If you need a place to bring your high performance car...Cruz motorsports is the place, unfortunately I bought a car with a huge list of problems, Christopher is a professional at what he does! He corrects any wrongs that any previous owner has done on your car aswell as it keeping it maintained! He will not tell you false information on your car like most mechanics do. He is very upfront and honest about anything on the car and He can answer any question you may have. My car is running fantastic now due to cruz motor sports! I highly recommend, very impressed!

I purchased a 2009 Audi A4 from Cruz Motorsports. Used car so I didn’t expect perfection. However, the owner Christopher Cruz told me in text that he had replaced the following: transmission, intercooler, spark plugs, valve cover gasket, starter, vacuum pump, timing belt, drive belt, alternator, a/c compressor, coils, turbo, and coolant t pipe behind engine. 1 month after buying the car I needed 2 engine mounts and 1 transmission mount. Also it started having a misfire due to bad coils and old spark plugs. I brought it into his shop and he ordered new coils and plugs but I had to pay for them even though he said he had already replaced them right before I bought it. 2 months after buying I noticed the valve cover and vacuum pump gaskets leaking. Also learned these engines have timing chains, not belts. The intercooler that he said he replaced is also old and has a small leak. Definitely wasn’t replaced, it is the original and looks like he rigged it so it would last some time. I don’t know what will happen in the future, who knows what else he said he replaced but didn’t. Obviously he just wanted to make a sale. I definitely won’t ever go to Cruz Motorsports ever again. Very shady shop in my opinion.

Chris is extremely professional and detail oriented. Great experience here at Cruz Motorsports both communication and service was excellent. Went in for a some suspension and some control arm work. Came out with a smooth ride compared to before. Highly recommend these guys for service.

I was first introduced to Chris through a Facebook recommendation - at that time he did some extensive work on my sons car. Giving him an honest opinion on what the car needed and repaired what he and my son thought was important to get done at that time to get it running. He also advised him that some of the things that was needed he wouldnt put the money into it (it was an old car) He was very reasonably priced. I took my car to him before he had his shop and had some work done. I also bought another car and have taken it to Chris to get the recommended services done and will not take my car anywhere else. I would highly recommend him.

Amazing how you can reply to a negative review immediately but when we contacted you about the repairs you ignored us for weeks until we gave up.Dishonest! Was told replacement parts would be OEM, later found out they were not and was charged same if not more than actual dealership! When I tried to speak with him at a later time, calls and messages were completely ignored.

As a young woman, auto shop workers generally dont take me seriously when I say theres something wrong with my car. Chris was attentive to what I described, took my concerns seriously, and offered genuine solutions to the problem. He was done quickly and did an excellent job for a great price. If I ever have any problems in the future, I will be sure to go to Chris!

On 5/22/18 I took my car to Cruz Motorsport to replace a third break light (two of the light bulbs werent working). The job was completed in about 3 hrs. On the way home, in the highway, my spoiler where the third break light was installed flew off. I contacted the owner, Mr. C., and he said he would order the part and have it repaired. I was extremely patient and waited until today 8/23/18 for the owner to replace his mistake. On top of not installing the light properly, when I went back to the shop he kept my back up camera and never returned it to me and he is encouraging customers to pay cash so that he doesnt have to produce a receipt to prove that the job was done there. He has been taking care of my cars for the past 5 years. I came to him at a terrible time with both cars in the house malfunctioning. He was fair and honest, and took care of the cars. At the time one was a BMW that a supposedly german expert shop in the area worked on but was never able to fully repaired a big oil leak. Cris did it for a fraction of what I paid already the other place. Since then, is the only one I trust with my cars, including now a Lexus.
