We came here to get new tires put on our 4Runner. I placed the order over the phone with a sales rep and we found a good deal on those tires. Coming into the shop we had an installation appointment so I was expecting to be done pretty quickly. I was quoted 1.5 hours but it took closer to 2.5. That was the only issue I had but I would gladly wait to ensure the job was done correctly.They had to do modification to the car to get the size tires we ordered but they did it no problem and didn’t charge extra. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

Extremely happy with the Quality of lift (Ready Lift) from 4WP of Tampa. All the staff were courteous, friendly and professional in helping me. I would recommend any one looking for upgrades, Lifts, Tires and rims, etc. to buy or be installed to check here first. Anyone can try to install a lift, but these guys do it right without any worries or issues. Definitely going back in future for all my truck upgrades !!! A huge thanks to RD and Rob.

I really wanted to like 4 Wheel Parts, but I should have heeded the reviews.I took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a lift kit and tires. Kevin, my sales person, was incredibly nice. However, I got a lot of conflicting advice from other sales people, including the manager, about death wobble on the Jeep if I lifted it. In the end, I decided to chance it.I scheduled an appointment to have it installed. On the installation day, I dropped the vehicle off. I hadnt received a call about the status of the installation, so I got a lift down there around 3:00 PM and waited in the store. My sales person came out and told me that they were waiting to test drive it. I got the keys back about an hour before they closed and started on the hour trek home.Upon getting on the interstate, I immediately noticed and knocking sound from the drivers side front area whenever I went over a bump. I mean any bump, large or small. I called the store around closing time, and told them about the noise, to which they replied Oh, I see youve already called in about this. I told them I had not, and they said the noise was notated on the account or installation. To me, that meant they let me leave the store with a known issue - didnt even mention it - and I can only assume hoped I wouldnt hear it.So I take it back for them to look at it. Both the manager and my sales person come out after a little while to apologize and tell me that the tech that installed the lift damaged the strut during the process. They would order a new one, but it would take about three weeks. I was more than willing to let it all slide since I understand that mistakes happen.So I drive the vehicle around with the knocking sound for two weeks until I get a call that the strut is in. I make an appointment to get it installed. On installation day, I am told that the wrong side strut was delivered, and that they had no way of knowing as the part numbers were the same. Good news is that they can get the right strut in a few days.I set the appointment for the weekend. I get a confirmation call on Friday to confirm the appointment for Saturday at 11 AM. On Saturday at 9 AM, I get a call that they have to cancel the appointment since the person they want to be there for the install didnt show up that day. They then wanted me to wait another few weeks to schedule another appointment. At that point, I told them that new installs should not take precedence over a repair, so they finally fit me in the following week.I drop the vehicle off the night before my appointment so they can get to it bright and early. I also ordered some running boards, which I was originally going to install myself, but they agreed to install as consolation for the poor experience.I get a call the next day from the manager telling me that the strut was lost between Orlando and Tampa. They have no idea what happened to it. They told me that they are ordering a new one, and they should have it soon. They asked me if I wanted to pick up the vehicle and drive it back when the part is in, to which I replied to just keep it. The manager also agreed that this was a cluster from the very beginning.The part comes in a day or so later and gets installed. They also install the running boards. My wife picks up the Jeep and drops it off at my work. When I leave work for the day, I immediately notice that the running boards are not level. There is a clear gap towards the rear wheel, and no gap towards the front wheel, so Ill end up having to loosen everything up and take care of it myself.I just cant recommend this place after them failing to notify me of the noise and the repeated errors - regardless of fault.

Went in 4 Wheel Parts in Tampa and was very impressed with the knowledge and attention of the staff. Kevin helped me with the questions I had; never made me feel rushed even though the store was very busy (people and phones). They have made a loyal customer out of me. No more just ordering online. Well worth the drive to the store for the level of service and expertise.

I would give 4 Wheel Parts a zero if I could and honestly its more of a corporate issue than the local store. My personal experience was horrible and I spent $650. I ordered online and shipped to store, drove 45 mins to the store on a to get my part but forgot my wallet. Was told that they couldnt release it unless I had my ID and card. I offered to have my wife snap a photo and send it and was told no. So I drove 45 minutes home, got my wallet, 45 minutes back to get it. 2+ hours plus tolls and Tampa Traffic frustration. The Assistant manager was nice when I returned and helped me load it.But the experience didnt stop there - I was frustrated and called their customer service during my drive home. After literally waiting almost an hour for anyone to answer, I got an agent who was nice. I explained my frustration and she offered to get a manager. I waited another 10 minutes for the manager to pick up. I got a Manager named Melissa who let me know she had 24 years in customer service who told me this was their policy and the store did the right thing. She explained to me all about credit card fraud. I asked her how it was different if I got a pic of the license and card vs physically having them. She told me they are required to physically see the plastic. So I asked her how the experience would have worked if I had it shipped to home vs to the store since no one there even would see my card. Honestly I didnt get a real good answer to that. What she did offer was to cancel the order and refund it even though she knew I was standing at the store and they were looking for my order. It was pretty much we dont need your business.She told me that she needed to speak with the assistant store manager who was helping me and he had her call him directly. She told me I could hang up. He found my part helped me load it and thanked me for my business.The thing that most stood out was not one person apologized for the inconvenience. Not one person did anything to ever make me want to do business with 4 Wheel Parts again. She didnt even bother to call to see if everything was resolved.I seldom write anything negative. Its rare that Im this frustrated over any store. I was in the same store over the weekend and excited about my brand new jeep, spending money on upgrades and they team was overall nice. My take away was that its fine as long as its fine, but if you have an issue, expect top be treated poorly.I am someone willing to pay for service and can afford to do so. I definitely plan to vote with my dollars and am committed to share this story as many times as I can. Hopefully others will see my story and decide to buy from a company that cares about their customer experience.

4 wheel parts and there team did amazing on my truck it rides smooth as can be and was done in a very timely manor RD was very professional when he sold me all the parts and quoted me and Shawn helped me pay for everything when making my transaction my bank had issues with the amounts clearing cause daily limits and Shawn stayed and extra 45 minutes with me past his shift! to make sure I could get it paid for and done we opted for there finance program and it made it much quicker than waiting on my bank thank you so much Shawn you deserve a raise!! Another very happy customer and will be recommending business here

Call in for an alignment on my 2009 F350 dually I was told to bring it in the morning since they needed to fill some spots for the day as I dropped it off they charged me $159. For alignment before it was performed, later they call me and say they couldnt aligned the truck and kept my alignment payment for a inspection service saying that my front end was bad. I ask for the technician to show me what was bad but after 45 minutes there he never came out to show me. 5 days prior my truck had all front end repaired. Took it to another shop and got aligned without any issues. This people have no moral.

Recently purchased a smittybilt roof top tent that came with a few rips from the manufacturer. I contacted smittybilt and they were very slow to respond and they informed me that it would take 2-3 months for a replacement skin. Steven and Kevin helped take the old tent of the roof of my car, replaced the entire RTT within a day and helped to put it back on the roof. Exceptional customer service!

This was a great experience for me! Jesse and his Team got my dream 2017 Toyota Tundra TSS 4x4 100% correct. I was definitely in a bad spot with my situation and they stepped up, took over and the professionalism was top notch. I am a business owner 2 hrs away and I will tell you It was worth the drive to get the level of service I recieved and the outcome I deserved. I bought the front and rear bumper for my 2016 JKU on 4/16/2021. I havent received them and when I call customer service to find out what is going on they keep me on hold for more than one hr and hung up on me. Looks like they are prompt to take your money but not to answer the customers calls. Disappointed customer.

Brought my truck in for an alignment and service after taking a little damage on the trail. The guys were unable to fix the issue for me but were way more helpful than the last 2 shops i took it too and they didnt charge me, which came as a huge surprise. Definitely would come back here for truck parts!

Unfortunately You Can Not Give A Company Negative Stars To Post.Possibly the worst customer service of any online retail parts company in the world. I ordered a part on 10/30, status never changed from processing. Cancelled the order on 11/9 by phone, was told would receive refund in 3 business days, never happened. Called back on 11/16, was told refund would be processed immediately, again never happened. Called again 11/23, can anyone guess what I was told?? Thats right, refund will be processed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

Had my 17 Tacoma serviced there on May 1st. I had a lift put on by a different shop and after doing so I realized it wasnt right I was ruining brand new tires already. After taking it back to previous shop and them just saying thats what I asked for I left and drove home. That same day I called 4 wheel parts told them the situation and scheduled an appointment. The week before they were booked do to a big even so I said okay and got Monday at 9. Showed up just after 9 and the guy at the counter had my stuff and came out to see what I was saying. As we walked out he grabbed a tech who from 30 yards away could see it wasnt right. They were able to fix my lift give me an alignment and get me back to running good. They didnt even have a work order in just an inspection and they said no problem. Didnt scratch my new rims with the alignment which I was scared would happen. Thankful for the assist from everyone there and awesome service any more truck related issues will be taken there regardless of the drive I have to take.

I simply called with a part number attempting to order or purchase the part, after minutes on the phone merely attempting to find out. Quinn continued to deter my request with his hunch’s & convince me the part might be months on back instead of doing what he’s suppose to do & take 1 minute to research the product requested. Quinn’s knowledge & customer service is garbage & honestly he shouldn’t work there! I spent $1400 weeks ago on tires there, you bet I’m never coming back & passing on the word!!!

Theyre apparently great if you walk in the door trying to spend money. I went to simply get tires mounted that Id bought on their website. They are 1.1 taller than my stock tires. Id extensively researched that they would fit without problems before purchasing.Admittedly, I showed up 2 minutes late for my appointment. I was scolded and told I should always show up 15 minutes early for any appointment in life or consider myself late.After they took my truck back to get the tires installed, they brought me out from the waiting area to tell me that they would have to install a 6 lift (minimum available I was told) or cut out some of my fender to fit them. All told, they wanted an extra $2,200 or so to put on the tires with the additional parts/labor. They (seriously) even explained how much taller the tires would get when they were filled with air, making the fit impossible. I made the mistake of telling them my front 2 tires were leaking air and I was getting tired of having to top them off once a week. Maybe thats why they were so aggressively upselling?They canceled my appointment for that day and sent me home to think about my options. I made another appointment for the same tires to get installed. I specifically told them I did not want them to touch my suspension. They gave me a paper with the expected work when they took my truck for the 2nd time. This time, it included purchasing and installing a leveling kit...without asking me or even mentioning it. I had to go in the parking lot outside the garage and find my truck and tell the employee to not touch my suspension.They did install them and I think they may have forgotten to balance them, as I get unbalanced vibration around 75 mph and there are no balancing weights to be seen, despite being charged for them. In the end, I have the tires I wanted on my truck with no rubbing issues and I love them, but boy what a terrible experience.Do your homework before going and stand by your knowledge.

I had the extreme warranty on my winch and had to swap it out cause the brackets broke from the steel line bird nesting on the spool and taking out the top bracket. I brought my winch in for the extreme warranty exchange that I purchased when I first bought my winch, and I was hesitant to purchase at first cause sometimes warranties aint worth the paper its written on. But 4Wheel parts in Tampa stuck true to their word.I brought my winch in to exchange it and spoke with Harry who started processing my winch exchange. I was curious about the synthetic line when I bought my winch and Ive had my eye on the synthetic line for the past couple years cause after working with synthetic line on my buddies winches, they loved it and I told them I wished I upgraded to synthetic line when I first bought my winch, so while Harry was processing my exchange I asked if it was possible to upgrade to synthetic line and he said yes, I would have to pay the difference for the synthetic line and confirmed it with Jesse who was also very helpful in processing the exchange and upgrade to synthetic line.I was like no way, thats awesome. Not only did 4wheel parts in Tampa stay true to their extreme warranty but I was also able to upgrade to synthetic line which literally blew me away.Harry also gave me a rundown on synthetic line maintenance and how to get the longest life from it.I was also offered to purchase another three years of extreme warranty to cover the winch for another three years. It dont get no better than that.Harry and Jessee did an awesome job and were both really really helpful. Hard to get that these days.

I recently purchased new wheels/rims and tires for my FJ Cruiser from this store. I needed new tires and wanted to get the spacers off the vehicle. My FJ has a lift, and the spacers were necessary to fit the factory wheels. I explained this very clearly to guy behind the counter when I was placing my order. We specifically discussed it and ordered wheels that were supposed to have less backspacing, which would allow me to remove the spacers. After spending about $2500, the guys in the back of the shop, who actually know what they are doing, determined that the wheels had insufficient backspacing to work without the spacers. The stuff I bought is good stuff, and I got a good price for it, but I should have kept the factory wheels, and didn’t need to spend half of what I did. Obviously, it was a huge disappointment. I may order stuff from them again, possibly, but only because they are in town and sell good products, but I certainly won’t take them at their word in the future, unless I can talk to someone who knows what they are doing, and it doesn’t seem like they all do.The guys were generally nice, and they didn’t charge me for the labor on the last attempt to fit the wheels. I hate that it was a bad outcome, and I appreciate their additional efforts, but the bad outcome is on them. Also, the shop has no place to sit while you wait, which can make for a long wait.

Took my truck in for a leveling kit and alignment. The front desk team was great to work with but the shop was like watching grass grow. They werent that busy and every time I went out to see what the hold up was, there was one tech working and 3-4 standing around. Waited 5 hours. As a previous ASE Ford mechanic and owner of a Renewables energy business, production is key and the more cars you move in and out the more money you make and the more happier your clients are! Safety, Quality, Production.

Tires not in stock, but didn’t say that on the site.I never received my tires. I placed the order June 15th online. After two weeks of waiting with no updates, I called to find out if the order was in progress. I was told that they were receiving shipments on July 1st & 7th, & that the tires were on backorder (which was not indicated upon ordering). I then waited until the 7th & called again to find out the status, in which I was told that the date was pushed to the 17th. I pondered whether it was worth the wait, & the following day I emailed customer service for a cancellation. Without a response from 4wheel, I received a refund to my account after a few days. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Horrible customer service and attitude. Here is a letter sent to 4 Wheel Parts in response to a recent visit to the Tampa store.I am writing to convey my utter dissatisfaction with the recent service I received at your Tampa store location on 6/4/2020. I made an appointment for a wheel balance and was initially quoted $57 for the service. Upon arriving I was told that I was mis-quoted for a tire rotation and that the wheel balancing was actually going to be $112. Because it took me an hour to get to the store I told the rep to go ahead and do the balance.Later in the day when I took the truck on the freeway I noticed vibrations coming from the front and rear at 50mph and above. Previously with no weights on the wheels (they were new wheels and tires) there was only a slight vibration.I brought the truck back on 6/5/2020 and told the rep what the truck was doing and to see if they could check the balance. I even offered to take a test drive to demonstrate the problem. The reps response was that the tires were perfectly balanced and that I had cheap tires and didnt offer any other suggestions except that they could take the wheel weights off without refunding my payment.To me this was an unsatisfactory response to a customer concern. Having worked in the aviation industry for over 31 years I can say that nothing is ever perfect, so I refute the rep saying that all four tires were perfectly balanced. I do not believe that he can say 100% that no mistakes were made during the setup of the balancer and the actual balancing of the tires. The correct response was to take one of the tires, put it on the balancer and verify that was zeroed out.I can say 100% that I will never be a customer of 4 Wheel Parts and I will never recommend the brand. Its unfortunate that the attitude of your staff in regards to this matter has cost you more than one customer.

Great products and workshop. The bald headed fellow is a liar and sucks at customer service. Spent $9k on tires wheels, lift and tuner. Came back for a cut tire and the shop accidentally kept my lug key. Later that week I called spoke to baldy who says NO WAY our mechanics dont use customers lug keys, youll have to buy another one for $11.00, I shared my dissatisfaction but to no avail. When I came back to the shop, a tech asked if I had one because the other tech was using his. I gave him my new $11 key and had to ask for it back, which he gave me an older one. I politely tell baldy what happened and that he was wrong, so he chewed out his staff and they stopped talking to me. Pricey, but good work. Just got to get rid of uncle fester.. Work with Jesse for a good experience.

I have never been this upset with a company’s customer service and reliability than I have with this one. My husband took his car in to get new tires they were off-road tires. He shopped around called places and they said if he dropped his car off in the morning what he did at 9:30 AM that it should be done sometime after lunch or a little bit after lunch. It wasn’t done until 5 o’clock because of this irresponsible communication he missed out on an event for Halloween with my kids. When it was brought up to Jesse or Jeffrey the manager he simply said he signed a paper saying it’ll be done by days end so I said to him people normally take the word of somebody and not reading the fine print isn’t that misleading? He said no. He said if he had to be out of by a certain time my husband should’ve told him and they would’ve rushed it. I didn’t know he needed to know my schedule because if you would’ve done what you said he was going to do by getting it done just passed lunch We would’ve had a problem. The mgr also thinks just passed lunch is 5 o’clock too so wouldn’t you just say 5 o’clock. He is the most Unreliable manager of his word and just makes excuses for anything. We spent $2100 for new tires because of the timeframe and location and it winds up being the worst customer service ever I’d rather gone somewhere else and spent $300 more for reliability. And to top it off he missed a family event because of them

Won’t ever go back. Customer service is horrid. They don’t come from out behind the counter to help. The only guy worth anything there was busy. You would think one of the other guys would offer up some help-nah. The part I was buying was $36 more then what I ended up ordering it online directly from the manufacturer (while I was standing at the counter). At least I was nice enough to hang my stuff back up before walking out.

I needed new tires for my Ford Raptor and found a great deal on 4 Wheel Parts. I was very happy to hear my local dealer had them in stock. An alignment was also needed. The tools used for balancing and alignment were very impressive. While I was waiting they also recommended a local restaurant for breakfast that was outstanding. Overall great experience.

Customer service is mediocre at best. Installed steering drop bracket of my lift backwards. I caught the issue after the fact and had to show the them how to fix it. Wouldve installed it myself if I had the space at the time. Called recently inquiring about shocks and was hung up on deliberately. I wouldnt recommend going there to do anything other than ordering parts from them because of good prices.UPDATEThe store manager Jesse contacted me after this review and went above and beyond to address my concerns. Hopefully the rest of his staff will follow his lead and provide its customers with the same respect as he does.

I recently purchased a set up Amp Research power step for my Jeep Rubicon got a great deal Free Install. Ive wanted a Rubicon for years but only decided to actually purchase one last year. So you could say that I am a true enthusiast, but a real novice, it can be intimidating to start your own build. I read some of the reviews for 4 Wheel Parts and some indicated that the staff was rude and snobby. I couldnt disagree more based on my experience. I interacted with Cody, once on the phone and twice in person. He was super laid-back, friendly and overall just a cool guy to work with. I dont leave reviews often but I felt that Cody truly deserved a quick shout out. I will continue to use 4 Wheel Part in the future as I continue to build my Jeep.JD

4 Wheel Parts in Tampa did an amazing job on my daughters Jeep and my wifes Toyota Tacoma. Both experiences exceeded our expectations. Scott Brody was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job helping us figure out what would look best on both vehicles. Both jobs were done on time and in fact Scott was able to get my daughters jeep in a week earlier than scheduled. We will definitely be using 4 Wheel Parts in the future and look forward to their Grand Re-opening!

Very knowledgeable sales staff, who took a bit of time over a few phone calls to answer my multiple questions about a lift, wheels and tires. While I was reluctantly prepared to spend more than I did; Scott gave me multiple options (at different price levels) to achieve the look and functionality I was after. The install took a day to complete, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thanks again, I’ll be back.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The man at the desk wouldnt answer any of my questions because I didnt have an appointment. He made it seem like he didnt want my familys business at all. I went across the street to Super tires (literally a U-turn away) and they were able to make it all happen with no issues whatsoever.

I have purchased parts from this location before and the sales people were fairly helpful. Most recently, I added an air spring kit to my truck. The manufacturer of the kit I used said that this location was an authorized dealer and I could get a $75 rebate if I by the parts from them and have them do the install. The manufacturer told me it was a 2 hour job and for the convenience I thought I would just do that. When I called the salesperson said that it was an 8 hour install!!! Even after I told him that was incorrect he insisted it would be 800 - 1000 to install. I ended up just installing myself and it took just under 90 minutes. I did this in the garage with no lift and having no previous experience with the kit. I know the staff at the store just work there and dont have any sway on policy. That being said, they are trying to rip people off. Make sure you do your research on parts and labor pricing before buying or using there service department.

Okay, today I just purchased $1000 worth of wheels from 4 Wheel Parts on Florida Ave. As I walked away from the counter to go around outside and load up my wheels, I heard the customer behind me ask a different sales rep about a military discount and he was told they gave one there. So when the lady who had just rang me up brought the five wheels out, I asked her about it. She said that 4 Wheel Parts did offer a military discount, but because the wheels I had just purchased for $190.99 each were on sale and regularly sold for $195.99, she couldnt give me a discount. I thought to myself, okay thats the first I heard that wheels were on sale, but if so, that saved me a total of $25 ($5 each) on five wheels. Wouldnt a military discount off the regular price be more than $5.00 a wheel? I didnt ask how much the discount was, Im just guessing that its probably 10% like a lot of other places such as AutoZone, Advance Auto, Home Depot, and Lowes, which would have saved me about $20 per wheel. But I didnt say anything because although I appreciate the discounts from places that offer them, I dont feel like they are something that are owed to me. I view them as an act of kindness and appreciation, so Ive never felt it to be appropriate to talk a business into giving a discount if they dont want to. It should be voluntary. But I still couldnt help but feel a little disappointed that the sales gal either didnt want to give me the discount because the money was already in the register, or she just didnt feel like taking the time to cancel out the transaction and re-ringing the sale. To be honest, I kind of find it hard to believe they were on sale, as marking down a $195 wheel by $5 really isnt that much of a sale and I never saw anything advertising a sale price. Ill probably still order stuff from 4 Wheel Parts online from time to time if they happen to have the best price, but I doubt Ill make any more purchases directly from their store here. I give them three stars because at the end of the day they sold me what I asked for at the advertised price. They lived up to their end of the bargain.

I had mu truck lifted here. They quoted 4 hours. It took 4 hours! No issues. They were courteous abd polite unlike other shops. They offer a great warranty on their work as well. I will be back as they have a great selection of accessories too.

I had gotten an audio system installed in my Jeep Wrangler a little while back, and within a month a speaker had blown. I had a warranty to get the system replaced, and they replaced it with another system but installed it incorrectly by switching the rear speakers wires with the rear tweeters causing them to blow again. All the while, their staff just claimed it was just a wiring issue with the backup camera and that I needed to take care of that myself. So their staff installed this $1,200 system in my Jeep wrong TWICE. Id hate to complain more, but on top of that, they took two days to complete a 3 hour installation and had horrible customer service in the front. I would not recommend this place, especially for audio upgrades.

Thieves! Made me order a second set of 4 tires online after they delivered the initial 4 to the wrong address and never gave me a refund for the first 4 that we returned! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER, you are better off buying locally, the discounts are the same and you dont risk getting robbed $500+. Amazon wont grant the refund because they play games and delay their response until the return time is up. STAY AWAY!!!

Took my truck there after having a lift done at another shop and it having issues. After having to take it back to the other shop twice I called Procomp who sent me there. Seen Jesse and he got me fixed right up. Now I can make turns again without that awful scrub!! Thanks 4 wheel parts!!

Bought an older 4WD beater truck for work that had sat for a while. The bushings on the discontinued MX6 shocks were toast. I called to see about replacing the shocks. Once they learned I felt like shocks were still good they said come on over and we’ll take a look. They could of easily sold me new shocks but instead handed me a package of replacement bushing. Get this....NO CHARGE. Amazing. I’m not a 4WD drive enthusiasts but the showroom looked well stocked. Rare to get this level of service anywhere anymore. Thanks guys! Now if those rusted shock bolts play well with the wrench I’ll be all set. :)

Added air bag shocks to the back end of my F150 to increase tongue load capacity. Great price; installed quickly, and has held up very nicely with no air leaks or any other problems. It really helped level out my truck under heavier tongue loads, and I was really satisfied with their turn time, counter service and most of all, shop work.

Everyone at this store location were very helpful and really went out of there way to ensure I got what I needed and at a fair price. I had burned my CenterForce II aftermarket clutch and had thrown out my friction and throwout bearings. Long story short, the manager and the employee/mechanics repaired everything and ended up saving me over $1300. I will definitely make the 2 - 2.5 hour drive to go back to this store.

Worst service ever, made an app to have tire patched under warranty that I paid for. Got here early they took tire off of truck and after almost 2 hours I asked what was going on. Thats when I was informed they ran put of patches. Seems like they would have what it takes to do the job ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY KNEW THEY HAD THE JOB TO DO. Like my time isnt valuable to them at all. If they couldnt do the job they shouldnt of taken the tire off

These guys are not good people. They must do enough business, that they dont need to have good customer service. They also claim to have a military discount, but mysteriously you can never get it. Shopped there twice should have learned the first time. Wont be a third.

I have had 3 jobs dome by 4WP on behalf of the dealership I work for. All 3 lifts were for new GMC 2500 HD trucks. For the first lift, the estimated finish date was overshot by 5 days. They kept saying they were waiting on parts from California. After the lift was completed, I was told the AMP running boards would not fit the current model. They could not catch this when we ordered the boards 2 weeks prior.The second lift was finished on time but when I sent the pics to my customer, he saw they had installed the wrong tires. I brought the truck back the next morning and instead of getting it done right away, since they were the ones to make the mistake, they waited until the end of the day. I called and Jesse said they would be ready at a certain time. I showed up at that time and waited another hour for them to make adjustments and do test drives before I could finally take the truck.While there, the third truck that was due in 3 days was still sitting there untouched. I asked the salesman, John what the plan was. He said they were going to bang it out the next day and it would be ready on time. I called him the day it was due and he showed up at the dealership to tell me they were still waiting on parts and couldnt finish until the next week. A week later I was told the brush guard ordered did not fit the truck and that there was not a brush guard available for this truck. Again 2 weeks after the accessories were ordered and the job was held up 7 days for a part that did not fit. 3 out of 3 jobs went wrong and we will not use them again. I lost a good loyal customer because they messed up and I trusted them to be lift kit professionals.

I purchased tires from 4wd parts online and had them shipped to this location to save on shipping. I then decided to have them mounted here for convenience even though the fees were much higher than my local shop. They quoted me a price but neglected to tell me that price did not include the other fees like valve stems, tire disposal, shop supplies, etc. which drove the bill up even higher. It wound up being about $75 more than my local shop charges for the same work. I was not happy but it was convenient and I received a good deal on the tires so I dealt with it. However...The next time I rotated my tires, I discovered that whoever put my tires on cross threaded over 50% of my wheel studs (plus 2 of the 3 spare tire studs) so I had to replace all the bad studs and pick up a whole new set of locking lugs to replace the ones they destroyed. Not to mention they were stuck on so tight it took a cheater bar to get most of them off. They must have just ran the nut on with an impact wrench without threading it on first. That is lazy and irresponsible and it cost me even more $ and time to replace the lugs. Also, they initially inflated my tires to 38 psi which is much to high.I love buying things at 4WD parts but I think Ill go elsewhere for service in the future.
