Service was fast. I had a tire replaced and a I drove away noticed a slight wobble, didn’t think anything of it. Went somewhere else to get a patch in another tire and asked them to balance it. That’s when I was advised it couldn’t be balanced (it also had no weights on the wheel) because the tire was bad. Then they showed me the curvature in the middle of the tread. Not wasting money here again.

Had a hole in the truck tire that needed an immediate fix. After two other places... One said an hour wait, the other one no one even acknowledged us. Pulled into Azans and was immediately greeted & the guys patched it & had us back on the road in about 20 minutes. Nice guys & fast & friendly service.I highly recommend!

I am a shopper and I look for the best price while shopping, Alan tire shop had the best price for my low profile tires (245/30/20). The gentleman that I dealt with was Straight forward kind and very Respectful. After 2 weeks returning to do my rear pair, he inspected the tires on my vehicle and told me honestly He can change them if I’d like but the tires are in good condition and does not need to be changed. Very honest businessman as well, I will definitely return when I the tires are needing to change!

I love this tire shop. The people are so nice, friendly, honest and courteous. I was actually referred to by my mechanic and he did not make a mistake about referring me. I could never find a tire shop with such courteous workers and the service was AWESOME, as well as the prices. I love this shop so much that when I came back to town to visit from Georgia, I came here to purchase tires and the owner and worker went out of their way to help me and that meant a lot to me. Open on a Sunday which was already a plus when you end up with a large screw in your tire. However they were also very pleasant and quick service as well.

I went in for front tires, used. I was serviced by the owner, Enrique. He was efficient, friendly and professional. I called ahead of time for a price quote, went there and was in and out in less than 7 minutes. I found the business and service to be pretty straight forward. Enrique even gave me a friendly heads up by showing me the wear and tear to my tie rods. He recommend I have them replaced and also receive an alignment (at my convenience) based on my previous tire wear. I had a mechanic previously tell me the same so it was something I was already aware of. However, I greatly appreciated him for bringing it to my attention as that was a level of service I didnt expect from a simple tire change.

If I can rate zero stars I would. I went years ago to this place to get new tires. Once I left I felt shaking of my car like it was going to breakdown. I called them immediately and told me to come in the following Monday to check them out. I already suspected something was off and these tires were actually not new at all. They blamed it on my car and after being so demeaning I still gave them the opportunity to fix it. Fast forward to last week, my friend needed new tires and because I still believe in second chances and supporting small business I recommend them to her. Guess what! Same dam experience. They took advantage of her, her whole car shooked! They told her to get an alignment and she did. And the car still drove like crazy. She called and got the same abusive demeaning attitude to the point that she was scared to even go alone. She took it an actually reputable tire shop where they informed her that the tires where definitely not new and the weights used to balance the tires where also used and all different. They still don’t take any responsibility. Please do not put your life in danger and avoid these people at all cost. I will be reporting them as well, because after reviewing their reviews it’s obvious this is a trend and they are unprofessional. They rather risk people lifes for the money.Ps: as per your response, you say you don’t treat customers like that but in the same sentence you called me a liar. You guys are pathetic. What is the coincidence that not only me but the other negative reviews are all lying then. C’mon get a grip and own up to it. Deals can be made here, just ask for what you want. We just bought 4 new tires, they called into the warehouse, tires showed up 20 minutes later, we were leaving 40 minutes later. Tires were balanced, looked and rode good. I did re-level the the pressures, to proper levels. Check them out.

Come in wit a car on old tires riding smoothly leave with all brand new tires and shaking in the steering wheel after payin 90$ for mount and balance.. took it back and guy argue with me saying it has new tires it shouldnt be shaking. Well no duh thats why i come back.. They did nothing about it..horrible experience! Would not recommend

Went there and let me tell you something. These people are very honest, reasonable, fast service and friendly. I spent $10 in gas just to drive from lakeland just to do business with them. They didnt have my tire size and the owner got on his phone and called everywhere for me to get my tire and when he found them he took his personal vehicle to get the tires put them on and I was on my way. He was nice and friendly at first. He didnt put the tires on the rim correctly and another kept leaking from the stem. I turned around immediately after leaving to let him know there was a problem. He was unpleasant and demeaning. I came back again after the tire came off of the rim on a busy highway. Luckily, I avoided hitting anyone as the car crossed over the oncoming lanes. I would recommend going anywhere but here.

1st and last time here. Horrible “warranty” on new tires. They sell defective tires and return them for rebates and then give you a cheaper tire for replacement. Spend a little extra and go to a reputable shop. Will try to take advantage if you do not speak spanish. Shop is a joke.

I can only speak for my experience while being there because i just got my used tired today. However i thought i needed new tires and a alignment but when i went in the techs said i only needed to replace my left tire. They definitely dont seem like the type of people to try and get over on people. These guys were working so hard to get everyone in and out. All good things to say overall. They got me in and out for $35.

Called to see if they had my tire size and they did, asked how much and told me $40 when to get them put on and after they were on the car he said $45 each. I told him he told me $40 on the phone and he said ok and let me pay $40 for both tires. A few days later I got a nail in my tire and needed a replacement so I went to them and the guy who apparently was the only one running the shop told me $40 for the tire and then came back and point at his phone and said $50 I said you just charged me $40 a couple days ago and he tried to argue with me. I told him to drop my car and I left. The tire they were trying to put in my car did not have very much tread on it so I was not going to pay that much for a tire. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. Not very honest people.
