not have to go buy water when I pay you all for water. If you give out delivery dates then you all should deliver it that day. I should not have to call three times on that day to get my water, then you still dont show up. I call today and now I have to wait tIll tomorrow to get it... The people I talk to send out messages telling you that I didnt get my water and to contact me an (WHAT) I still dont hear anything. This is bull sh**. I have four kids that want water...

Terrible customer service. They are one of those companies who fall all over themselves to get you as a customer, but when you call customer service as an established customer, good luck getting a representative on the phone. They are always experiencing longer than usual waits. I guess they dont have to take care of you since they already hooked you.Another issue I have is the taste of the water. The purified drinking water has a plastic-y aftertaste that I have never tasted on any other brand of purified drinking water. I would like to change tio spring water, but cant get through on customer service line to make the change.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
