Customer relations here is unmatched and second to none!!! I personally spoke to their machinist when i dropped crankcase off. Got my crankcase back, bored out, cleaned, leveled and spot welded to fix a leak I didn’t even know about from their machinist. Also purchased a complete rebuild kit for my Yamaha outboard along with a Yamaha outboard manual. Sam at front desk went completely out and above my expectations with his customer service. He explained and gave me some valuable advice. He and another gentleman at desk ( didn’t get his name ) helped me out tremendously. They did everything except come to my house and do rebuild for me lol. Told me if I have any issues or questions feel free to call back so we can figure it out....
My Husband and I had a 120 cross flow locked up, we decided to rebuild the engine and we found this place online. We told them what we wanted and they gave us exactly what we asked for and a few tips when rebuilding a 2 stroke engine. Awesome customer service, fast shipping, and knowledgeable. Definitely getting future parts from this place.
I have done business with Sam for over 15 years. I have never been disappointed. Fantastic business and honest people. I will always buy from them.
Highly professional. Good to work with and knows the industry. Very responsive and positive. Thank you for dealing with me lack of knowledge and sharing what you know.
Amazing store with a wide variety of parts and customer service is excellent! The people working there care about each & every customer and are very professional. They know what theyre doing & go above and beyond to get you exactly what is needed to get back out on the water again. The shipping is fast and handled very carefully to ensure your parts are delivered safe and undamaged. The sales clerk is very helpful with any questions you have when you call in. The location is excellent! Accessible through Hillsborough ave, waters ave, sligh ave and Johns road. I highly recommend Happiemac Marine to everyone in need of boat parts and services!
Amazing staff! I have a 150 4 stroke Yamaha, couldn’t figure out the issue so I found this place on Facebook. I talked to one of their employees, they asked me to bring the boat in and they hooked it up to their computer and told me I had a faulty TPS. They had it in stock so I bought it immediately and went home to install it. Haven’t had anymore issues thanks to HappieMac .
BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!, THIS COMPANY DOESNT STOCK MANY PARTS AND FOOLS YOU TO BUY PRETENDING TO BE GETTING YOUR PART RIGHT OUT. THEY WILL PRINT A LABEL AND THE SYSTEM WILL SHOW YOU IT AS BEING SHIPPED AND THEY WILL JUST ORDER FROM LOCAL DISTRIBUTORS AND GET IT THE NEXT DAY AND SEND IT TO YOU. YOU CAN GET FROM THESE PLACES THE SAME AS THEM AND NOT HAVE THEM AS A DECIEVING MIDDLEMAN .,DONAVAN, PRO MARINE, LAND AND SEA AND MANY OTHERS. EVEN AMAZON, ETC. THEY WILL TAKE THE LABLES OFF FROM WHERE THEY GOT IT AND OR REPACKAGE AND MAKE YOU THINK IT IS ALL FROM THEM..SHOP BEFORE YOU BUY. THIS IS 100% TRUE. I WAS THERE AND SAW IT IN PERSON.
Seemed to be very helpful at first. I gave them a list of parts needed for Verado rigging. They got back to me with what they had in stock, told me what they did not have and gave me a bundled price with 3 items total. One item is discontinued and they had an attractive price on it. When i asked for the pn to research if it was discontinued due to defects or problems they ignored the question several times. When confronted about why they were beating around the bush they explained they knew what I was doing trying to shop around on them. ALTHOUGH the item is discontinued and not available to the public any longer, or dealers, they were scared i would try and find it cheaper. AFTER they beat the price by 300 on the new updated part. I was completely caught off guard and thought they were trying to sell a new old stock part that had a bad failure rate. The fact they were not being upfront and kept saying we are fine if you dont buy from us its OK. YET refused to give part numbers even though that is all I needed to get some confidence in buying a part that was discontinued and replaced with an updated version. A waste of time if you ask me. They were great up until the point of not making a purchase over the phone. Sent pictures of items and all. Great customer service until i asked for the OLD OUT DATED PART NUMBER.UPDATE SINCE I CAN NOT REPLY TO THE RESPONSE.Please note the rigging was purchased elsewhere. From a company who stocked all of the parts needed. Not just a few items (3 out of 15 is what they tried to offer.) 1 of Happiemacs 3 parts for rigging a Verado is no longer in production. It was discontinued for some reason. I wanted to know why so I requested the part number. That started this whole issue where they became short and rude. PLEASE READ ALL review replies and decide for yourself. What business calls people cowards and key board warriors? That alone should show you you do not want to do business with them. I suggest all who have similar experiences take this one step further and reach out to the BBB. I know I am.Happiemac sells new old stock, factory close outs, damaged packaged items, and discontinued items. COUPLED with poor customer service. END OF STORY.ANYONE can reply to a comment saying 99.9% of customers are happy just because that is a number they come up with doest mean it is true.Do yourself a favor and skip them when you need ANYTHING marine related. I wonder how many of these great reviews are from employees? What makes you think i dont have money for $3,000 in rigging? Considering the engines rage from $10K used up to $30K new.... Makes no sense to me?I also find it funny that I wore you out on rigging. When I submitted a list of part numbers that I needed. You didnt have to do anything beside provide a quote. YOUR manager WORE me out trying to explain rigging to me over the phone saying i didnt need some stuff on list and that would save me money. ALTHOUGH I FOUND ALL OF MY PART NUMBERS going through a Mercury manual. SO I provided said numbers to them... Not sure how you got the idea I wore you out.
I would never but anything from this company. I called a week ago for a part and they took my information and said they would call me back as soon as they found it. I am still waiting on the call back. I went to fleebay and found it in under 2 mins and had it at my door 2 days later. In a day like today, business succeeds with their customer service. Unfortunately first impressions are everything.UPDATE: To the tough guy with the reply. Just because you can not search my name on facebook doesnt mean its made up. I can show you my id if you like but then again that would mean id have to come to your business and with the truth of what i said earlier i have no need to come to your establishment i would rather help put you out of business an buy from the internet. Its funny to me how everyone in your eyes is a coward but you are the keyboard warrior trying to defend your lies. Its simple do right by your customers/future customers, they pay your bills.
Good price

Quick shipping, quality parts, and a friendly staff. Couldnt ask for more.
This is an amazing and great store.
Horrible service but theyll troll your reviews. This place is a joke. Your arrogance & unprofessional responses will steer people away from you rather than the one-star reviews. FYI... Not anonymous, my name is clearly stated on my post.
Great service, very knowledgeable and very helpful
