I love going to this store. It’s one of my favorites. I go here to get all my crafty needs. Most of the time I find everything I need. Very organized and clean.

Was on a Christmas shopping trip and they are still stocking. Need to give some time and go back. Not near the inventory they gave had in the past

Nice variety of products and at a good price. Not always the cleanest looking establishment. Definitely a good place to value shop for decorating on a budget. They do have a really nice selection of pots and pot stands. Worth checking out.

Great place with lots of decorations for your home. Its a one stop shopping experience. Need sheets? They have them. Need a lamp or a lamp shade? They have those to. They have almost anything you might be looking for. One of my favorite places to shop. You have to go and check it out, you wont be disappointed.

I was looking specifically for terracotta pottery and found very little. There are a lot of really great buys in other areas. Customer service is nonexistent and apathetic cashiers.

Went with a friend to check out some Christmas stuff. Got myself a new doormat and checked out some signs.

Great place to find home decor at reasonable prices and definitely the place to go to find ceramic pots for your garden.

Good place to find lots of things for the house, like non-slip carpet pads for wood flooring, outdoor furniture and replacement pads or pots for plants. Check it out, youll be surprised by the array of products for your home.

A beautiful assortment of home decor is the only reason for three stars. They are less expensive than department stores but most items I have found cheaper elsewhere. I was also disappointed by so many empty isles.

Employee named Donna who was at the register was less than helpful when I asked for assistance in furniture. She commented, I think someone just went there but she never paged anyone and I couldnt find any employees there or in the adjacent departments. Rest assured I will not be back.

Extremely disappointing. A lot of bare shelves and tables post-Christmas. I was looking for a round outdoor rug & was told by an employee that they were all mixed together. Low on planter inventory. Long check-out wait, as usual.

Very disappointed. A lot of items were broken, and thrown all over. If you are worried about cleanliness this store is not for you. There was trash all over the over the store, and it just felt dirty. A side note, not even the employees were wearing masks, and they were definitely not enforcing their posted max occupancy rule.

Awesome place plenty o home decor

Nice place to buy some unusual things & not so unusual. The wide selection of Christmas decorations that were being stocked on the shelves were priced a little higher than I expected. Their artificial trees were not of good quality & most were skinny trees. Everything they sell seems to be made in China which makes me want to shop elsewhere. I havent been in this store for about a year & probably wont be back since the cashier overcharged me for several items & I had to go right back inside to get the overcharged money back. Not an easy thing for someone in a wheelchair after having entered my van & began the process of strapping it down. I probably wont go back unless I need a pot for a plant. They even wanted $4 for 2 mini kitchen scrapers. I had found a pack of 5 for the same price at Walmart last time I needed new ones. Sad.

I love this store, but I was totally disgusted when I went to the ladies room. Only toilet paper in one stall, floor was disgusting, paper towels everywhere,dirt, no soap. With this virus going around you would think they would make sure it was spotless.

Great selection of a variety of household & pet items. Great prices. A good bit is on the lower end, but that is sometimes all I want (such as for holiday/garden decoration). But some stuff is nicer....found new pillows for my couch that are of decent quality and great price. Lots to look at. Nice selection of pet stuff, too.

Old Time Pottery has just about everything you can think of for your home at amazing low prices. Their selection of most is extensive, especially glassware and dishes. Sometimes it requires some searching to put a set together, but in the the price you pay will make your search worth the effort.

Shelves were pretty bare

I like this store. They carry many different types of merchandise. Most of its pretty good quality. I do pretty good buying gifts and decorations for next year when on clearance. Sales associates have always been friendly and helpful. Check it out.

80 percent of shelves empty...need restocking items

This review might not be fair to this company. When I walked in, a team member was standing at the front door to greet me. She also told me that credit/debit card machine is down, and all purchases are by cash only. I never carry any cash on me. So I just walked around a little bit and let without buying anything thing. A problem like that would really hurt a business.

Sucah a great and varied selection of most thing home and small out door touches. You can creatively think and shop for hours.

This place is great during the holidays for decorations. They also have a great selection of house decor to include towels, curtains and artwork, to name a few. They also have a giant selection of indoor plants and furniture. You cant beat the prices, I recommend checking this place out before the big chain stores.

For the first time visiting, it was a terrible experience. To start we could not find prices on most items we were looking at. The same item would have 2 or 3 different prices, items were not unwrapped or still packaged together to look like other deals, when really it was suppose to be individual sale. Our cashier could not keep track of pricing and would give us the wrong amount for an item, which then proceeded to give us the ten percent discount on the wrong item.Ive heard amazing reviews of the Pottery Barn, this first time experience made me never want to return.

Very disappointed. Signs advertised items 50% off but until you got to check out when you were told not unless they had a red line thru the price. Very misleading.😞

I love this place, great selection on rugs, dishes, out door items, towels, etc.However, the womens restroom is filthy. Grab a couple of gallons of paint, and paint it. CLEAN IT !FIRST. Toilets were full of poo paper, and would not flush. Management, do your job!

Large stock for outdoor decorating and furniture. Indoor intems as well and good pricing.

Almost nothing has a price tag on it. It’s a pain and you can never find anyone who works there. Wanted to get an outdoor rug. Carried it around for ten minutes looking for someone and got irritated and left without buying. It’s kind of like a massive big lots. Some things are great but most of it is offbrand junk you’ll replace within a year.

Hoped to get Valentine supplies. Not much available. Lots of empty shelves. Limited Mesh and ribbons for crafts.

Ive shopped here for about 5 yrs or so. Other reviews are correct....no price tags. Biggest disappointment is that they no longer offer military discount. ☹️I will probably only stop in for holiday clearance from now on, if that.

This is probably the coolest store I have ever been to! They offer a military discount to, which rocks! Lots of outdoor decor, cute little kitchen appliances, and so much more. Will definitely be back next time Im in town.

I luv this store. Especially in the spring, all the cute metal art to decorate your outside with the solar lights. But all year they ALWAYS have good things on sale, to spruce ur house up with!!! AWESOME STORE!!!!!

Great place for Home Decor inside and out. But when you go, make sure you have lots of time to walk thru the store. Because on one isle a product can be priced, but walk a couple isles over the same product different brand is on sale. I guess, they put stick out where they have room.

This place is always under a constant state of repair. Dont get me wrong, this simply means that they are always changing things around.

10% military discount for active duty and veterans. I dont know if spouses will get the discount, but I believe they will probably honor it (they seemed very appreciative of military!). This place has the cheapest cleaning supplies Ive ever seen but you have to wait for the sales, otherwise they will be higher than Walmart. They have great deals on kitchen stuff, like the pretty containers for pasta and flour, good deals on things like bookcases (found one here for less than $20!) and other furniture. The quality here is very good. I love this store.

I love Old Time Pottery. The staff are always helpful. I left a bag of Gnomes at the counter. I called Carman mgr. Took care of it. When i returned to pick it up. The mgr. On at that time made sure i got my purchase.

OTP is a great place for inexpensive home decor. Perfect spot for all things HOME. This location is large so plan to spend some time going through all the aisles.
