These people are the over and above type! I had a coolant emergency, far from home, and was able to roll into this place, only to be greeted by the most welcoming, competent and reassuring staff! With no appointment or prior service, they had me on my way in minutes, with every possible care, kindness and courtesy. You hear so much about people not doing their jobs these days, its important to shout it out when you encounter people like this who just go out of their way to make everything right, just because thats who they are. Thats what they do.

I just purchased my first vehicle on my own at Brandon Volkswagen and all I have to say is WOW, IMPECCABLE SERVICE! I want to thank the entire staff, specifically Leon and Marcus for being awesome, and working with me and helping me to get a GREAT deal on a certified 2020 Volkswagen Jetta. Poor customer service in the service center. Very unprofessional and borderline rude. Very hard to get in contact with a service rep via phone.Attempted to have a recall done 3 times, show up having been told I would have a loner car for the duration of the recall repair. Upon arrival there is none available. The service needs 4-6 hours for repair and they aren’t able to figure it out.Would not recommend this service center to anyone.

I had a great experience buying my new Volkswagen Tiguan today! We showed up at the dealership Sunday 10 minutes prior to close and they treated me as if they had just opened and I was the first customer of the day. Jonathan made the process so easy and was completely understanding when I told him I had to think about it but would be back. When I came back this morning, they remembered me and made this process smooth. Thank you guys!!

Very displeased with the service side of things. Second time brand new 2022 vehicle broke down, with less than 4,000 miles on the meter. First time in was almost 30 days. A few weeks later same problem; thats ok, except there doesn’t seem to be much of anyone present that wants to handle getting the car in for service. Difficult to even get them to pick up the phone when you call the service department.On the very first service visit for a flashing check engine light, wife gets turned away with them stating it’s a gas cap issue have a nice day.Two days later she’s stranded and the car goes to the shop for almost a month with nothing but run around as to what’s broken and what’s needed for a repair. The invoice in the end was one page, while not supplied to us was the rest of the paperwork pushed to the side that I happened to catch while looking down. Parts and repairs we never were made aware of or supplied a work order on.Now that it’s happening again, can’t get someone on the phone easily and when you do they brush it off. Very disheartening, as you try to stay with your local groups.

Brandon Volkswagen was the worse and most unprofessional team of salesperson I have ever seen. Kevin took advantage of my sons first-time buyer opportunity to try and defraud him by rushing him into a deal that would have cost him a higher interest rate and unaffordable monthly payments. Which was only going to be beneficial for Kevin’s financial gain. If it were not for the Constance reviewing of the contract by my husband and myself my sons car buying experience would have been an experience that would have ruin his credit. Lucky my son contacted the Volkswagen dealership in Orlando and qualified for a lower interest, lower monthly payment, and a newer upgrade Volkswagen Tiguan. We were also able to trade in my sons older car as well. But by Brandon Volkswagen we could not trade in the vehicle. We put a deposit down of $500.00 with the Brandon dealership and requested our money back since we did not buy a car from them after realizing that the salesperson (Kevin) was railroading my son. I call and spoke to the District Manager who was not any more professional than his salesmans. I explain the situation we had with his salesperson and asked for my refund. He never apologizes but agreed I could get my refund back. However, I have yet to see the refund. My next letter is going to be to consumers Affairs, and the BBB. If I do not get my refund soon, I will contact the local news media. I tried to manage this professionally by contacting the manager first. But my guess is his staff is operating under his leadership and store practice. I am assuming make whatever deal that will get them the most profits at the expense of the customer.

First of we came in to fix the microphone of our Tiguan. The guy said it would be a 2hr 30min process to fix it. We told him that was fine we could wait it out no problem. They never came to give is update on how everything was going if it way take a bit longer. I had my kids with me one 4yr and 5month baby. Again we didn’t mind the 2hr 30min but after that time has past nobody came to give us an update on why it would take longer for them to fix it. After waiting 4hr 15min they didn’t fix anything because they didn’t even have the piece they need in hand. So horrible experience. Wish I could give no stars.

We went in there on a Sunday afternoon with not much time to spare. We met with Marcus and told him exactly what we could afford, and which car we wanted. He came back with exactly what we had asked for - no messing around with price point, car type or down payment. No back and forth, no negotiating, just simple, easy and straightforward. My kid got hungry while we were there and the people at the front desk even shared their snacks with her. Extremely helpful, polite and straightforward people. I will definitely ask for Marcus when we go back in 3 years to renew our lease. A wonderful experience overall.

I went to get a oil change and Seth the service guy told me that I also needed a tire rotation which would be 48.00. I paid the 48.00 in cash got in my and went home. After getting home something says look at your tires and I did. They did not rotate my tires because I hit a curb and had a nail in the other tire. So I called and spoke with Antwan and states that hell give me a store credit. I was like ok than I thought about it and was like no just refund me my money back and Ill never be back here again. So he was like since you paid cash Ill have to mail you a check. So I received my check on Saturday and at the top of the check it says refund for service not performed. How many people do you think have been ripped off and never knew it

Run from this dealer. Once you sign the paperwork forget getting a call back, complete lies if they answer at all. Service isn’t much better if you need something. They add a $1400 ‘protection’ package which I was told I could remove after the sale and get a refund. The only prep they did was filling the gas tank. This was just one of many lies. I decided after all the issues with a faulty vehicle I would purchase something else and cancel the warranties and other extras I no longer needed. I was told they will not refund the protection package, therefore I at least signed the cancellation for everything else. That was OVER 3 months ago. Standard time is 4-6 weeks. Over twice the normal time. I have sent proof the vehicle was paid and have the letter as proof. The only answer that I get when there is a response is umm I need to contact the third party. LIES LIES LIES!!! RUN

The entire team was great. My wife stopped by just to see an Atlas, and ended up bringing one home for a test drive. I came back two days later and made the purchase. If you walk in there, beware of a Sales Manager by the name of Leon Stewart. He does NOT honor his promises, he will give you a number one day and promise you it will not change for a week and then when you come back after, he will change the numbers to make a higher profit, he is definitely a very dishonest and because of that, they will never earn my business! Thank God GM Glen intervened and helped resolve the situation...Do not deal with Leon Stewart!

Brandon VW was a great experience. I wasnt necessarily looking to buy a car on Saturday, however, the VIP pricing was below Kelly Blue Book. Reggie greeted me on arrival and was kind, courteous and answered all my questions. Leon was very kind and respectful with negotiations. The online create your own deal took a lot of the stress out of the always painful negotiation for price. I was given a fair price for my trade in. The process was the most efficient I have experienced. The car is exactly what I want at a great price.

Went there SEVERAL times for the same service issue that they STILL have not fixed! The last visit my car was in their shop 11 days and of course I have to come out my pocket so they can trial/error each time it’s the same result! I’ve talked to several staff members also the service manager just get the run around. Save your time and $$$!

I loved how up front and honest they were about what vehicle options we had with the price range and upgrades we wanted. Called the dealership on a Sunday and confirmed they had the cars I was looking for and drove down 4.5 hours. Salesman called me when I was about an hour away just to touch base, told me he still had the cars. When I arrived at the dealership I saw one of the cars I had requested to view was out front so I walked over to it, but noticed that it had a tag on it already. Salesman came out, told me they had just sold this car but they had the other one I had requested to see in the back. Figured they had made out decision on which car to buy a little easier but that was kind of shady to sell a car someone was driving 4.5 hrs away to see before they got there. After about 30 minutes we were upfront waiting and no car, I go inside and the excuses started. They couldn’t find the particular car I was looking for, but they had different colors or trims. I didn’t want those cars so they told me if I gave them until the morning, they would call some other dealers they have good relationships with and trade for this car. I agreed since I had already driven down but looking back, I should have left.Next morning, I got a call around 9:30 just checking in. I told the salesman I was on the way I’d be there about 10. He said that would be fine we would test drive one in a different color (hadn’t even driven one yet) and start the paperwork while they were going to get my car. Fast forward to 2 o’clock and I have already worked out price, started signing for a car that I still have the window sticker for, but no car. We hadn’t eaten lunch and I had my two small children with me (3 months and 6 years old) who had been sitting in the parking lot in our car since 10. I went and told them I’m going to get lunch and to call me when the car got here.At 2:30 I received a call from the salesman, he said “I have some good news and bad news, the car we went to get doesn’t exist, but we have a similar car in a lesser trim.” I was furious. I told him that wouldn’t work for us, and that they’ve wasted 2 days of our time. I missed work for 2 days and my child had missed school for a day.The car salesman’s name was Jonathan but to his benefit he had only been there 2 days from what he told me, and he didn’t seem to really know how they did things or how anything worked at this particular dealership. The manager Leon? (I believe that was his name) did most of the paperwork/promising about getting the car yada-yada.This place was super unorganized, and frankly unwelcoming. Do not use this dealership. There are far better options for the same brand within a few miles that will work with you and not give you the run around for 2 days.

So I drops my car off originally for my trunk to get fixed then to find out I had three recalls on my car through corporate. due to the back order on the parts for my recall my car had to sit at Brandon Volkswagen for three months. During this time at no fault at all to Brandon Volkswagen Carlos in parts and services was amazing with keeping me up-to-date on the status of the parts from headquarters... All it takes is one employee to ruin this dealership. The service dept has an employee who is border line rude and clearly hates his job and acts like the customer is an inconvenience. I had to drive out to Tampa to get my car fix under warranty.. Hopefully this review will get noticed so other people do not have to experience the same services.

It took 3 trips to Brandon VW to get my Atlas fixed. The AC started blowing hot air. It is still under warranty being only 2 years old. The first time, I was never told what the issue was. They just added freon. AC worked fine for about a month, then started blowing hot air again. Took it back in and was helped by Seth in service who quickly told me, before even taking the car in, that freon doesnt just vanish and I will likely need to pay for this service. I told him this was the second time here for the same issue. He asked did they add freon last time and if I paid for it? I replied, yes they added freon and I was not charged for it. To this, he replied, Well, you should have been charged. This stuff is not cheap and freon doesnt just vanish like that. There must be a leak or something and if there is that doesnt just happen either, so you will likely need to pay for any repairs. He never even looked at the car and hes telling me that this is likely my fault and I will likely have to pay for it. I couldnt believe how rude he was being to my wife and me so we left. I contacted VW Customer Care and they arranged a return trip to the dealer where they FINALLY fixed it and found the issue to be a loose valve...not my fault...and they repaired it under warranty. Why does it take 3 trips to determine a loose valve and why do service advisors like Seth try to tell me it is my fault and likely billable when they havent even looked at the vehicle? Horrible experience

Sales associate Reggie is the only reason they are receiving one star. He was pleasant and patient.While there for over 4 hours I was pressured to pull my credit multiple times, explained what I was looking for and made to feel like I was asking too much. The manager Fred was rude and rolled his eyes before I left because I was looking for a higher trim level. The sales manager also pushed me to pull my credit when I told them my score. I was never told what the cost of the car actually was, nor my trade value.I ended up going to Bert Smith VW and got a brand new Jetta SEL PREMIUM for $200 less a month than what i was told at Brandon. I won’t not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Austin was great! He was professional, informative, and very nice. He was great because I didnt feel like he was trying to take my money. There was some preventative maintenance that had to be done on my car; however, he explained that it was just preventative and not something I needed to do right away. He also stated I could split it up between services. I really appreciate this because I have been taken advantage of before because I dont know much about cars but I never feel that here and that is why I keep bringing my car here. I will pay a little more to come to the dealer because of the great customer service by all of your service guys.

WOW! simply just speechless. Everyone was so kind and professional. From the moment I walked in, until the moment we finally walked out. By then I was a bit cranky not going to lie. I was hangry. I want to thank Ray and the entire staff that was onsite today. I mean even the guys who detail the cars there, are simply amazing. Purchasing my car was not an easy task given some minor little roadblocks, but Ray and the managing team really worked for me. I mean truly! Carlos never tries to sell me anything that I dont need, and he is always honest about what is going on with my car. How is it there was nobody there to answer the telephone on a Saturday evening? Tried multiple numbers...even the chat feature! I simply wanted to know if they had an area for after hours drop off. My VW was stranded at 515 pm on a Saturday 3 miles away. Well guess what.??? Pep boys will be handling the repair. Sad. Come on Man! ...answer the phone....ANYONE! Nothing but problems with service. 3 hours for oil change, after which twice all dash lights come on before I get home. They changed out sensor in August took car for oil change Friday and same thing today different wheel and several more hours of waiting. Talked to service manager and GM then left. In the market for new car now but won’t buy there snd with repeated service problems won’t be a VW.

Dropped my car off here for a repair under the warranty (airbag sensor stopped working). They refused to honor the warranty due to a surface stain ON THE CAR SEAT. As this is a safety issue, I have filed a complaint with Volkswagen and the NHTSA since they refuse to repair a defective airbag covered under warranty. Volkswagen is filing a complaint and investigation because another dealer confirmed their diagnosis of “external influence” was incorrect, so hopefully other customers are not treated this way regarding a safety issue at this dealer in the future. There is also a recall on my car, which they claim to have never performed before and didn’t have the parts for. Another dealer called me last week to try to schedule this recall work, so this dealership seems to be very behind on the implementation of this. Overall a terrible experience, I will never be back.

The experience was generally good. We did a prequalification so we had an idea of what to pay on our end. We originally tried to get one of their TDI Sportwagens, the advertised price was $10,820. After they ran the numbers, it was over $14,000 out the door. $3200+ for fees and other service that isnt mentioned on their site.I ended up in a Passat SE TDI that had almost identical mileage for about $2k less. Outside the of crayon smell that plagues most VWs, its a great car. They offer CPO on most of their cars which gives a 2 year unlimited mile bumper to bumper warranty. Which is needed considering most of these cars sat in a field in Michigan for years(mine did for 3 years). Brandon VW also seems to be picking up models that havent had the emission fix and then doing them when they receive them. That is better for the consumer as the 4 year/48,000 mile warranty that the EPA required VW to give to consumers starts when the fix happens. Most of their cars also get a ton of things replaced in order to pass the CPO requirements. Mine got new tires, rotors, pads, DSG service, wipers and filters.This was our first time doing a sight unseen vehicle purchase. Our sales person, James, was hard to reach at first. Once we started talking numbers, we got it all done in one day. They even delivered the car, 30 miles away. Overall, good experience. Will recommend friends to Brandon VW in the future.

He understands that there’s a load of BS that comes with going to a dealership to buy a car, and makes it so you as the customer deal with as little of that as possible to find what you need. Easily the best buying experience i have ever had i was in and out in 1.5 hours! The sales team was great and the manager Al Polizzi is the man he did everything he could as fast as he could to make sure I was where I wanted to be and for the first time didnt leave a dealership feeling cheated. If your looking for a deal on a used car or a nice VW look nowhere else!!

Great car at a great deal. I want to thank Al and Rashard for setting up a date and time to look at this car (b5047). I was coming from out of town to look at this and they set all expectations. Had some minor detail to look over but with the work from this team, the issues are set to be fixed. Cant complain about that. I drove all over looking at this same year and model with no luck. Test drove this and i knew right away i wanted it. They got the deal rolling for me!!!! I can say it was worth the drive as they had so many options to chose from. I bought a used vehicle and they had to fix the AC before selling it to me. After I received the car, the AC only lasted 2 weeks and I had to take it back for it to be repaired again. It took about 5 days with no communication from them. This whole scenario repeated itself for a third time! After I received my car the last time I realized the AC compressor was installed improperly, and it was missing is plastic shielding and screws! I finally fixed it myself and the culprit was a touchy (bad) fuse. The Service Advisor Austin, was rude and unprofessional. Do not let this place work on your car.

Had a “no key” error on my VW Jetta. Took the car in for 4 separate appointments and spending a little less than $2000 on new battery, new immobilizer unit and clockspring and the issue is still not resolved. Was “guaranteed” the issue would be fixed but they could not identify the problem. Taking my car to a different VW dealership.

He answered all of my questions and took his time to show me the repairs. He also gave me a military discount without me even asking because he saw my license plate. My time is even more valuable to me than my money and Austin was great to work with. Definitely ask for him when you go in.

I’ve been a patron of this location since before it was taken over by Kuhn. I bought my current car here and I nearly always go for service/maintenance. However, I will be looking elsewhere.I took my car in for it’s scheduled appointment time (11:30am) and explained that I was pretty sure my AC issue was the RCV. Service Coordinator (Carlos) was kind enough to offer an Uber to take me home, and gave me an estimated service turnaround of 3 hours (2:30). I received an automated text from my service coord at 4pm, with a link to a report. After 2 attempted calls to reach him I learn that he mistakenly thought he called me and made service recommendations by phone (when he hadn’t). Every time I called to reach service no one would pick up on the first attempt; instead I’d have to call back a second time and then the receptionist would have to patch me through to my service coordinator; this happened 3 times (so a total of 6 calls to get the receptionist). Because service coordinator failed to call earlier and sent a text instead, he was unable to arrange an Uber to bring me back before closing, resulting in hardship and inconvenience on my family the following morning (so that my husband and I had to take time from work to drive there). On the way there at 7:45am, the receptionist took a message for a different service coordinator to call me back to address service concerns (Brian), who never did call and, upon our arrival at ~8:30am, acted as though he’d never received the message. He was also unable to correctly relay what service steps had been performed and finally had to walk us out to the mechanic who was able to correctly and directly answer our Qs (whose answers were different than what either coord had stated). In all, I was charged $170 to have a code scanned on my car, which confirmed what I already told them was wrong with the car. Additionally, signs are posted everywhere that everyone must wear masks inside and 50-75% of the employees I witnessed did not wear masks. This is by far the most abysmal service I’ve experienced in years of frequenting this facility, only surpassed by terrible service I experienced by the Kuhn Kennedy location 15 years ago.

Harris took the time to help me weigh my options and although the car Id originally wanted to see had been sold, he assured me they had other cars worth checking out and he was right. I love my car and got it at a great price and he helped the process of buying a car be a lot less stressful than I thought it would be.

Worst service ever. I had a leak from the sunroof drain in my 2019 Tiguan. Under warranty. Brandon VW Service said they fixed it and ordered new carpet due to mold. Not only is issue NOT fixed, but we have called and left messages, and no one has returned our calls. My husband and I both work FT and are moving, so stopping by for answers hasnt been possible. But we should not need to do that. The Customer Service is as poor as the Automotive Service. Find another VW dealership!!

I found the car I wanted online. When I got to the dealership it was exactly how they said it would be. They got the details worked out, put me in it and let me drive off that day. They also took my truck as part of the down payment which helped to lessen the burden. The gentleman that did the financing was a big help as well as James. They also filled my tank so I could drive off with a full tank of gas. Oh and I got some delicious cookies from a gentleman in the lobby. Overall it was a great day.

The places right beside the main road with ample parking. In terms of service I was extremely disappointed with my issue in the vehicle. I came here for a call back of my vehicle and even though they informed me that they are going to fix it actually they have not when I discovered the issue back again around 1 hour after getting my vehicle from the place. When informed about it initially they didnt acknowledge the issue but later inform me that I should make another appointment and come back. Anyway I didnt wanted to go back and informed Volkswagen USA regarding the issue.

Avoid the service department at this stealership like the plague. Cant speak to their sales department, but dont bring your VW here for work. Brought our 2015 GTI to this location twice for services that I, a home mechanic of the past 15 years, was unable to do. In particular an A/C service and then later a simple reset to some electronics that requires VW tools to do. The first time for the A/C we essentially caught them in a lie, having told us that they couldnt find the problem without having actually performing the service I requested and authorized. Had to get managers involved just to have them perform the service that fixed our issue. As I said it would.The second time involved dropping the vehicle off for some simple diagnostics and getting back an over $1200 repair quote for items thay did NOT need to be done. For example telling us we needed a coolant flush as the coolant was old and bad....except I replaced the water pump and flushed the system less than 1000 miles prior. Had the service advisors argue with me the entire time. One of two things is going on at this dealership: either they are grossly incompetent or they are trying to rip off customers.

If I could give 0 stars for the service department, I WOULD. Their customer service has been an issue more than once. Brian Vega and the new-ish service manager Michael were absolute tag-team bullies. Brian attempted to intimidate my young daughter while she came for an oil change after she asked him to stop. They also refused to work with a certificate that their location sent to us since this location is no longer “Brandon Volkswagen” but “Volkswagen of Brandon”... so not accommodating and very rude. Disappointed because we’ve purchased and been coming to this location for years.

Even though i’ve had to come here more times in the past 4 months than i would’ve liked, i have to acknowledge the fair level of customer service. not always the best or efficient but at least they’re nice about it and care about your car. brian (who is the face you’ll probably see the most) has consistently been a helpful figure when it comes to setting up what you’d like done to your vehicle. the salesman are kind but not effective when it comes to following up (i literally had issues starting right off the lot with a tire i had to replace less than a week later). and if anything, overall i would suggest better time management and communication from provider to guests in all sectors. and lastly an honorable mention to their foreman scott, whose hands-on efforts may go unnoticed by some, but it’s evident that he fully compensates for the areas where some others may lack. very knowledgeable and dedicated and i appreciate that.
