This little company is amazing! Much more affordable than renting beach chairs from the hotel. The chairs were left right at the front desk for us, they were even delivered just as tropical storm Elsa was approaching. Our chairs were clean and we even had a brand new umbrella!

We traveled from Nebraska to Seminole with our adult children and young grandchildren. We did not want to pack beach equipment on the plane and we found Our Little Suitcase online.Keith and company had everything we needed in the umbrella beach package. The bag of beach toys is huge with more than enough toys for our 4 grandkids. The price was affordable and the free delivery and pick up was a huge bonus. Communication was excellent and the service amazing.I highly recommend OLS and will use them again on our next trip.

I was unaware of beach chairs/umbrella rentals until the condo recommended them. We traveled at a busy time...week of Easter and I completely understand that. I told Keith we wouldnt be in until very late Saturday night and he said the order would be delivered Sunday morning. I called him at 1230pm Sunday and he totally forgot and didnt realize we were in already after I told him multiple times when we would arrive. He proceeded to tell me again how busy they were, and I completely understand that, but I dont need to be told that every time I talk to him. Then he texted me Thursday night asking if he could pick up the items Friday night (instead of Saturday) when I was done since, again, they were so busy. I told him I would text when I was done and he said no hurry it wouldnt be until after sunset. He proceeded to call me before 7 Friday night asking where the items were and he was here to pick up. I didnt text him that I was done and sunset was at 753pm. So I took the items downstairs to him. Again, appreciate the convenience of bringing to me and picking up, however, I felt rushed then for him to pick up and that he didnt really listen. That is why I gave them a 4/5. Im sure I will use again, just not at a really busy time. The products were exactly what I ordered and the price was great.

This place has gone above and beyond for me delivering a stroller and swing to my condo. To finding my sons small tennis shoe and mailing it all the way to me. Beyond grateful. Upon leaving Florida we told Keith and Becky that we would definitely write a positive review for their wonderful service. It was for a rental that never happened. We placed an order for Car Seat and Crib and paid up-front well in advance. We had to cancel the Car Seat because we borrowed another from a friend. Money was promptly credited back to us. Later our son and family cancelled their visit because of the Pandemic, so we had to cancel the Car Seat. Because there was some difficulty with the credit card at the time, they offered to drive to our place and return the money. That wasnt necessary, as the credit card issue did get resolved. But it was the tone and tenor of the service they provided that was so memorable. We never did get to meet them. We hope to make it happen further down the road. But by the time we finished our business, it seemed like we were ole friends. Recommend them? Absolutely!

We had such a great experience with Our Little Suitcase. We rented a crib for 5 nights during our stay on Treasure Island. Keith was awesome to work with and extremely communicative. He delivered the crib to our doorstep earlier than expected (he wasn’t allowed inside the condo before we checked in due to COVID). And then called to make sure the crib was what we wanted. Will definitely rent from this company again next time we are in town.

I completed an in-town move this last week and decided to put my family in a hotel so I could deal with movers. Most of my house was already packed up and rather than deal with hauling over a pack and play, I opted to rent a full size crib for my daughter who is eight months old. The hotel only had pack and play cribs available to I searched online and found My Little Suitcase. I called on a Sunday and was able to reach Keith. He was friendly and was able to offer crib delivery, pickup, and a four-night rental for $80! The crib was at the hotel upon checking in. The crib was clean and safe. I’ll definitely use My Little Suitcase again!

I cannot say enough good things about Our Little Suitcase! Keith and Becky were absolutely amazing. Keith even met us at the airport at 5 am on the day we left. The communication was prompt and they were responsible to any questions. They even acquired something new to help my little guy. Our Little Suitcase is amazing! We came in to town on Thanksgiving day, and Keith had our gear waiting in our condo when we arrived. We rented the cabana package, a toddler float, and a high chair. All of the gear was in perfect condition and made our vacation week SO nice! The beach cart was incredible for our family of six. Excellent communication and just the friendliest people. I would give 10 stars if I could!! We were traveling from Alberta Canada to Dunedin Florida to visit family. We were bringing out 7 month old son on his first long adventure so to say we were nervous was an understatement.We knew we needed some items like a bed, car seat and a stroller. After doing some research we found our little suitcase out of Tampa. Our sons grandparents were kind enough to take care of the logistics of getting everything we needed prior to our arrival. We were sooooo pleased with everything that we got. A high chair, a summit 3X stroller, a pack and play with a mattress, a bath seat and a jumparoo!All of it was so clean and in very good condition. They even provided a brand new high chair as the one that was brought originally wasn’t “up to their standards” when it was delivered. We can’t say enough how pleased we were with not only the items we rented but with the service! Thank you for taking some of the stress off of traveling with our baby boy! We really appreciate it!

Since we were flying to Florida, we were going to buy cheap chairs and a cheap cooler when we got there and throw them away before we flew home. Then a friend told me about this place so we went online and placed our order. 2 chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and cooler were delivered to our resort before we even got there and picked up after left. We rented a house in Odessa for the week after Christmas.Our Little Suitcase could not have been more helpful. We had three babies under two and they provided high chairs and cribs. All equipment was in excellent condition and the cribs came with linen and quilts. The equipment arrived before we did and was picked up the day we left.I would highly recommend this friendly Company.

We traveled to Tampa with our 3 month old via plane and needed to rent baby gear for our trip. We looked into many baby gear rental companies but decided to use Our Little Suitcase based on how helpful the company was at answering our questions. Their website was easy to use and I received a call from the owner Keith to confirm all of the details. Traveling with an infant is stressful and I was worried about getting the rental gear at the airport, but Keith was there early both times. Keith met us at the airport with our rental gear and even offered to help us get everything into an Uber. When we were leaving Keith met us at departures right where our Uber was so that we didn’t have to carry the gear through the airport. The gear itself was clean and our baby rode comfortably in the car seat and stroller and slept well in the pack-n-play. We will definitely use Our Little Suitcase again when we go back to Florida!

I spoke to Keith and he was very much on the ball. He answered all of my questions and reassured me my rental would be delivered with no problem. The stroller was clean and in great working order. I HIGHLY recommend OLS. They will be my go-to for trips to come!

From even before our arrival to our departure, I have nothing but excellent things to say about OLS, Keith and Becky were so wonderful, helpful and professional. We didnt have to try and track them down, they knew their ways around the airport like pros. We hired a childs car seat from them for a 6-day break in Clearwater Beach. Before we arrived he had corresponded with my wife. Keith met us at the airport car rental, brought the seat down to the car for us and showed us how it should be fitted (for legal reasons hes not allowed to fit it himself). He was very friendly and chatty as well as helpful.The day we left he dropped us an email and a follow-up phone call confirmed arrangements: he met us at the car-rental drop-off point, unclipped the seat, wished us well and was on his way.The whole process was so smooth, pain-free, helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend.

We flew to Tampa for my sons first birthday and I rented a car seat, pack and play, high chair, and beach package from OLS. All of the items were very clean and in new or like-new condition. They delivered the items on time and picked them back up and were a pleasure to do business with. I definitely recommend OLS if youre traveling to the Tampa area with small children.

Our little suitcase literally saved our vacation. With all the craziness of the holidays, we forgot to bring our 3 year old sons carseat to the airport hotel, which we realized the morning of our early flight once our car was already in a parking garage...no time to go back for it. We called the rental car agency who did not have carseats at all. Keith met us with a carseat at our rental house and then picked it up at our departure gate at the airport on our way home. Delivery was no problem at all for him, so convenient for us! He was pleasant, helpful and communicated efficiently. The price was more than reasonable. We called few other places, but OLS was open earlier and was so organized and easy to deal with that we were beyond relieved they were there for us.
