Great experience- car looks great, they finished the bodywork within the estimated timeline, and they were very easy to communicate with. Added bonus: they cleaned the car before they returned it- both inside and out- which was definitely going above and beyond. We have three perpetually dirty huskies and I almost didn’t recognize the inside of the car when I picked it up. We will definitely call them again for any future bodywork needs.

They are fantastic! Friendly, professional, fast service. Told me my repair would take 4 days. Dropped my car off on Monday and had it back in my driveway by Thursday. The repair work is great. My car looks like I just drive it off the lot. Will use this shop again if I ever need another repair done.

Had some damage to the bolts connecting my skid plate that they were able to fix very quickly. Very helpful and friendly.

Al was the absolute best. He took terrific care of our van. Not only did they fix the van but I was super surprised to find they also washed it and even vacuumed it out and wiped down the dashboard. It not only got fixed but cleaned and detailed inside. He was quick to get it fixed though he had to wait for the parts which took a few days but still got it fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend Al and his shop to everyone. I hope I dont need repairs again but you can trust I would go back to Al again.

Had some front end damage on my rig from a recent collision. Al and the entire Carstar Eastside team went above and beyond. My truck looks brand new and you cant even tell it has been in a crash. I needed my daughters car repaired while she was out of town, and I was arranging the repair from another state as I dont live in Washington. Steven at Hi-Tech was wonderful and went the extra mile--totally! Because my daughters college was on break, I sent him the extra keys and he (Hi-Tech) was kind enough to go pick up the car. Then, true to his word, the repairs were done within the time frame I requested, AND they drove the car back to my daughters house--without a charge/fee. I chose Hi-Tech because of its proximity to the house but mainly because of the great reviews.! They were so accommodating and professional, and we would use them again were there to be a need.
