When I first got to know this store in 2017, every time I brought a clothing or item, they would write it down on a list and give me that receipt so that I would have proof of the things I had delivered and I would cross out while they were being sold. Now Im solprendo, a month or two ago I brought a bag of 8 bedspreads for the cold, another bag with clothes and another with toys, I always say that what is not suitable can be donated, today December 18 I come to check my account and just I have few things in my account and it was only 7 dollars with a few cents, I really do not understand when I ask what the rest is in donation and I asked him why? If he had not brought anything broken, or stained and I commented that I did not receive any list of All the things that I had brought and put the Covid-19 as a pretext. Now my question. What does the Covid-19 have to do with putting on a pair of gloves that I have never seen and checking the clothes before I go and give me A receipt? If that is why they say that it is a donation. I really brought 4 bags of clothes and toys and I prefer to give them away before receiving such a treatment and win such a miserable treatment and help. They depend on all clothes and articles that the community carries and they always keep the big portion profit income

Love this store for 12 years!! They’ve been good to me in drop offs and selling! I’ve never made less then $65 a visit in dropping oof clothes. Highly recommend!

The staff here have always been very friendly and helpful. Even when they had to re-arrange how they do business during this Pandemic I have not had a single negative experience. Just yesterday I sent them a DM on Facebook asking if they had a specific outfit/costume my daughter needed for a school project. I had a response in minutes and picked up on my lunch break 20 minutes later! Reasonable prices for us moms ballin on a budget!

Love this place!!! Not only do you get an amazing deal on gently used items and clothing but you are treated by the staff, who are pleasant and helpful every step of the way. So glad I had a chance to stop by this cool little place. We are only in town for a few weeks, but it’s so good to know I won’t have to pack as much for the next trip down from va as this store had everything we need for the kids & more!! My kids have thoroughly enjoyed all of their finds already! Everyone was very friendly. We paid little to nothing for the quality & quantity that we bought. I’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful Michelle is the Best 🌹 she always provides good customer service and help me and family with what we looking for . Shes not short on words like the other girls, Michelle always find a way . I always go sundays to see her . My kids are so blessed with so many stuff reruns can provide highly recommended.

My kids ask me to stop here all the time. They always have a great time and i always find great deals. I was able to get my daughter a full weeks set of school uniforms for around $40, including shoes. Reruns is also my favorite place to buy maternity clothes and baby gear. Who wants to pay full price for something you are going to use for less than a year?

The store lacks preemie options. I understand that the store resales items, but the staff who did not seem to care we were there, sent us to the back room to look for ourselves. They could have saved us time by letting us know they didnt have anything. We found Once Upon a Child much more willing to help.

Friendly staff, good selection of clothing. Some things are priced a bit on the high side but they seem to always have a variety on sale. Love that they carry maternity clothing too!

OK. So I just bought a BRAND NEW $200 Maxi Cosi Mico carseat for $75.00 and a $300 Coco Bloom wooden baby lounger. for $65.00. I mean!!! I found this lil Gem and I am not sharing the secrets with my friends I am going to totally Frock Block. lol.On a serious note it is a very neat and clean shop. the staff are great and they offer Breast feeding support groups and baby classes. it is soooo worth the trip to stop by and take a look. I never post reviews but I had to share my opinion. I will def be back for more goodies for my lil one.

Very overpriced on everything. Wanted $20 for a diaper bag that was stained, when i went to ross nearby i was able to find one similar that was brand new for $12.
