Kept in touch regarding the vehicle of interest and were very understanding. My first person of contact was with Ryan and his assistant. Then when we arrived we were help by Mike Pelletier. Overall the experience was enjoyable and we got the car!!! I didnt feel pressure into buying anything. Definitely would recommend this dealership. It has great energy and everyone is ready to help you out.

Great service and provide lyft rides back and forth
We purchased our Honda Odyssey at this dealership and all of our maintenance was completed here. Once you’re out of warranty they are quick to add unsubstantiated repairs. When our motor fan needed repair, they also told me brakes and tires needed to be completed ASAP. I only fixed the fans (both ac & condenser). I took my van to 2 different shops to assess tires and brakes both places said tires were ok for now and brakes were also fine. We will never go back to purchase or repair our vehicle at Tampahonda again. Their dishonesty is unacceptable. Go elsewhere,, they are untrustworthy!
Had an appointment at 1030 they didnt see the car till 12 then took 2hr 30mins to do a basic oil change my 15 year old could do it faster
I went twice under the intention of getting an oil change for the discount offer that was sent to me at $8.88. needless to say I was turned away both times without being treated with full info. To understand why I couldnt get an oil change for $8.88, Finally when I spoke to the service manager he properly explained it to me. I am a Teacher, and when I teach I go hard with my scholars always giving them as much chances as much as they need and unfortunately Honda employees didnt fully supply me with the full details as to why I couldnt get an oil change for $8.88.:(
Very bad communication they don’t care how much did you spend oh by card the service manager he doesn’t care about you as a customer they tell you one thing on the phone and when you get there I’m person is something else for me I was it zero start

Very bad work, I do not recommend any client to bring their car to this service shop, my appointment was at 2:30 and I arrived at 2:15 and after an hour and a half of waiting they tell me that they can not do the service, JO OCASIO ”has the worst customer service I have ever known, I will never go back to this dealer
Other than the wait on your car to get done is a lil pain but after it’s done it’s great.. price is reasonable than how I hear people talk bout other dealers good thing I own a Honda lol big name dealerships is the one take your clothes and shoes from you so yeah Tampa Honda always get me on the road thanks to MARRY! So if your a Honda person ask for marry she is super wonderful
Weve been bringing our Honda Odyssey here since we bought it. Its just out of warranty now, so well see what prices are really like. Brining it under warranty, the service reps would give us funny looks sometimes almost questioning whether something should be covered under warranty, but maybe that is their job. I did get a battery changed out here recently. The web site said that there was a shuttle service, but when I got there, there was none, so I had to walk home. The service otherwise has been pretty good. Certainly better than the average place I have taken vehicles to in the past.

Very bad service from both the administration and the workshop and others I have been with my car for several months and this is the third time that I have taken it for maintenance because supposedly in the purchase contract they had given me two years of warranty which covers the engine and transmission. Which is a vile lie, they want to charge me a piece at $ 400. Too bad, that dealer reminds me of Alibaba and the 40 thieves

Really. Yesterday I took the Honda car with my daughter and the attention at the reception was not friendly. They charged me for a fluid check and they didnt check it. They did not put water in the tank of the bone windshield wiper, they did not check it. The plug of the place where the transmission oil goes asked to change it and I make sure they had changed it and it was not true. If I dont check they dont change it. POOR TREATMENT, LITTLE INFORMATION. AND BAD SERVICE. Im not going back to that advisory. I will look for another. What a pity.
