Great friendly staff very helpful. I havent had any problems with my car going to these guys. Only issue is about when getting work on my tire, it was a piece missing 🙃 that was never replaced or found.

I told the workers I only needed one tire replaced over the phone. I was told to come by. When I got there I repeated that I only need one tire. Which was the donut tire I put on it to get there. I had my original tire and rim in the trunk. I waited there 90 minutes when they were finished they said they replaced two tires both of the front tires and expected me to pay for both tires. Which I didnt because I repeatedly said I only need one tire replaced.

My mom came in with her truck and they knew exactly what was wrong. Very professional and I love the service. They have chairs or you can sit inside and they always give a reasonable price. The owner will explain what needs to be done and how you can get it fixed. He is not in it for money you can tell him that everyone that works here truly love what they do.

I come here all the time to get my car fixed. The owner always helps me and gives me a very good price for all I ask for. I leave my car and by the end of the day it is finished and drives so much better. When I dont leave it the mechanics get it done so fast and quickly. I recommend so many people to come here to get their cars fixed.

I came in for tire balance. I paid triple digits and my tires were not balanced. In fact they were way off and worse because they added weights and did not remove the old weights. Also, they sent me away on a flat tire with 10psi. All tires were unbalanced. I went back to the shop to talk to the manager and have a civil conversation about how the work was bad. I did not even ask for a refund but the conversation ended with the manager cursing me out the store. We were yelling back in forth to my car and as I drove away. He couldn’t even admit their bad work. If you want your car to fail, bring it to Tampa Js

In that workshop they stole my money I went with a problem in my car and they charged me money and the next day I had to return and they wanted to continue charging me because of a bad job of it and the boss who did not speak Spanish, did not understand What I was explaining to him only told me that I had to pay him money to be able to go with my problem solved because they took a sensor from the front and I still continued with the problem and the boss plus the mechanic who was the one who translated in Spanish And in English he could not give a solution, they are scammers, I advise you not to go to this place, they steal your money, they leave your car with a problem so you can return and get paid again

-2 year resident of Tampa looking for new mechanic.This place is good... has room from improvement, like all companies... I rated this place on a few things. Overall, I rated a 3.3.Heres why...Friendliness and Customer Service: 4; the young guy there was sweet and knowledgeable.. he also answered my questions.- Diagnosis of issue: 4- It was the correct issue.- Labor/Service- 2; I would have given a 4 for quickness and fixing the issue, but I did have to come back because the car was doing the same thing it was doing before I brought it in. I took it to another place since this location was closed and they told me that the remaining 3 coils in my car had to be replaced.The good thing is that the price I was given for 1 coil was in the appropriate range, so they wont cheat you on that.

The other location related to this shop I think its called Jordans on 40th street.The people in charge continually change prices when asked about my own parts.Price went from $130 to $140 to $200 than back down to $140.The guy could not make up his mind.I didnt wanna go to a auction.I just wanted my car fixed.

Ive brought several vehicles here always with the same result- a good repair, prompt service, and a reasonable price from guys who are a pleasure to do business with! The last car we brought in was my daughters. She had damaged the oil pan and ripped part of the bumper off. Omar installed the bumper for us even though we didnt ask for it. Such a pleasant surprise and saved us some $$$!!! Thank you Omar

I have been taking my vehicle to this company for almost 20 years. Abdul the owner is a very knowledgeable mechanic as well as honest and helpful. He has helped me countless times over the years and always gives good advice. Being a single mom is hard enough, so finding a mechanic who doesnt try to sell you stuff you dont need is a blessing!

The AC check here is a joke. We threw away $150 because of it and there is nothing we can do about it now. We were told that our compressor was fine (it is) and that all we needed was a recharge. We didn’t have what they were asking so we went elsewhere a couple of weeks later. We paid the $150 to get it recharged and were good to go. The AC lasted 3 days before it went back to blowing hot air. Confused, my husband checked under the hood to see that the shop we brought it to didn’t place the covers back on. So we went back for another recharge. Again, the AC lasted 3 days so we never went back. Instead, we took it to a different shop where they told us that it would need to be recharged again in order to test the lines for leaks. So that’s another $150 on top of whatever the problem is. Angry just isn’t the word especially since we have little ones in this Florida heat. If they diagnosed it properly we could have been saved the trouble.

My cars are old and little by little they have brought my cars back to life especially my high mileage subaru which they have running almost like a 2020 model. And im poor lol.

Hello, I stopped at other shops in the area. I’m new to this place I’m from California. I was having problems with my car and didn’t know what to do. I stopped at a few shops and they told me what I needed oil change,tuneup,new brakes and rotors, etc. They were willing to take an arm and a leg for me since the prices were a bit high for my taste. The people there were really nice and I told them what I needed to get done and it was all done for a really great price and on the plus side my brakes came with “lifetime warranty”

I have owned a Lexus for several years without any issues. On a long road trip back to Tampa my steering wheel began to shake violently. Concerned, I stopped first at and had my stepdad look at the car. He is mechanically inclined and upon inspection was able to determine no material failure of the calipers, tie rods, or any other mechanical part. He suggested I may have an issue with an axle or something akin that most likely is serious. I drove to Tampa J an Omar promised he would check my car and call me. To my relief he phoned shortly after I dropped off the car to say only that i needed two new tires. Nothing on the car had failed. The owner had neglected to replace worn tires;) Thank you Omar and Tampa J for being honest and correct in your diagnosis of my Lexus. Customer for life.

Great place for auto repair

Outside the establishment and inside on the invoice getting an oil change is advertised as $12.95 plus $2 disposal fee but i was charged $25 plus tax on a 5 quart basic oil change. I asked why and owner says its because they havent changed the new prices yet..so i asked how long has the new prices been in affect and he said 8 months so i said why havent it changed yet youve had 8 months..this is false advertisement...he had nothing to say. This place is a scam ...you advertised one price but charge another...bad business...DO NOT COME TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

The workers were friendly and professional. However we had to come back twice for a mechanical job that shouldve been corrected the first time. Next after the error was repaired the car started over heating. One of the hoses were ripped and leaking water. I called and of course it wasnt their fault! Someone ripped it! We will NEVER return! I think the owner is a liar, fast talking, con artist scamming people out their money!
