I in housed a vehicle with 777 back in may, so far so good Ive not had any issues with it. The process was quick and easy and my monthly payment isnt ridiculously high. They have a large always changing selection from not so great to decent cars. All in all not a bad place to consider if you are in the market for a used vehicle.

Terrible lot. don’t waste your time. The salesman tried to sell me a lot car he was using personally for months that had issues with the VSC (vehicle stability control) and he told me his mechanic said it would go away with an oil change. Any idiot can google the issue and find this to be false. as I drove it and got a feel for it, it drove just fine. we got down to negotiating price and things that would need to be done he said “all cars are sold as is”. I wish I would have known that going in instead of waiting my time test driving the rust bucket. (Also be aware multiple cars were missing lug nuts.) The cars on the lot are not taken care of or washed to look decent. Better luck elsewhere.

Never under any circumstances lease a used car let alone a new car. Trust me. You will end up paying 4x or more the actual value of the vehicle. When I bought the car the brakes were bad the dealership mechanic cleared the check engine light and it appeared after I bought the car. Luckily I can work on it myself, but anyone else would have been screwed. Your down payment constitutes nothing to paying off the car and every time you make a payment interest will be so high it feels like you owe more with ever payment

STAY AWAY !!!!! Bought a f-150 here a month ago the guy max told me the vehicle was emasculate, and was also his primary vehicle I drove the car once and it’s been sitting in my driveway since blown head gaskets! Manifold had a dead mice in it and the fuel injectors are all clogged I’ve spent 3k on the car so far and now I have to replace the engine !!! They refuse to do anything to help base on what I’ve spent...I am in the military, they offered to LOOK at the truck and see if wether or not they can help ! But would be in 2 weeks time ! I could not afford to wait that long because it’s my primary vehicle so I had to spend the 3000$ out of my own pocket !!! DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE1

The manager Blake explained they are a Auto Shop but help some people with inexpensive cars who just dont Qualify for a Car Loan anywhere else...There was some good cars & Blake told me which ones were not. We bought a 1997 Chrysler Sebring from them almost a yr ago. It isnt the most cosmetically beautiful car but it RUNS GREAT. Which is the only thing that matters when you are buying a used car. Josh listened and sold Keith the best running vehicle not the fanciest. He knew we needed a reliable vehicle to get back and forth to work. We put trust in this place and it has worked everyday. They sell used cars to people whom need in house financing. Low payments and local contact if you need anything in the future. I see some people have not had our experience but we recommend people here all the time and will continue to. Thank you Josh! Keith and I are happy!

Sadly this place can’t be trusted. I purchased a car May 2018 and have already dumped $2000.00 trying to keep it running. I have relaced radiator, head gasket, plugs, wires. I’m a mom with 3 kids and was lied to about this “good running” vehicle. Buy your car elsewhere or you will be paying monthly on a car that doesn’t run.

If you want to buy a car that you dont know is rebuilt and then just surprise you with it later go here. They sold me a rebuilt car without telling me for over $6000.00. Then called me 2 weeks later and said sorry didnt know it was a rebuild. I would give 5 stars if Blake was still there. Blake cared and sold me the car for discounted price of $1,500 I would go back but the new management makes your car buying experience less than pleasant. We were warned to remove our previous post. So this is our revised one. Would not give it any stars but its a requirement to leave a post.

DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE HERE! Would give no stars if could! other than the receptionist who is friendly and professional this place is horrible. Did more damage to my car than when it went in. Unfortunately due to a warranty contract had to go here. Picked up the car with grease and scratches from their tools on the doors and trunk, Placed a faulty steering wheel sensor in, put my start/stop button in upside down, could not find a loose wiring harness to engine, and put the wrong spark plugs in when it had the right ones in originally causing 4 coils to be damaged and could have blown the engine! Then they turn around and say they would not replace the wrong plugs they put in to protect themselves. STAY AWAY, STAY FAR AWAY!

The worst place to get a car from. They will lie to your face the car has no problems even if you tell them you have children and in need of a reliable car they dont care theyll say anything so you can buy the car and get stranded somewhere.

If I had an option of not choosing any stars, that would be my option. Most of the time I read low rates reviews of places with a grain of salt but heed my warning. This place is a joke. Every car pretty much still had pieces of trash in it from the owners before, candy wrappers, water bottles. And the prices were hilarious. I have never once seen a dealership with cars so dirty and falling apart. I, a female, am looking for a car for a cheap price for a couple months before I get a new car. Im pretty sure this guy thought I knew nothing about cars, or my mother and roommate who were both with me. I didnt even pop the hood on any of these pieces of junk. Cracked windshields, leaky roofs patched up with duct tape, missing flooring, ignitions that had been clearly taken apart and duct taped together. And most importantly dog poop! All behind a bunch of the cars. The worst part is, they do in house financing, and no credit check. So the people who are desperate enough to go in here and have no other choice are getting screwed for a car thats not going to worth more than their own pinky. I did not see one car that had been washed or was really ready to sell. But if you want to pay a high price for a car that you want to work on, this is the place for you. Or if you are bored and need a good laugh, go check them out.

Did not know exactly what to think going in. Most of the vehicles were way lower priced then the majority of the lots in the area. Found a 1995 Tahoe that I was buying for my son. Everything was not perfect but it was in the right price. My son has been driving his 1500 dollar rig for the past 8 months. Had a few different repairs over the past few months and it is still going just fine. Now I have bought my self a little A to B commuter car. I know I am not buying brand new it runs drives and stops and I did not break the bank. Thanks Max for all your help my daughter will be in need shortly

Horrible dealership. I know two people that purchased vehicles from here. Both of them dissatisfied customers. UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU GO HERE THAT YOU WILL GET A CRAPPY CAR for a decent price. ALSO, do not expect your car to be 100% intact. It wont. It will be sold as is. The problem with the people I know that purchased the cars here is not the vehicle but more so the customer service ( you can see the owner who comments on peoples reviews here. This is not a professional business. Extremely rude. Learn customer service skills and take responsibility instead of throwing your customers under the bus. You should be learning from your customers regardless if your right or wrong) You will be told to get your car fixed there because it is cheaper. Both people paid money, no receipts (probably because Josh and the Other Lady in there are pocketing the cost of the labor), Josh also mentioned to one person that the reason he wasnt providing a receipt was because he was fixing the car under the table and that his boss wasnt aware. The other person he told them to give him $300 and he would add the rest of the payment onto the principle balance. When the $300 was given to him he decided to tell the other person that his boss found out and the rest of the money needs to be paid. Something real shady is going on in there. Looks like the workers (Josh and the Lady in the office need to be put under investigation for stealing..Im just saying) Services arent done on time and if you dont know cars, make sure you take pictures of your engine, battery, under the car, around the tire... (everything). I was just told today that one of the people I know suspects car parts are being stolen out the vehicle where repairs are supposed to be made... BE VERY CAREFUL HERE. THERE IS A REASON WHY THIS LOT LOOKS SHADY.... LOL Dont care what the owner has to say either... Check your employees. The end. Dont waste your money here.

Got sold a car by josh that had the brakes go out within an hour of purchase, almost hit another vehicle because of it. Took it back to get them fixed, received no form stating they were worked on and there is no clear difference in the quality of brake power because it still takes the pedal to the ground to stop the car. Told the guy I was extremely uncomfortable driving the car because it was clearly not checked for the safety requirements and his response was telling me to maybe sell the car somewhere else because its my property now. This place does not put their vehicles through state law safety inspection at all which is something josh specifically told me he was required to do. These people are crooks who dont care for customer safety, they dont want to help they just want your money. Stay far far away!

DO NOT do business with these crooks. I paid my payment on 9/6 $270 at that time they advised me that I owed $100 on my down payment. I agree to pay the 100$ but advised I couldnt pay it until 9/11. On 9/11 I called and spoke with mike and advised him that my bank was holding my deposited check until the following business day. To show good faith I paid $50 on 9/11 and would call back to pay the other $50 on 9/12 once the money hit my account. I called mike on 9/12 to pay and he advised me he wouldnt take my payment unless I brought him the keys to my brothers girlfriends car. I had nothing to do with he or her car. I didnt even know she had a car from them. He threatened to repo my car for non payment of the $50 that I was trying to pay him. They switched my car off and told me to find a a way to get them there keys. He pretty much blackmailed me!! It was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and Jessie James from channel 7. I will keep pressing the issue because it was very unnecessary for them to treat a customer like that.

This lady had came into my shop in Sears to get her Volkswagen diagnost and these people here sold this girl a horrible horrible car her transmission is going out and her Cadillac converters I dont understand how these people even sleep at night knowing what theyre doing. And what broke my heart and what broke my heart is they wont even give this poor lady her money back and it hasnt even been 2 days. I told the lady she should write a review her response was no its okay everything is going to work his self out she was such a sweet lady and she should know that strangers have her back in this world these people will get what they have coming for them please dont go here these people seem like theyre Crooks in from all the reviews they seem like very horrible people I dont see how they still even have their own business.

I bought white 2001 ford explorer v8 5.0L and within now and date of purchase (begining of april) ill take a look at the date to get actual day there has been many problems brakes are bare, they skreeched 2nd week were told all maintence was just done to car, radiator was run on water so it had rusty pasty type residue all over after 1st 10-20 days still took it to jiffy lube twice at roughly $200 total and flushed it myself sevrral times still havent got it all out. And now its clogged the heater core and no heat comes out or the thermostat isnt working because of this issue most likely and wont open up to run the liquids thru. The biggest problem was the mold and terrible water damage that is all throughout the side panels inside the car, the ceiling, the floors and dripps on the back seats and has flooded out the back speakers area making speakers damaged so bad they are now garbage which they were the day i bought it and i over looked due to josh telling me the water was just from sun roof being left open and not lieing he said there was no leak and the real problem is a leak somewhere in the roof, seals up top, and it has basically done more damage then car is worth but when i call i get no call back and when i picked up my title 20 days after buying it i pulled up he said can i help you i said yeah i bought this here he said oh really who helped you and was puzzled i said him and just went back to chatting with his buddy after no words pointed to office after i said need my title and to ask about some issues with car. Filed written complaint and called back to check on it had no record i was so frustrated this is first time i have shared this experience since.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Sold me a car for $4000 that was advertised for $2000 then repoed the car when I mentioned it to him. Joshua texted me about changing the price on my contract, I got there and he took the keys. Basically stole my down payment. Like honestly this is a joke he can keep the money to go buy more junk cars. Joshua and 777 auto sales is a joke.
