Traded my 2017 F Pace for a 2021. I am so thrilled with my new car. I loved the first one but this 2021 is the best. Victor was my sales person. He was amazing. He knew all the technology on the car. I was able to test drive 2 different models with the option to test drive others if I wanted. Victor was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The sale was a breeze. I test drove on Wednesday and we made the decision to buy that evening. I emailed Victor we were buying and could he have the paperwork ready to go. We showed up at 5 pm on Thursday and everything was ready to go. Papers were signed and I was on the road in an hour. Very refreshing. We purchased a Lexus in December and we were at the dealership for about 8 hours. Most of that time (6 hrs) just waiting to do the paperwork. I highly recommend Jaguar of Tampa and ask for Victor.

Awesome car-buying experience from the minute I submitted a request to the handshaking once the paperwork was signed for on my new *Jaguar I-Pace*.First inquiry was a (late night) online request which was met with an auto-response from the sales manager, Patrick, containing all of his contact. After calling in, Patrick was able to lay out a lot of straight-forward details via email/phone -- initial estimate was almost EXACTLY the same as what I closed on. Purchased a 2019 Jaguar XE on 7-25-20 at Jaguar of Tampa. 2nd purchase at this dealership. First purchase was over 10 years ago. Each purchase was extremely stress free, relaxed atmosphere and enjoyable. Have purchased many vehicles over the years from other dealerships.....some of them were the purchases from hell as it relates to how the dealership handled us. Would 100% recommend this dealership if looking for a car from them new or used...fist purchase was off their used certified lot. Nicolas (Nic) Hodjaian was our sales person this day. Gave us all the attention we deserved in my mind. Finance person was Shane Torabi. Also very enjoyable to deal with. Entire purchase process took approximately 4 1/2 hours....kinda long, part of it was on us choosing a vehicle. Part of it normal processing. Part of it the vehicle prep/detail cleaning crew did not like the condition of the vehicle and spent and extra 30-45 minutes making sure it was presentable. Nic apologized for the delay which we appreciated....but we also wanted the car given to us correct......for the record......the XE was a new but demo model with 3100+ miles on it.....so props to all.Found out Jaguar will be building a new dealership in Lakeland sometime next year. So that will be great for us personally for service convenience as we live in Plant City.Only negative if there has to be one....and my wife noticed not me. Their dealer street sign must have been something wrong with it. Almost made my wife think the dealership was closed. I had such a great experience at this dealership, specifically with Victor. I had been looking for an F-Pace and everything I found in other dealerships was way overpriced, but Victor worked to get the best deal and I couldn’t be happier. My experience buying at Jaguar of Tampa was excellent! I found the car on their website and contacted them. I received a call in less than 15 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for the same day and we were in and out of the store in 45 minutes with a test drive and a fantastic deal! The price was good; the warranties and maintenance included in the deal were unparalleled to anything I’ve ever had with other cars. I went to the store the next day to finalize the paperwork and get the car. They were amazingly organized, not to mention the staff’s cordiality. Victor and Shane were awesome! The transaction was smooth, paperwork was correct and we had absolutely no issues. The car was super clean and we couldn’t be happier!

Im extremely disappointed with Jaguar of Tampa. I brought my car in for service today and literally no one on staff(except my one service advisor) is wearing a mask. I find this very disrespectful to all their customers that come in. They are basically telling me that they do not care about me or my health. Meanwhile, all the customers are wearing them. If we are courteous enough to protect their employees, I would hope that they would repay the effort. Shame on Jaguar and the ownership.
Just purchased a 2021 F Pace. Kunal my sales specialist was amazing! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I was able to custom order the vehicle with the exact colors and options I wanted with ease. Kunal made the process very easy and efficient and kept me updated throughout the process. I have bought plenty of vehicles and I can say the amount of time it took to sign paperwork to take possession of the vehicle was very quick and efficient. So far not good. We made a special trip to look at an F-type. When we arrived was greeted by a Kunal who was friendly enough.However the car I was interested in was filthy and reeked of ganja. Te car hadnt even been detailed despite I made an appointment days in advance. After inspection the car I looked at was clearly in need of much help so I declined and asked Kunal to followup with another vehicle that came in.This is where they completely dropped the ball. I called and emailed on several occasions about a car I was interested in and was told by Kunal, Ill go check out the car and call you back. This occurred on several occasions and no one has even bother to cal or email or tell me to F Off, nothing Nada, zip.If the dealership sales department is run like this, its no surprise the cars are in such horrible shape. Cant even imagine what happens in service.Sad customer relations for a Jaguar dealer.

My wife recently bought me a Jaguar F-Type R from this location for my 40th Birthday. Chris (sales person) and Pat (sales manager) were excellent throughout the entire ordeal.1. We live in DC and purchased the car virtually and during the entire process both Chris and Pat made this the most easiest transition imaginable. From entertaining my every whelm to ensure that I had a piece of mind that they were taking care of us through this purchase; and Boy did they take care of us. The insured that we knew where they were during the process everyday until the car was shipped directly to the front of my house in DC.2. Once my wife and I decided that we would purchase the car, first as a thought, we came across this dealership because their prices was second to none on the specs of the car I wanted. I called Jaguar of Tampa and inquired about a car and that I wanted one with a certain spec and what do you know Chris called me back well before they had the car that I wanted on showroom. Chriss customer service was top shelf. Pat wouldnt allow the dealer to put my car on the showroom without calling me, so that I could get first dibs at purchasing it. And we did.3. Shane (finance manager) was a masterful financier that artfully manufactured the perfect deal and within minutes we had closed/sealed the deal. Awesome work and enjoyed our conversations.To that end I throughly enjoyed Chris and Pats conversations throughout this whole process. Again they made this very easy and they were extremely helpful and patience with answering all of my many questions. I generally dont give reviews, but I am very satisfied with the experience that I have received at jag of Tampa. I purchased my I pace from them last year and have only had positive experiences. Kunal the sales agent, helped inform me about this car, as I wasnt too informed on it. They also worked with me to get a great leasing option, which suited my needs. In addition the service department is exceptional. John from service, sent out people to come to my house, and pickup my car for servicing since I was out of the country. Every time after the service the car looks brand new and shining. Ill recommend jaguar of Tampa to anyone who is looking for a great buying experience.
I’m extremely disappointed with Jaguar of Tampa. I leased my car from Jaguar Palm Beach but live in Tampa. Never did I think I would get treated like this. I was sold on how your customer service is the best of the best. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Due to the pandemic and being pregnant I was 4 months late getting in to get my oil changed. When I went there they told me that my free oil change wouldn’t be honored because I was past the due date. Even though I am wayyyyyy under mileage. I’m sorry but who is going out getting their oil changed during Covid? Especially when you’re immunosuppressed during pregnancy? Not only did they not honor my free oil change but they wanted to charge me $170 to change my oil on my lease vehicle. I refused and told the man i would take it elsewhere. Little did i know that ONLY Jaguar service can change your oil because most places don’t carry the filter specific to Jaguar . My husband and I decided to take it elsewhere not knowing this. (The service department didn’t even have the courtesy to let us know we wouldn’t be able to get it done somewhere else) So we ended back at Jaguar again today to get it changed and pay the $170. While I was there we asked them to detail the car which they say they offer all the free washes and details anytime. They didn’t even clean my dashboard! Such a joke! I can’t wait until my lease is up . I will never lease another Jaguar! Worst service ever!

He talked to us like; he doesn’t want to do the business with us.We felt really disrespected.We Never ever buy Jaguar again just because of that experience with the manager at Tampa..

Recently had a great experience with Jaguar of Tampa. Immediately after picking up a piece of jewelry from the jeweler, my boyfriend accidentally dropped the jewelry into the steering wheel of his F-type. Somehow, the jewelry got lodged into some part of the dashboard and we spent hours (seriously) trying to find look under the dashboard, steering wheel, etc to find the jewelry.Upon calling the Jaguar dealership, the manager Joe comforted us and let us know (1) that the jewelry cant fall outside of the car and (2) that this had (surprisingly) happened to other customers before and they were able to find the jewelry. They offered to take us first thing in the morning and said they would help us take apart the car until the ring was found.When I came in the morning, I spoke with Joe in person who immediately set me up to work with a mechanic, Vince, to find the ring. Vince brought me into the shop so I could watch the entire thing to make sure the jewelry was found. Vince was a complete gentleman in the shop and went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable and to make sure that everyone was on their best behavior. He joked with me to lighten the mood and help me feel reassured that the jewelry would be found. Vince spent about 30 minutes taking apart various pieces of the dash and I was ecstatic when he was able to find the jewelry. After quickly reassembling everything, the team didnt even charge us for all of the assistance.Really appreciate the kindness of Joe, Vince, and the entire Jaguar team. I highly recommend Joe and Vince for their great customer service skills and positive personalities.

I was looking for an F-Type for many months, but every one I found was overpriced or in bad condition. It surprised me that the best deal I found was at the Jaguar dealership in Tampa. Not only was the price better than anywhere else around, the car was certified pre-owned, had lower miles, and was in perfect condition. Victor was very helpful and showed me many of the features that the vehicle had.When I left the dealership in my new car, I felt that I had gotten the best deal possible. Not only that, I also felt like I made a good choice (which is rare when it comes to buying vehicles). Since buying it a few weeks ago, Victor has checked in a few times with me to make sure I’m still happy with my decision. It’s nice to feel taken care of by a car dealership, as opposed to feeling taken advantage of.Hands down, this was the best car buying experience I’ve had. It may be a while before I’m in the market for another Jaguar, but I will certainly return here when I’m ready.Edit: Five Months LaterOriginally I gave them a five star review because the process of buying the car was not bad at all. However after five months and dealing with the service department twice, my opinion has changed. The service advisors are shady and they will try to take advantage of you. I went in today for a basic diagnostic for a check engine light, which was supposed to be free.I made the mistake of asking the service advisor to also check the battery and he told me it would be $160 just to check the battery which is laughable. He also said it would be about $350 to replace the battery. I requested that if they absolutely needed to test the battery, I would rather them just go ahead and replace it since it is 5 years old so that I would save $160 and he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.After they ran diagnostics on the car they informed me that my voltages were very low and that I need a new battery. I thought this was interesting because they were able to determine this without running the mysterious $160 battery test. At that point I was perfectly fine with having the battery replaced for the $350 we had discussed, and I told him this. He said it would also be an additional $160 to install and reprogram the car. This guys was determined to make an extra $160 off of me.When I bought the car, I fully expected a $500 battery replacement. I was actually surprised when the advisor said it would only be $350. I was also surprised when the advisor tried to take that $160 battery testing fee and move it to a battery install/reprogramming fee. Its just shady and the last thing I want is a shady company working on my expensive car.The most frustrating part is that I have a check engine light on in the car for a knock sensor problem and Jaguar insists on running diagnostics before honoring my warranty. The service advisor absolutely refused to check my knock sensor until I replaced the battery. When I asked him why they couldnt just hook up a good battery to do the diagnostics, Jaguar magically didnt have any batteries available. At that point, I said no and told him I was not having anything done. The last thing he said before I left was that the car had been having low voltage issues since the 20,000 mile mark. This is funny because I bought the car from them at 24K miles.TLDR: Service advisors are shady and will come up with any excuse to take $160 from you. Sales experience is not bad, but if the service advisor was telling the truth then they sold me a car with a bad battery even though it was CPO. Ill let them keep two of the five original stars I gave them because I still love the car. If youre reading this because youre considering going here to buy a car, I say go for it. But do not trust them for service because they will try to use every trick in the book to drain your wallet.
I contacted Jaguar in the interest of purchasing a I8 the dealership had in stock. I also work at a dealership, I was pre approved to purchase the vehicle. I contacted the dealer. I was told it should not be a problem to get the vehicle. The sales rep contacted me immediately afterwards, after a few days I did not hear back from him. So I purchased a similar one from another dealership in Ca. I dont know if he thought I was joking about the deal in whole, but long story short. I got a call back from them a week later asking if I was still interested. I told the salesperson I purchased elsewhere. Next time try to take a buyer more seriously.
