Excellent place for surf clothes skating shoes just a lot of things to look at. They kept up on cleaning up after each customer, which is always cool to see, Thanks. Before I went to this location, the last Pac-Sun I was at was in Huntington Beach California, where I was born. I like this location just as much, and they have almost everything that others locations do but, they can order it for you. 🤙👣🤙

I don’t know why people don’t like the woman with glasses and curly hair. She is so friendly and does her job well, she is always running around making the customers happy! This store is clean and staff is helpful. We love PacSun.

Good Mall store for California esque clothes and swimwear. Im not big on big box stores and National chains but the staff here was super helpful in helping me find correct swimsuit sizes for a gift.

The workers here are awesome. The clothes and presentation are clean. The customers here have huge attitude problems, it’s sad how rude most of you are to the workers in these stores. I love to shop at the Tacoma location because the store is clean and stocked whenever I come, but I can’t stand most of the shoppers and their entitled attitudes.

Ive read some horrible reviews about their customer service so I was hesitant to shop here, but in a hurry to find a few gifts for a birthday party I was late to, the employee was so much help in helping me to put this together. I found the perfect outfit & it was a success. I spent a lot less than I thought I would & had a great reaction at the party.

I love shopping here for lots of reasons. first is that they carry some really great pieces and fits my aesthetics. second of all is the people who work here, especially the manager Sarah. She is amazing and super helpful, always have a smile on her face and always sweet. she might look serious sometimes but she’s actually one of the nicest person i’ve ever met in tacoma mall. but i do wish they could carry more brands with bigger sizes like XL hoodies and t shirts. overall great experience!

Worker with curly hair and glasses is absolutely awful. there’s complaints on here about her from 10 months ago. why is she still employed?? if a worker is reading this i hope something is done. her actions are far from the excuse of having a bad day, she has been more than rude. drives lots of customers away

The store is cool and I got a dope fanny pack there but the sales guy wouldnt shut up about the credit cards and signing my email account up after Id told him 5 separate times that I surely was not interested in the slightest and it ended up turning my 5 min fanny pack search into a 15 minute session of me saying no thank you over and over...

I go there all the time but theyre style is for more of a certain type of people. Like if you like skinny jeans and out of the ordinary fancy cloths in general, be my guest Pacific Sunwear🌞 is for you

I was in there today. And i’m not one to complain EVER but hands down this was the worst experience ever. Woman with curly hair and glasses treated me so rude. I was reading comments and i’ve seen like 20 about her from up to a year ago. She slams doors and yells and she got mad at me for standing and helping my sister with cloths and told me i can’t do that which i 100% can. She should be fired. This is seriously the worst i’ve EVER seen.

This Pacsun had the worst customer service I have ever had at any store. I came in one day to shop and this lady who came right after me was helped by a sales associate and I didnt. The workers there completely walked passed me and didnt even bother to greet me or ask me if I needed help looking for something. From my approach it seemed as if they thought that I didnt have any money by the way I dressed. I dont think I will ever shop here again because of my experience. Hopefully in the future itll change.

I never write reviews but one worker literally talked down on my parents because they didn’t speak English well. Stood there just looking at us while we waited for a locker room. Falsely accused my parents of taking pictures of the store. Why would they even take pictures of the dirty store. Never had a bad experience until today, they should really review the people they are hiring. It was the lady with the curly hair I’ve seen that she’s had problems with customers before.

If i could rate this place a zero i would. that lady with the curly hair and glasses was so rude to me on two occasions she would move in a fast paced manner to stop you from doing something like i was trying to see my bf in an outfit in the changing room and she shuts the door in my face without saying anything. then later when i step in the changing room to look at his outfit is when she wants to say only one person can be in there but she didnt say anything to the couple next to us in the changing room idk what her problem is idk if its because she doesnt like her job or something but thats no excuse the other time i came in with a different worker and she was way more polite and even helped me although she was on the phone with a customer. i read the other review so i know im not imagining her attitude. she needs to be fired for horrible customer service. and this is coming from someone who usually tolerates horrible service.

They have great service and clothe for reasonable price and the employee are pretty chill

Horrible horrible customer service the woman with glasses and curly hair tried humiliating my little sisters and talking down to them for throwing away garbage, when she approached us and spoke to us she was rude so we decided to leave as we walked out she tried yelling and, made a complete fool of herself. I really think that’s not the customer training you receive as a PACSUN employee. She created a hostile environment for the store and I won’t be returning. Sad and disappointed to see a grown adult treat customers with so much disrespect, and disgusting how she treated us.Please hire people with some manners.

I come here for clothes but boy they have the worst staff! Terrible customer service. The staff here is arrogant and rude, no one is helping you with anything or even say hi, they just straight up ignore you until you stand still at the register with stuff to check out or reach out to them directly. Rude people!
