I am extremely pleased with the experience i had here. It was a pressure free experience and they answered every question and concern I had. One of the reasons i chose to shop here was the efforts they were taking to protect customers and employees from covid. I got a kitchen table, bed with frame, and full bedroom dresser set, and let me tell you this is some solid wood, not a single piece of particle board in the lot. Well worth the asking price and then she discounted it. WOOT! The delivery guys were very careful and were personable throughout the delivery. They took the time to ask where they could park and how I would like it brought in. They kept in mind the door frames and walls at all times to ensure nothing was dinged, and i really appreciated them taking the extra bit of mindfulness.

The owners were absolutely fantastic and gave us great deals. We left with a beautiful dresser and dining room set and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable and high-quality furniture!

Stopped in to buy sofa for my son and his roommates for their FSU apartment. Matt and Sandi were very reasonable and super friendly. They have a huge inventory to pick from. I cannot say enough good things about Box Drop Tallahassee Furniture Direct. They sold me excellent furniture at ridiculously low prices. The service was excellent and the mood and vibe of the place is so low key and relaxing. No bull, just great furniture at excellent prices sold with no pressure. Just a great place. Matt youre the greatest.

Where to start... I bought 2 mattresses, paid cash. One of the mattresses- one of the higher end foam mattresses- was NOT what it claimed to be. Total counterfeit. After 2 days of letting it open up, it was completely soft, fully dipping, absolutely nothing like the floor model. So I unzipped the mattress cover to see the actual mattress, visited the manufacturers website and sure enough.... not the same. When I returned it the service rep confirmed that it definitely did not feel the same. They refused to offer me a refund. I given the floor model in exchange, even after I had paid for a NEW mattress, and they offered me absolutely no compensation for the fact that I was now given a used model. Not to mention that I had to rent yet another Uhaul and lug those things up and down stairs. Horrendous encounter. I will never be back after that treatment, and I will continue to tell all friends and family who are in search of furniture.

Visited this place with a friend of mine who was buying two mattresses. The lady working today, November 30, 2020 around 1pm, was not helpful at all. She seemed as though she didnt want to be bothered. She was condescending and rude. I have been shopping around for furniture and was excited to learn about this place today and was completely turned off by the customer service.

I bought a table set three weeks in advance, called the day before to confirm pick up, and then come pick up day they had sold my set. Ended up having to get a set different from the one I originally wanted. Not sure why I prepaid to not get my desired selection.

I had a great experience at Tallahassee Furniture Direct. Due to COVID, appointments were required. I made an appointment THIS MORNING and was able to be seen when I got off of work at 5PM. Wow Matt was wonderful! This place is clean and has a lot of affordable furniture to offer! They wipe down and sanitizer everything in the store and even had hand sanitizer up front to use. Matt was able to answer all of my questions, he had willingness to make us happy and patience while I was trying out different couches. We bought a couch with a sleeper and a matching loveseat!! Can’t wait to see it in our home! Would come back here for all of my furniture needs.

I travel 76 miles for there tax Season sale. Cause of Facebook they posted that Mattresses would be $250 off they were not.. the lady said they 40 to 70 off the sheet on the beds $215.00 but we paid 275.00 for 2 full Mattresses and 2 box Spring. Each Was No saving.. be ware of your getting ..

This is such a great place to buy furniture. I bought a full size bed from here because my old bed was causing me severe back pain in my lower back. Every since I switch to my nice full size pillow top bed my back has been completely free of pain. No problems here at all. When they have the two day blow out sale... and you need a top of the line mattress set... go! We got a top shelf Kingsdown mattress at an incredible price. On top of that... the person that helped me and my daughter (Matt Brock) is a good, honest man. When I was loading everything up in the truck... I thought I left a very nice Spyderco knife on the bumper of the truck, and then drove off. When I went back, I looked ALL over, but didnt find it. I asked Matt if he saw anything... and he pulled it out of his pocket and handed it to me. Thank you, Sir! That was very honest of you. Those arent cheap. Anyway... highly recommend. Good people here!

We purchased a mattress and platform bed recently from this store and were told that our prices are really low, we were also under a impression that they offered a great discount. Unfortunately after purchase we found out that their prices are way above what major retailers like amazon are charging. Word of caution:do your homework, find what other sites are offering before making purchase. We lost nearly $200 in the deal.

Service is great especially Josh, when I bought the sectional 2 years back. paid around 2000 and it is peeling and I have to toss it. Tried repairing it and I was told Faux leather cannot be repaired . Simmons wont help as it is out of warranty. They are still selling the same model. Buy at your own risk !..I bought a mattress at the same time and I had no issues with it. I could have put more money to buy genuine leather or would have gone for fabric.

Simply amazing service. I set an appointment up for the afternoon, met Ms.sandy very friendly and personable lady, told her my budget that I wanted to stick around, got a mattress, bed, and chest for half the price that you would get at a retail store. It literally took about 15 minutes for the whole process. I love that its a one on one experience, it really makes you feel more valued as a customer. Delivery was also on time didnt have to sit and wait for hours and hours for someone to deliver furniture after giving you a specific time, like you would have to go through when ordering furniture through other companies. Ordered furniture one day in the after noon and it was delivered next morning, brand new furniture, great condition, for a very affordable price. Overall my experience was great, a little hesitant at first because, I felt like theres no way Im getting quality furniture for this price but sure enough I definitely did! Ill be shopping here again soon:)

I went here on Monday and just moved to Tallahassee from Minnesota, I cannot believe the service I got here from Brent. I came in looking for a decent queen size bed and Brent helped me find a high quality brand new pillowtop for a real bargain where normally at Ashley Furniture or any other furniture store your coughing up over $1,200 along with 2-3 day delivery time $150 to $300 delivery charge. Brent went above that and sold it at a real bargain with SAME DAY DELIVERY!, tell me where anywhere else in Tallahassee for any kind of business that will do that? Mattress firm will make you pick it up yourself or wait a week at the time convenient for them NOT YOU! Brent made it super convenient for me as his deliveryman show up 15 minutes early for the scheduled delivery time and helped set it up in my new home. If I every buy furniture again Im going to these guys and so should you, I went to several stores with outrageous prices and horrible delivery schedules. I purchased a mattress a week and a half ago. It has caused me massive pain in my back, shoulders and arms. I could barely function at work. Ive called them three times and they keep saying theyre going to call me back and then they dont. I have a lot of regret trusting them.

I had a horrible experience at Tallahassee Furniture Direct. I purchased a Groupon for them which is how I ended up there. The shopping process was easy and straight forward. The people who work there are very friendly. When I placed my order for a sectional with ottoman I was warned that the item was backordered, but told that there was a chance it would ship out early and that the sooner I paid the total owed the sooner I might get it. On my receipt they wrote that the items would ship out by the end of May. It is one day till July and I still have not received my ottoman much less a phone call to let me know whether or not it has even shipped. I called at the end of May and was told my sectional couch had not shipped and was still backordered. I did receive the sectional couch two weeks ago. It would be nice to have all the furniture I ordered. Also they werent entirely honest about the insurance I purchased with my couch. They said the insurance covered cat scratches. It does not. I didnt receive a copy of the insurance paperwork until my I went to pick up my couch... I dont believe they understood enough about the insurance to give me accurate information. Live and learn.

I am a fulltime college student who saved money for a bed and couch. I paid cash for both and the sofa was picked up by me already damaged but I want unaware due to the great packaging. I called the owner back and she refused to switch out the sofa. Howeve eventually agreed and stated I had to rent another uhaul to pick the new one up and bring the old one back. After calling the police and getting ready to report her to the better business burea her husband contacted me and agreed to replace the sofa. Her sons arrived the same day and replaced the sofa. I love the furniture I bought. And hopefully the mother will improve her customer service skills. Other than that, I am more than satisfied with my furniture which is distribution.
