My husband and I heard great things about this business as far as getting parts for the BMWs my husband takes pride in working on back home . So when we came on vacation we contacted them to purchase a windshield that we REALLY needed to complete a beautiful project back home and the gentleman gave my husband the run around ! First he was short staffed and just didnt feel like doing it, told us he would definitely have it ready the next day, then it was no no I dont have it with an attitude at that ! Here we are heading back home tomorrow to sit on this project again ! Unreal how rude this man was, you lost something great you didnt even have a chance enjoy 😉 loyal and consistent customers are hard to come across, so your loss buddy !

Very easy transaction and I was impressed how quickly I was in and out. I dealt with Gus in the office and he was great to work with and provided excellent customer service. I wish they were a little closer, but it was worth the two hour drive to visit them in person. I bought a hood, but was told that they can also ship parts to me. I would do business with them again.

I drove from Orlando to purchase parts from this salvage yard. I was very impressed with the selection and quality of the parts they had to offer. The service from Issac and William was excellent. The prices are very fair as well. I would recommend anyone looking for any type of European salvage part check here first. Very satisfied will definitely be back for more parts.

Will never do business with this junkyard again. I bought dme and cas module with key for a bmw. The dme looked like it was open before and had damage. I was told it will work guarantee or bring back for an exchange or refund. The ecu was throwing code for dme internal malfunction so I took it back only to be told my mechanic isnt diagnosing the car wrong amd charged a 35% re stocking fee. So the 300 I paid for the kit I only got 195 refund. When in the beginning I was told of it didnt work I would be refunded full amount. This place is a joke owner is greedy. Save your self the headache and buy parts elsewhere..

Called about a Radio Receiver for my 2008 Audi Q7. Researched it first online and found it at LKQ for $80 and Ebay for $55. Hoping they would be in the same range I gave them a call and they quoted me $225 for a used receiver. Wont be calling or using them or calling them in the near future.

I used these guys in the past with no problems. Its been several years, anyhow more recently I came from out of state on vacation and decided to pick up a windshield for my BMW that was listed for $45. I called up there and was told he was understaffed and could not remove windshield. He assured me that he would have it the next day for me. I call up there and he nonchalantly tells me yeah I dont have one... clearly a lie. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,LAZY AND A WASTE OF TIME!!!!!! DEFINITELY WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. YOU TRULY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

Called ahead of time to see if they had a BMW Z4 radio amplifier, to which they told me yes. I drove an hour and a half to go pick it up, only to find out they dont actually have it. They also wanted $400 per headlight for 15-year old foggy, yellowed BMW Z4 headlights that cost $326 each BRAND-NEW. Insane. I might change my review if I have a better experience in the future, but I was pretty disappointed and had to waste a lot of time and gas money on my day off.

Very unprofessional, no customer service skills. They told me they had a part in but didnt feel like taking it off due to being understaffed. I understood although he was unprofessional and waited until the following day. I called before coming to get the part, thank Goodness I called, and the same guy which Didnt feel like removing the part tells me he doesnt have it... Seriously??!!! Most lazy dude ever. I do not recommend this place.

Horrible experience I called asked for parts they said they have everything asked for price and was told around $130 didnt expect to get it that day but was able to come buy so I called back and told them Ill come in 15 to 20 minutes to get parts they said good we will get all parts ready. I get there nothing was ready they had to go find parts then another customer around 5 minutes after me came and they got his parts before mine keep in mind one employee was getting parts finally took them 15 minutes to tell me that they are not sure if they have them and to come look if they are the right one and they were not it was from a completely different model and they said the parts will be ready on phone I dont think ready means having to go out to the car and take them off the car but whatever wasnt the right car anyways but luckily we found 2 of the 3 parts I needed and both not in good condition one has tabs broken the other had chrome coming off and scratched up and the 3erd part they didnt even have it even though they said they did after about 30 minutes of wasting my time because we were in a rush to go work on a car we started talking about price for a part that is $110 OEM new they wanted $100 and for a part thats $80 OEM new they wanted $75 special deal for me and last part was $20 for 2 pieces new they wanted $25 for each. How do you go from saying $130 on phone to way over that? Really made me angry because I really needed those parts and I called another spot but it was not on the way so I decided to get from them. Long story and Im leaving a lot out but. All in all horrible experience wasted my time and my friends he was late to fix his car and I have to go and get the parts from a different place now and I cant finish my car like I wanted to because I called my mechanic to bring it buy the next day after I get all the parts on now I have to wait around a week Im angry and frustrated and my friend is angry with me because I only said it would take like 10 minutes everything would be ready. I would never suggest them to anyone and if I hear someone wanting to get parts here i will tell them not to.

If your buy something here make sure you take extra money with you because i got price on part was assured it would be there took day off of work lost 150$ and 2 hour drive plus what they asked for part but was ok with it, but when i got there they couldnt find part then when they did was told that they had to have like 200 more for it then was told a week ago on phone bc it was in good condition and nice (SO BUYER BEWARE HERE)!!! i will never buy anything from them again ever had problem till then but no way try to rip me off once im done with you. But wasnt all bad a place 20 mins away haf the same seats for 100 more then i was told, in mint condition so i found a new place for m3 parts that is a trustworthy place search (realoempart) on eBay and you wont be disappointed
