They always seem to have what I am looking for in regards to furniture. As long as you dont mind a few dents and scratches, you can usually get a pretty good discount. I just bought this black table shaped like a guitar chip.

We recently purchased a new recliner and silk plants from Rooms To Go as my husband and I prepare to move to our new home. Rooms To Go offered a large selection, as well as great products and pricing compared to other stores. The customer service we received from manager Diego Marini was excellent. Im sorry to see this branch closing - I hope they offer a new location in the near future in Tallahassee.

I randomly went in there today looking for barstools and left with the dining set that is absolutely amazing! The manager ( I think his name is Jose) was so friendly ! I didn’t know he was a manager and I stopped him he helped me all the way through the sale, my purchase was only $200 and that makes this even more impressive! !!

Led a salesperson over to the mattresses in a box and inquired of the price for a twin mattress in a box. She quoted me $188. Not bad. Checked one more place who wanted $239 so I returned to this store and another salesman told me the twin mattress in a box was over $300. I told him what the original lady quoted and he had a conversation with her, then returned to tell me that her quote was for a regular twin mattress. Okay mattress but won’t fit in my car. They lost the sale and my business. I won’t return unless I absolutely can’t find what I’m seeking anywhere else.

Staff was really helpful, and the prices were great. They have an amazing selection of furniture.

Lots of choices are nice, but great customer service like the kind we received from Angelica really made this trip worth it. Cant wait for our new couch to be delivered!

Bought 90 % of our furniture for our new house. The staff went out of there way to help us. The sales staff and the Men in the back warehouse were helpfull and careing. Plan to go back and pick up some more furniture.

This journey began over a year ago with the purchase of a leather sofa which we loved until the electrical component on the recliner stopped working. We contacted the store and were given the warranty company information. The company came out, attempted to repair, left and then we were told that it was not a warranty item so good luck getting it repaired. We contacted the store again and was connected to Diego. After several months (Jun-Oct 17) we were finally able to get a new sofa. I would like to take this opportunity to thank DIEGO and his team for making this experience bearable. Diego went totally beyond our expectation to resolve this issue. The General Manager of Rooms to Go should recognize and reward this employee for his exceptional customer service. Way to go Diego!We also want to recognize our delivery team, Bryan and Devin from Panama City who were extremely customer oriented, skilled and professional. We appreciate that they arrived at our home on a Saturday morning with a smile. My family is extremely pleased with the service we received from Diego and his team. Thank you again.

I was very skeptical to stop by after reading so many negative reviews. But as soon as my wife and I walked in the door we were greeted by Kineshia. She was so busy it seemed like she was the only one who was helping the customers, no other sales representatives to be seen. She had such a good personality and made our shopping experience very pleasant. She helped us from start to finish. I highly recommend you ask for kineshia when shopping there. If it weren’t for her we would have walked out without making a purchase. This girl deserves a promotion!

Brought a beautiful TV stand in the scratch and dent area.

My boyfriend and I went in several time, just about every day for over a week. We found one we liked, went back two hours later and it was sold which is understandable. We asked them when some new ones would be put on the showroom floor. They told us within a couple of days. We still went in every day after that. The couch that we had wanted that was sold was still there a week later. They tell us to come back Tuesday, we do. Nothing new out. Went back Saturday (today) still nothing new out. They do not know customer service and obviously, if a couple is going in several times in a week. They are serious buyers. I suppose they do not care. The only nice thing I have to say about this place is Berry, he actually took the time to look up the actual names of the couches we liked and asked what we were looking for. Very poor customer service and obviously they do not care about selling their items except the ones they already have sold, yet they have not moved them off the showroom to put the new ones out for new customers to look at. I only give them two stars because of Berry. They definitely weren’t interested in helping us and kept telling us they’ll have more coming in to show us. We just left and same couches are there with “tape” on them marked as sold. I recommend doing what you tell a buying customer you would do. And not keep wasting peoples time.

On TV, it seems like a great place to shop but in real life, it was less than par. Nothing spectacular just so so. We walked around, no pressure, saw some items but will keep shopping

At first I was experiencing some awe fully delivery/customer service experience. Being that my furniture was delivered to my house and left in the middle of my living room floor “still in the box”. Not to mention at the time of my purchase no one mention to me “rooms to go” do not put your furniture up for you unless it’s bedroom funiture. However my experience in this store turnt out to be an awesome experience with the help of EDDIE and FORREST coming to my house themselves after the delivery guys left and put my sofa set and my kitchen table together for me. AGAIN My experience with EDDIE and FORREST will be the ONLY reason I kept my furniture THAT DAY and did not send it back the same day! Thanks guys I really appreciate the help and will be looking for you all in specifically when I’m ready to purchase those bunk beds !

I never visited a different store. This was my first experience. I am hoping this was an isolated incident, evidence leans to probably not. The store had a unclean appearance. Floors desperately needed vacuuming. The merchandise seemed unorderly. Not one employee bother to even ask if we needed assistance and the store not really busy. I saw employees standing and talking to one another. Even when I tried to get their attention, that failed. As far as I am concerned, I will never step in that particular store again.

I selected and ordered pieces that I felt were to my liking and they were not placed on my final order sheet. The salesman was misleading and did not do his best to rectify the situation. I was highly upset but still chose to conduct business with this company because of their reputation. I am glad that I have some of the items that I originally selected but still up in arms about the overall experience. I would recommend that any future customers be very careful about making purchases here and to be clear about what they want to buy. Thanks for your service Rooms to Go, I hope you all get better at making sure your customer is happy!

I was very happy with my purchase. Like the best outlets, you can get good quality for a marked-down price. They had some very good deals. The catch is that delivery is pricey. They also have an independent contractor (very nice guy and pretty reasonable.). But, if you want to save every last penny, bring your own transportation.

The $50 down is a scam that is not a down payment, when I asked why the down payment didn’t come off my total I was told it’s a processing fee. That’s false advertising

The worse place to buy furniture.. Its like buying a gun without a permit.. You gotta show your i.d to get your stuff although you just made the purchase then they scan your i.d. without permission..I wouldnt advise speeding money in this store.

A true disappointment. Very poor customer service. I went to buy a bureau for my tv and fortunately found the perfect one after looking around at many stores. The guy that helped me was initially very nice and proceeded to hand me the application to pay the furniture in installments without needing credit. I sat at the table to fill it up. The employee left and proceeded to assist other customers. I finished the form and waited for him. I waited and waited and waited. I saw him helping like 3 different customers while I was there for more than 45 minutes waiting for him. I went to the sales point and told one of the employees there that I was done. He called the employee who was initially helping me on speaker and told him I was there ready for payment. The employee simply answer “She will have to wait” when I was waiting for 1 HOUR! I kept waiting after that and 20 minutes later I had it, the employee even looked at me sitting there waiting and kept going on to other customers. I told them that I was leaving and their answer was just “Ok”. What a HORRIBLE customer service! All my previous furniture has been from Rooms to Go, after this never again.

I got my lovely bed frame and mattress from here, I would of given it a 5 star however the wait in rooms to go takes forever.Other than that I love my bed!

Beth Wood was very helpful and got us great deals. A very nice friendly sales associate. I only have a negative comment on the delivery warehouse I ordered a China cabinet on line and was given an automated text message on the day of delivery for hours of 1 -5 but at 530 called and they told me the delivery was running late and another time frame of 5-9 pm they should have called or texted me the information when they knew that.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but they did have a great selection. They were helpful without being pushy, as well.

The outlet was a new experience for me. I found a 5x7 area rug for my guest bedroom for $79. Just what I was looking for and the price was an unexpected surprise!

Poor Customer Service. We ordered bedroom furniture online for two kids bedroom. The order was made on May 28th. The order was scheduled to arrive on June 28th. We received a notification a few days in advance that the furniture would arrive between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the 28th. We arranged to be home during this time. Then I receive a call at 10:00 that morning that they could not deliver the order that day and it was rescheduled for the next day same time. I explained to them that I would not be at home during that time the next day and we would need to reschedule. I told the dispatcher that I could be home after 12:00 PM that day if they could delay the delivery. The next day I received a call at 7:30 AM from the driver that he would be there in 1 hour. I explained again that I would not be at home until after 12:00 PM. He said he would call back later that day. I did not receive the call so called customer service. They proceeded to explain that the driver tried to deliver but no one was home. I then explained that I had already told the driver and dispatch that I would not be home until after 12:00 PM. Customer Service than said if I would go home and call back they would contact the driver and have him come back. I then went back home like they asked and call customer service again. They said the delivery company would call me back in 1 hour. I never received a call from the delivery company and as of today I still do not have the furniture that was ordered over 1 month ago that I paid over $300 for delivery and setup. This is very frustrating, I have wasted over 1 day of my time waiting at home for a delivery that never came. The next time I purchase furniture I will not us Rooms To Go. It would be worth paying more money from a local dealer to get better customer service. Both kids a very disappointed that they still dont have their new bedroom furniture and I have no idea when or if they will get the furniture they picked out over a month ago. This has been a horrible experience.7/2/2018 Today I call Customer Service to see when I can expect to receive the new bedroom furniture and they said the truck would not be in my area for another 2 weeks. So because Rooms-to-Go failed to deliver on June 28th, and failed to return the phone call twice, I have to wait until July 12th for delivery.It is now September 8th and we have still not received our complete order from Rooms-to-go. They were scheduled to deliver on 9/6 but did not show up after I took off work again to meet them. I called Rooms-to-go and they said the next scheduled deliver would be 10/4/18. Room-To-Go is the most incompetent business I have ever had to deal with. If we get the furniture that we ordered in May it would have been 4 months since the order was made.

I went to Rooms To Go not looking for anything in particular and left the store with a new living room, dining room, and bedroom set. The salesmen i work with was Lacy McMullen and he was fantastic to say the least, better than any salesperson at any store i went to including Ashleys, Havertys, and Badcock. PLEASE ASK FOR HIM AT THE DOOR IF YOU WANT THE BEST SERVICE POSSIBLE.
