Zaib and Khalid are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met! They will work with you, even if your credit is spotty (like mine ).They answered all my questions honestly and even had all the documentation confirming the work performed prior to my purchase. The vehicle runs perfectly! Khalid has over two decades of experience in exporting vehicles so he probably has a good eye on what to look for at dealer auctions. All the cars on the lot looked very reliable to me.I had a great conversation with them while I was waiting for the paperwork to sign and they even offered me refreshments and fruit. All in all, it was a great experience! It never felt like pushy used car salesmen were trying to get one over on me. We just talked like normal human beings.I would highly recommend checking them out if youre tired of working with dishonest sales people! Like I said, Zaib and Khalid are the best! Been meaning to write this for some time. My son and I traveled from a neighboring state to check out a car that he had noticed online. We called ahead and spoke with Zaib. When we arrived, Zaib had the car waiting for us in front of his office. After a test drive, we bought the car and have been very pleased. Zaib was honest and transparent throughout the entire process. He followed through on everything he promised.

This place is great! We drove 3.5 hours to look at this 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. We asked if they could hold it for us since we had a long drive, and they had to turn two different potential customers away, because they were holding it for us. Zaib and Khalid are very honest people and they made the car buying process extremely smooth for us. Mo helped us with our temporary plates as well. I bought an 2009 Honda accord at this dealership. I was very nervous to get a new care for personal reasons but once arriving at life auto sales they were very nice, honest and friendly. I didnt feel pressured to buy a vehicle which was a big thing for me. Im very happy with my purchase and they even worked with me on the in house financing. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership!!

Zaib was transparent about the vehicles I was interested in. I ended up buying a 2001 Camry that runs great. Zaib was also willing to negotiate on the price which I appreciated. He also was very sensitive to my unique situation in how I was paying for the vehicle. I most likely will be a return buyer in the future.

Went to the dealership because of an Accord I saw on FB. The staff was very polite, let me test drive the car no problem. I asked if at my expense I could get a Buyer Inspection done at the Honda dealership before I made any decisions on purchasing. The next day They had the car dropped off at Honda of Tacoma for me. Inspection checked out, purchased the car the same day at an excellent price. Had the plates and tabs in a couple of weeks. Polite sales staff, no pressure tactics. I came here from over two hours away. When I decided to buy the car I had come to see, they asked how I was going to get both cars home, since I had come by myself. I figured I would drive one car home, get a second driver and come back for the other. They offered to drive one home for me, provided I brought them back. I did take them up on this offer. When I brought the guy back, it was after hours, but he opened up the office and put on a fresh pot of coffee. Very friendly folks who went above and beyond my expectations.

A couple days after I purchased my car the check engine light came on. When I returned my car to get looked at, Khalid not only promised me he would fix my car, he drove me all the way back to my home in Gig Harbor. Khalid and Aurangzaib returned my car that same day, however the problem returned several days later. When I called Khalid promised again to make it right and they drove to my home to pick up the car. It was worked on by a specialty mechanic and they again drove my car all the way to Gig Harbor. The car is perfect now and I could not have been more pleased with the vehicle and especially the service I received from Life Auto Sales. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Fantastic service; set up an appointment and acquired a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 S Special Edition from them the next day. The people here are honest and upfront with a great attitude and a willingness to help you. The car works beautifully and they even put the plates on for me when they came in. This was an awesome experience all around and I couldnt reccomend them more highly; just an all around tremendous car dealership.

These guys are transparent about that they want you to leave them a review, and that confidence in wanting to be reviewed is backed up by the quality of their service. They were willing to drop the car off at a mechanic down the street for a pre-purchase inspection, which showed the car to be in good condition given its age. They were also willing to accommodate my payment needs, allowing me to pay the balance off within two weeks, even when planning on not financing. They didn’t apply any pressure to try to get me to buy the vehicle and were very easy to work with and generally likeable guys.

I bought my 2007 Lancer here about 3 months ago, and I couldnt be happer! Zaib (the owner) is a great salesman who has a vast knowledge on cars and how they run. He is also very polite and knows how to be assertive, without being pushy or disrespectful. 5/5 would reccomend!!!

Went to look at one car and left with a different one. The men who own the dealership were very nice and friendly. They lowered the price of the second car to match the price of the one I was originally looking at, and that put it below NADA, so I didnt try to negotiate further. They also rounded down to the nearest hundred on the final price to make it easier for my wife to write the check. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had recently lost my car because of an accident and Life Auto made sure to give me the car I wanted and for the best deal. The Subaru Outback is just what I was looking for and the price was affordable. I see some of the negative reviews on here for one reason or another, but my personal experience was very good and I would buy from them again. I looked for a Toyota Corolla for my daughter which consumed several weekends, found one at Life Auto Sales which was in good shape and had low miles for a 2008. I had it looked at by a Toyota mechanic who said it was indeed a good car and a fair price. The deal was smooth, and I picked up my plates the following week. The price I paid was very competitive for a car in that condition and the mechanic checking it out provided me peace of mind as it is for my 17 yr old daughter. I would not rate a small dealership with one star because they were not open when I stopped by as one of these reviews did. When I initially called on a Sunday, I left a message. They called me back and interrupted their Sunday to come meet me at the lot. Nothing bad to say.

Generally car shopping is such a headache and Ive been to numerous places where I feel skeptical and confused when I walk away, but I never once felt that way here. My family bought a mini-van from these guys last weekend. We felt very comfortable with the negotiation and transaction all around. Both of the gentlemen that we met were kind and transparent. They didnt try to sell us a warranty, but assured us that if we discovered that anything huge was wrong with the van within 3 days that they would make it right and I believe them. First off, great customer service. Staff is very polite and not sleazy like other dealership staff I have met.I had no problem sharing my expectations and felt that my concerns and interests were taken seriously. After talking with Mr. Khalid we narrowed my choice to a 2006 BMW, which I now proudly own. I havent had any problems with it and have encouraged one of my girlfriends to buy her car from here as well.

Went here yesterday trying to look at a ford ranger. Says they are open but doors locked and no answer on phone. Went again today at 2pm and same story. Id say they dont wanna sell vehicles.... or need to find a new sales rep.

Zaib is so wonderful to work with. February was a chaotic, busy month for me and Zaib really went above and beyond to work with me around my ridiculous schedule.I gave four stars because the car I had inquired about wasn’t there and there were some minor miscommunications. I was shown (and purchased) the same car but with different mileage and for a bit more money a bit beyond my budget, and that wasn’t clear until we were signing the paperwork. The car was also out of windshield washer fluid and needed new wiper blades and they tried to charge me about 3% more to use a credit card, in addition to the $150 documentation fee that wasn’t legally required nor pointed out to me- I read about this fee and thought I negotiated it away, but upon reviewing the paperwork when I got home, it was still on there and I signed it. So I didn’t like the $150 fee plus the 3% surcharge they tried to tack on when I wanted to pay them faster. I also was told I missed my final payment and that it was due on a date that wasn’t anywhere in my paperwork, so it was startling to hear I missed a payment when there was nothing that said my final payment was due that date but Zaib was more than accommodating to work that out with me.It’s a 3.5 hour bus trip to get down there so I did feel like I got roped into paying more than I should have because I was too exhausted from the trip and looking at so many other cars already.Zaib is a great salesman, very kind and easy to talk to, very accommodating, and left a great impression on me despite the miscommunications. There is no sense of misogyny or condescension from him like women so often get from men at dealers or auto shops and I really appreciated that. He showed me what I wanted or as close to it as he could when other places tried to show me automatic suped up sports cars instead of the manual AWD hatchback I’d been searching for. He didn’t try to get me into anything I wasn’t interested in and I appreciated that respect. Any miscommunications felt like just that- simple misunderstandings, not like someone was trying to get something past me or take advantage. He’s very nice and about as clear as you’d hope from a sales man.I love the car and I would buy a vehicle from him again as well as recommend the business to others.

Life Auto Sales was a pleasant experience. i bought a 2010 car which I located on Cargurus. The sales person, Mo, was honest and very fair with the price of the car....i.e. we discovered a prior accident event and we both searched Carfax and discovered it was a relatively minor event. The car was very clean and the oil was at the proper level.
