The only place to get survival and safety products, excellent staff will show you how to use it. The best brands including Mustang Survival, Crewsaver, ACR and Viking Rafts. Working as a Captain my first concern is a safe operating environment for both passengers and crew, I know I can always rely on my friends at Solution One Maritime.

Rude! I will never be back. Mo the receptionist was very rude and insulting to us because we didn’t have a mask on. Called us names, didn’t want to even hand my wife one because she didn’t want to get germs she said. Mo kept on and on with rude comments the whole time there. I was going to buy a epirb but will be spending my money elsewhere.

Great prices and excellent service. Yusri went Out of his way to get us the safety gear and information we needed. Best price on a new RIB we could find with lots of inventory on the floor. Amazing work these guys are doing Re-certifying life rafts! Cool to see it in action.

Highly recommended business...what a great experience! Personnel were very informative, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They spent a great deal of time showing me a number of different options, explained the equipment and the various differences between them, and answered all my questions. They seem genuinely concerned that you purchase the appropriate equipment for your particular needs to ensure that youre getting the highest possible level of safety... Priceless!!

I was in the market to purchase a 20HP Tohatsu outboard motor with electric start and trim. After searching for a price, I was interested in the availability of the motor. Every dealer was from 4 to 6 weeks from being able to deliver the motor except for Elvin at Solution One. He stated that there was one on order and the exact delivery date. Everything came together as Elvin said and I could not be happier. In my eyes this company is great to do online business with.

All I can say is these guys have above and beyond customer support. I was having some trouble with my 2007 zodiac and these guys gave me the best advice and assistance over the phone. I am new to zodiac and I very much appreciate the time they took with me.

I bought a Mercury inflatable dinghy, it took me calling them 3 times over the course of a day to find out if they had what I wanted. They did and I picked it up the next day. Three days later I went to buy some davits and a personal locator beacon. The one guy who knew anything about what I wanted wasnt around, while someone else was trying to find a brochure, a lady told me to move my Sprinter van because it was in a No Parking zone, (it wasnt and it wasnt in anyones way) I finally gave up when the guy asked for my number and told me someone would call me back. No one would call me back when I wanted a $2500 boat, I know no one will call me back for a $300 part. I highly recommend anywhere else.

I Inquired for a repair on an infalatable boat. Elden said it’s not worth his time. I said “we didn’t even discuss a price” he said, “it doesn’t matter, it’s not worth his time” TERRRIBLE customer service. Little did Eldon know, price is not an issue for me. I just wrote a check to their competitor for $1300 for the 4” repair.

Used Solution One Marina to recertify 2 offshore life rafts. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. The one raft was too old and out of date to be recertified, so we ended up purchasing a new Plastimo raft from them. Very fair pricing and spent additional time with us going through what was replaced. We also purchased type 1 PFDs through them online several months ago. They had the best pricing and delivery was fast.

I am a full time sailboat cruiser and was in need of a new dingy and motor this spring. After researching price and products I visited this store and was sold on the Tohatsu as reliable, well warrantied engine. I was sold on the Mercury dingy as being made out of the same Hypalon material as Achiles except a better warranty. I purchased both. After setup at the dock the Tohatsu would not run. I discovered one spark-plug completely broken off under the cowl with plug wiring laying in bottom. It appeared there was evidence on the engine block that the unit had been dropped. Solution one would not replace the engine, told me to just put a new plug in and trust the warranty. Seeming to have no other options I tested the motor and dingy for a day with no problems, and then headed out to anchor at Cayo Costa Cay with a fresh tank of treated gas. The Tohatsu ran fine until it wouldnt start. Of course we were a mile from our sailboat. 50 pulls later and rowing for a while it decided to run and then ran fine for a day. The exact same thing happened the next day. We sailed back to the coast and called Solution One. Their warranty procedure was: 1. Bring the motor to us. 2. We will investigate. 3. If it turns out to be a gas issue we charge you. I was 50 miles away on a sailboat with an intermittent running dingy motor. To do so would cost me a truck rental and mooring charges - and based on the way the engine acted it was likely to start and run fine resulting in a charge from Solutions One time. At a cost of over $200/day and a we charge you if we dont see the problem attitude, I sold the Tohatsu at a big loss and ordered a Suzuki. We have now used the Suzuki and dingy for 5 months. I have discovered a pin-hole in the airdeck floor, with no evidence of puncture and careful use. I opened the provided repair kit to find there was no glue in the kit. I have also discovered that Mercury uses PVC for its airdeck floor on its Hypalon boats! I called Solution One - they said there was no warranty on the floor if it wasnt at a seam, and that I just needed to order a new one at a cost of $400.Bottom line - if you need a reliable, solid dingy set-up Do Not Buy a Tohatsu or a Mercury airdeck OR from Solution One Maritime.Update - I patched the air deck floor since I could not get it warrantied. There are now two more pinholes that have developed in the floor after extremely careful use. Mercury is now considering wether they will warranty floor. We will see.

May be a wrong place or wrong i dont know ... whatever is but is not a Honda outboard shop, they dont have spark plugs for my Hondas, nor willing to work with other shops on wholesale because very few qualified on their high scale, not even United States Power Squadron members. 😩

I called about ordering a part and the salesperson took my name and number. He never called me back. Needless to say, I called TA Mahoney and they took care of me in less than five minutes. Very Poor customer service.
