The lead on the project was very nice, patient and professional. We had some minor issues with the work not being done to our full satisfaction (small, nit-picky things) and they came back same day to fix them. Amazing! These guys were great. Returned my call immediately, came out to my house the next day, provided an estimate on the spot and then came back 5 days later and did the install. It was a large job for one day but the installers worked late to get it done. They were super nice and professional. Great company and great service. Highly recommend.

Im still a bit confused but believe TK is synonymous with M3 Artificial. Company was really good at keeping regular contact...... until a contract was signed and the initial payment was made. Courtesies and customer relations took a 180. Last conversation with a manager was after the job was completed and it was pretty short and rude. I called to discuss about some unexpected delays with the job. Minor things from, difficulties with a stump removal, a personal emergency with the installation crew and even miss measured turf. What I was told would have been a 1.5 -2 day job took nearly a whole week. When I asked what could done for this, I was rebutted with a defensive tone saying they should have revised the contract and charged more for the stump even though it was already in the contract. Speaking of contract, mine’s did say a power brush would be used, but those doing the install did everything by hand. Funny how this company couldn’t spare anything after I spent several thousand dollars with them. This job comes with a 5 year installation warranty that im hoping not to need if this is how they treat customers after an install. I am a military vet that lives a large but tight knit community that heavily relies on word of mouth and personal experiences for referrals and recommendations. Bottom line, good quality and fairly reasonable price if you’re willing do deal with some of the issues with their sales/administrative team.

Called and scheduled an appointment for a quote, the gentleman never showed up or gave me a reason why. I called the company to let them know he blew me off, the woman I spoke to was less than apologetic. She rescheduled me for the following week, and then they blew me off yet again. Terrible customer service. Will obviously be using a different company.

I am very disappointed from this installation! I had my backyard done about 3 months ago and I have weeds growing everywhere. I also see a lot of seans. I dont understand. I have called multiple times and no answer.
