Had a hard time finding a place that fixed short. They fixed it and the price was good.

Took my truck here about 4 months ago truck was over heating they added a new fan now it doesnt over heat but the fans never stop even after my truck is turned off so now my battery dies on the truck. I also just got my car back today from evergreen because my wiper blades stop working they fixed that problem but half assed it now my wiper blades are hitting my hood and my case inside the hood to protect the wiper motor is missing so for them to half assin doing the wipers was a waste of 300 dollars. The times they have done work on my cars they have created a bigger problem and a waste of money. Will not be taking my cars back here will call tomorrow and hopefully they have the case still.

They saved our bacon. Theyre very knowledgeable and do good work. We had a surprise, weird, modified part they were able to identify and repair. I have a feeling that had we went to a corporate mechanic, they would not have caught that, and would have sent us to our doom none the wiser. Thanks yall.

There is a saying an honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold. This shop was recommended to me when I had electrical concerns on my vehicle. Evergreen Automotive was upfront and kept me informed throughout the whole process while servicing my vehicle. I have turned to them when I have needed work done.When my starter went out, they were able to fit me in the same day. I brought my car in and waited. The starter they ordered was slightly different from what was in my vehicle. They apologized profusely and explained the new one was on the way. They said the correct starter was slightly more but they would honor the original quote. They also replaced my battery cable because they were concerned about rust. They have always gone above and beyond and I trust in their abilities and integrity. I recommend them to family and friends.

Had to have a wheel stud replaced on my wifes car. Called Thursday and Lee was able to get me in the next day at 10 am. I was in and out in less than an hour. Great service. Will definitely return for further services when needed.

Ive been taking my cars here for years. They are the only mechanic place that I trust whole heartedly. Theyve never told me that I needed something if I didnt actually need it. Theyre always straight up with me. I will always be a customer here.

My vehicle was having issues starting, I took it to a different shop and they told me I needed a new harness connecting the alternator, battery, and starter. I didnt think that was true so I took my business here and they found the true root cause of the issue: ignition cylinder was worn so my battery would die if I turned the key too far when turning off the vehicle (ended up ruining my battery after so many instances). These guys are very professional, honest, and diagnosed/ordered/recieved/installed a new ignition cylinder, battery, and cable terminals in the same day. I was very informed throughout the entire process, nothing happened or changed without me knowing/ approving first. Lee has great professionalism and knowledge, ask for him when you call about you issue.

Friend of mine took his vehicle here. When the mechanic was working on the engine he had to remove some wiring. When he put the wiring back he replaced it exactly as he found it and then said it had been wired wrong. He wouldnt go the extra step and correct the wiring because he wasnt going to be paid. He found loose bolts but again he wouldnt take the time to tighten any unless it pertained to what he was doing. Jenny who I was told owns the place, told my friend his vehicle was falling apart. When asked if she would work on the brakes she refused. She was rude, impatient and treated my friend like he knew nothing about cars. Never going back.

I was quoted 2-3 hours for a repair by Jenny before I brought my truck in. I had problems getting parts for my vehicle and had to ask them to keep my vehicle there while I located parts. They asked that I keep them informed of my progress, which I did. When I finally located parts they finally got the repairs done 3 weeks later. I felt like I was being punished because I had trouble locating parts. When I got the call from Lee, I was told that the repair took 10 hours! But no phone call to inform me that it would take longer than was quoted. When I balked they reduced the hours to 6.5. So, if you want to have your repair cost you more than what was quoted, come here. Otherwise, I would steer clear.

The price for work was wonderful and more than fair. Unfortunately in the second conversation i had on the phone with an employee, which the owner was not a part of, the man told me i needed an oil change quoting me the price of $85. when i said no way i could shell out more money than the original quote for getting my starter replaced hes explanation was that it was synthetic oil, on a 1998 toyota RAV4.The owner called me the next morning and begged me to let them do the oil change because my dipstick was bone dry and i said no i wasnt going to pay $85 and that i would just put oil in my car when i got there. she told me i was mistaken on the price her employee had quoted me and hung up.Im a very forgiving guy, admit mistakes and we are good. I would have even continued to make them my exclusive car repair place (the price for the work was really that good) except i dont like the owner telling me i am wrong about what an employee said to me in a conversation she wasnt a part of. I gave 2 stars for the price, minus 3 stars for the treatment.
