I just used Visiting Baby to rent equipment for 4 kids under 4 years old. We rented 4 car seats, a crib, 2 booster seats, a beach cabana, a baby gate, and a box of toys. The entire experience was wonderful. I actually began communication back in Feb, to check into how the process would work, and received a very prompt and informative. We needed car seats for when we arrived at the Tampa airport, but we were hoping to not have to lug all the other equipment from the airport to our house. When we rented baby equipment in Phoenix, we had to accept the whole load at the airport and bring the whole load back to the airport for pick up. Allison explained that they would gladly deliver the seats to the airport and the rest of the equipment to the house and pick up the same way.Finally, in October, we got our act together and figured out what we would need. I emailed a list of what we were looking to rent, and Allison replied in less than 24hrs. She emailed me and invoice, which I paid, and we were good to go. A couple weeks later, I realized that I might need a bed rail, but I wasnt sure if it would work for a king bed. Allison said she would send one with the driver, but not charge me up front, so that I could test it out. If it worked, I could keep it, if not then I could send it back with the driver. It worked, and I was very happy to have it!Finally, it is day of arrival, which is always stressful! We get the car, and we find the lot where we are to meet the driver. He wasnt there, so I emailed Allison, and she immediately replied. He was almost there. This is where I totally forgot that our flight landed nearly 30min early, so in reality, he was not remotely late. He arrived, the car seats were great. We installed and went on our way. He delivered the rest of the items to the house. He carried them all the way in. He took the crib up two fights of stairs, to the room it would stay in, and set it up.The equipment was great. It all worked properly. On the last day, we just moved it all out to the porch, where they could swing by and pick it up. We met the driver in the car rental parking structure, and he took the seats.Whew, sorry for the long review! Long story short, we were very pleased with our whole experience. Equipment was nice, they were very prompt with replying to emails (like sometimes within minutes), and pick up and drop off was painless. Just imagine trying to coordinate schedules with people on vacation, there are bound to be issues, but our experience was great, and I will definitely use this company if we vacation in the area again!

We had a great experience, and Allison was great to work with. This is the way to go for sure! Save money on the car seat rentals over the rental car companies, and get the essentials for your kids with out having to pack them and carry them on a plane! Good work Visiting Baby!

Staying in Orlando and Tampa on our trip to Florida. visiting baby is the one compny I could find that was willing to accommodate delivery in one area and pickup in another. we have twins and needed quite a few items. All of the items were in great condition!

We rented three car seats from the service and they met us right at our rental car location for delivery. One of the car seats was brand new and the other two were practically new. The delivery driver was very nice and showed us how to install the seats.

Loved having the crib and toys available, however communication was not great. We struggled to get them to return calls to confirm pickup and they never responded to the email I sent to confirm the pick up time. I ended up having to leave the supplies because we were trying to make a flight. Loved the stuff, service/communication was only so-so.

We use Visiting Baby every time our Grandchildren come to visit. They always bring us great items that are nice and clean.

We rented multiple items from visiting baby to accommodate our twins while vacationing in Clearwater. The items were easy to reserve and the company was extremely accommodating especially since we coordinated different delivery and pick-up locations. All of the equipment was clean and in great shape. They provided us with a wagon, three chairs and lots of beach toys. The pack n plays and boosters were very nice as well. While you may not be able to reach them via phone, they are very prompt in returning your calls. Overall I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone traveling with kiddos.

Great idea, poorly executed. We used them for our recent vacation and improvents can definitely be made behind the scenes. Payment cannot be made or verified online and is instead to be left on an answering machine.Calls are not answered and its a constant game of phone tag. Was threatened with a claim for nonpayment when a payment was actually made in full one month prior to receiving the call.Again, great idea but seems to be a mess from a business sense. If you can get past that, its fine.

Very disorganized business. They called several nights, after 9:00 pm each time, for credit card payment and then the the day the items were supposed to be delivered we were called and said they needed cash or they couldnt deliver because they were in the middle of a new credit card system. The gentleman we spoke to was very rude, even to the point of saying that a previous client had mental health issues because she wrote a negative review and we were just like her. We ended up buying the items we needed, at the same price as the rentals, and then donated them to goodwill. I would not recommend this service.

So far excellent customer service and great explanations and pricing. Have not received the items yet, but I expect that everything will be great and will update once weve used them!
