The ladies were so tentative and helpful my sun got an orange sling purse and I picked a new purse and the ladies helped with a new wallet. Im thrilled I work 6 days a week and they helped me 10 minutes before closing😁.

The perfect store for gifts for the special ladies in your life. Basically a one-stop shopping place. I found three handbags all at great prices, great quality, and Ill be back fairly soon I expect. A lovely lady at the store helped me find everything and packaged it all so beautifully!

A young female was very rude and unprofessional to me while shopping. She needed to be fired! Will not go back til they stop hiring rude sales associates.

Went in today to buy the smart watch Ive waited forever to allow myself to purchase. Being that tomorrow is my birthday and my husband and i received good news i decided to splurge and spoil myself a bit with a smart watch. While checking out we discovered that when we bought my bag last year that they never put us in the system fully and that i now wouldnt get my birthday discount nor had we accumulated points for that purchase. I asked if there was a way for store management to correct it since it was an error on thier end in that store and honor the birthday discount. They informed me no and while disappointed went forward with my purchase anyways. I convinced my husband to let me play with it while still in the mall THANK GOD. My watch that i just purchased wasnt in the box. We returned to the store and informed them of the error made and They told me my box was for their display model but that i was welcome to have that one of wait for one to be shipped. I ended up taking the display because i was so excited to finally be doing this for myself. My products are great. However i am disappointed that the brand that i have grown up respecting so much has been tainted and that both of my shopping experiences have been less than ideal. We will probably not be purchasing kors moving forward as the experience is important at this price point for myself and customer service is key when there are so many rival companies who want my business also.

The woman working there was extremely nice and helpful. Obviously this place is expensive because it is a designer brand.

The girls in here where awesome. Young amd imformative didnt feel rushed or pressured, will come back!

Wonderful customer service and of course the best in purses

The fact that such a high brand store only lets you return sale items for store credit is asinine. I will only be shopping at Nordstrom from now on for my Michael kors products considering they actually have a decent return policy.
