I purchased a vehicle from Rightway Auto Sales in April 2018. Yes 2 years ago and I still do not have tags for the vehicle. Looking over my receipt I also paid for licensing which I never received either.Originally I was told the DMV was updating their records which went on for roughly 7 months. Finally Mac disclosed to me that he sold me a vehicle without obtaining a title from the owner - Mac says the owner went out of business. Mac has told me verbally that he would exchange the vehicle however he is rarely at the office when I am able to go. I see on the reviews that you have complain to get issues resolved. I just want a clear title to the vehicle I paid for. Mac can you give me the title for the vehicle I purchased from you back in 2018?

I was sold a lemon. the car blew up 2 months after purchasing it. they told me the engine issue was minor and they would fix it. they never got back to me and gave only vague answers when i asked about it. spent 2 grand to fix it only for it to catch fire. i felt taken advantage of because of my age and first-time buyer status. however, the staff was very nice

I bought a car in July and have not gotten my license plates. My mom and I called many time and no response. My experience was great with finding a car and all the people were very helpful but, I have now gone through two temporary licenses and the second one just expired the 19th. I will be going Tuesday to talk person to person with them and hopefully they can help me out and give me my license plates.I’m one now my 3rd or 4th temporary license plate and mac has not called me back or gave me an answer on the update about them after calling over 120 times and leaving 50 messages no one has seemed to want to work anything out with me. I have reported the business and will be calling the police on them soon if they do not solve this and give me my license plates. It has been 7 months and no one has made any attempt at giving me my license plates.All you have stated below was not true.After 7 months you guys finally called me and told me you had my plates. Up until two weeks ago I was not even the owner of my car When I called the DOL. You guys are dishonest and should have fixed this earlier. I’m out hundreds of dollars of car insurance cause of you guys taking so long to get my plates. Thanks for the car but if anyone is looking for a car and wants to be able to drive it I would not recommend this place.

Terrible bought a Subaru they had disabled the check engine light drove it a total of 10 miles before it broke down. They never answer their phone and were unwilling to make it right.

DON’T do business here. After I changed my mind about running my credit and said I would come back and purchase the car in cash, I and the dealer Mak agreed that he would not run my credit. However after I left he ran my credit anyway and when I confronted him about it after seeing the inquiry on my credit report he pretended to not have any idea about how it happened. I will be filing a police report for fraud and get that letter of deletion he denied to give me. Thank you TransUnion for that idea. And to this business karma comes back around.
