Chip and his team did an amazing job transforming our front and back yards into a home we can look at, love, and enjoy. After our pool install everything was tore up and mud everywhere. Chip set the date, everyone arrived on time and work extremely hard to make it our oasis.We can’t wait to play corn hole on our back turf. We are already enjoying our coffee every morning in a our rocking chairs looking at our beautiful front yard. After looking at the quality of the turf (pet turf) and comparing the quotes we received from 3 different companies, we decided to go with Turf Pro. Part of the reason was Chip (the owner) is responsive and gives 5-star customer service. He responded to our many questions promptly as we were contemplating whether to make this significant investment to improve our backyard. Chip also did an excellent job to ensure our project was completed before roadwork in our community began. His crew is hardworking and knowledgeable. The synthetic turf looks amazing. Our dog loves it. She can run around all she wants even after it rains without getting muddy. There were some minor issues with the turf (manufacturing defect) that Chip rectified in a timely manner. It is easy to see that his top priority is to make sure his customer is happy and I can say that I am one happy customer. I would highly recommend Turf Pro.

Honestly just a great company.We had our backyard turfed due to our two large dogs constantly ripping up the sod (just by running around). My wife was ridiculously annoyed by the amount of dirt being tracked in, even when we tried to wipe off their paws.Chip of Turf Pro Synthetics Tampa, came out, gave us a quotes. Was very knowledgeable of the product we would need, took care of the drainage and took care of everything else!The installation went great. The Turf Pro crew was really top notch. They were always respectful, answered any of our questions, and took the time to really make sure the turf was installed immaculately. Chip personally came out to inspect the installation and completed product.Best part, now I don’t have to mow, water, the dogs are having a blast, and theirs no more dirt!!! The turf had been in place for several months and I have loved everyday since it was placed. There was a flattening defect in a small section from the turf being placed on the roll incorrectly (manufacturer error not installer error). I noticed it about a week later and Chip worked tirelessly to get and answer from the manufacturer. He managed to not only replace the flat section but he replaced the entire yard (huge yard) for fear the new turf they laid wasnt going to match the original. Top notch customer service. The crew was very attentive to all my questions and also very dog friendly. Im very happy with my decision to use Turf Pro Synthetics and provide my highest recommendations.

Chip and his team did a great job on our backyard turf installation. They got it done ahead of the scheduled date so it was done for a birthday party and have made sure to come back and touch up spots that settled after the first few weeks. Quality is definitely important to them, and they have were very easy to communicate with throughout the process. We were referred by someone up the road who used them over three years ago and are still very happy with their turf back yard.

The guys came a month earlier than expected due to an opening on the schedule which worked out great. We have several dogs that would destroy our grass and it was impossible to maintain. The backyard has been transformed. We love it and my wife has spent more time in the backyard in the last month than in the previous year. I give my highest recommendation.very fair price too.

Turf Pro installed artificial turf in my entire backyard and I can’t say enough fabulous things about them! They are so thorough, will answer any and every question you may have, and the young men who did the installation were efficient and fabulous! By far, they beat everyone I checked with regarding price and I couldn’t be happier! I have recommended them to everyone who has asked! I had a very unfortunate issue occur a few weeks after installation by a pest control company who drilled holes in my brand new turf (without my knowledge) and they came back and fixed it and made it look brand new again! The job required a combination of first laying down pavers followed by precisely cutting turf bands and laying them down meticulously between these pavers thereby creating a diagonal stepping stone type of paver-turf combination pattern.
