One of the worse companies to deal with ! Terrible customer service ! Constantly overcharging and and stating you have carry over payments when every month is paid with auto pay. Then auto pay screws up as well !! Problem after problem every month that never gets resolved ! Go with another company

I do not have a water delivery account with this company. However, they delivered 5 five gallon water bubbles and left them in front of my garage, blocking my car in. I have now called them on four different occasions, and its been almost a week, and they are still in my driveway despite several assurances that they will be removed. I would throw them out myself but for the fact that I have a broken back, which I have told them and each call that I have made. So I am blocked in to my house, and the company is not taking any responsibility at all for removing these bottles that were delivered in error,

Just want to spread the word that Zephyrhills 5 gallon bottles are a total rip-off for $7.50 at Publix. It is less expensive to buy a lower quantity of any spring water and then fill up your 5 gallon bottle manually...
