Great service. 10/10 recommend. They gave me updates and realistic timelines to get my passenger door window replaced. When I got the car back the entire passenger side was vacuumed of all glass and debris. I can’t thank them enough for their professionalism and respect.

When I first walked in, everyone was extremely welcoming. Everything was explained to me in full detail so I wasn’t in the dark about anything. Excellent work performed. When I picked up my vehicle, I was treated just as respectfully as I was when I first walked in. In a nutshell, customer service and work done are exemplary and consistent. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

My car was hit in a hit and run and they took care of everything! They called the tow truck to get me, fixed the car, and took my rental back for me. Car looks great. There are a few little body things that I wish had been more polished but overall great experience. Not sure about it prices because the estimate and money portion was all handled by my insurance. Would highly recommend. Their customer service was excellent.

They fixed the door issue but got overspray or some kinda of thick dust all over the interior of my vehicle. To wear now I have to shampoo the rear seats. There was also things moved around as if someone was in my vehicle being nosy. But the folks at the front desk were prompt, nice friendly, and professional! I would recommend but, definitely tell them to either clean or cover any openings of the vehicle while in the shop.

Would not recommend wasting your time with this company. The general manager, Caesar, is not very organized. I was supposed to pick up my car on Monday, 06.28.21 and when I got there, the car was locked up and not accessible. The excuse was that because of the excessive heat, they closed early and he forgot... Super awesome to hear after Ubering from Lakewood to Tacoma in 110 degree weather. So I went there for nothing and had to cancel all of my work appointments for Tuesday because I was car-less. I called and was promised that my car would be out in the proper spot Tuesday evening, again by Caesar. I got there, and instead of leaving my key in the center console like they promised, they put the key under the seat of my car and wrapped it in a bunch of foil so it looked like trash!!! We spent 20 minutes searching for the key. Because they wrapped it in foil and forgot to tell me, when the key was inside the car, the car didnt start so I thought the key was broken and my finance literally went to the store ro buy it a new battery, which wasnt needed. Total disaster and really stressful. I chose this place by a referral from Statefarm and I will definitely be letting them know that this business is not organized and shouldnt be referred out. I wasted almost 2 evenings trying to get my car back and spent money on a key faub battery I didnt need .

Great work by the CARSTAR team starting from the evaluation/estimate all the way to end when picking up the car. Car looks great, like new. Id recommend this place to anyone who needs the quality service with quality work.

As an older women, I was insulted by their ridiculously high estimate. I took it to two other shops as well. Carstar quote? $1850 and car in the shop FIVE DAYS. Other two shop? $425 and $500 and in and out the same day. Which would you choose?

My car was hit on Christmas Eve. Over the course of about a month fighting with insurance to have my car repaired, the staff at Stadium Carstar were kind, respectful, and timely. Shout-out to Cesar for getting my car in to repair. Also to the staff in the front office who called to keep me updated and answered my questions in person. Moreover the mechanics who fixed my car. The attention to detail is appreciated. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a body shop with excellent prefessionalism.

They took 2-3 weeks to take the bumper and tail light off and tell me that my car was totaled. They were friendly and the bathroom was nice.

First time experience and was very happy with the results!

I am writing to negate my prior review that was posted on Carwise.com (they send an invite to review after their work is complete). I originally thought this shop did a good job but years later I had to have their work taken apart and evaluated and the results were shocking. They failed to completely weld my vehicle back together and made many other short cuts that appeared to be cost cutting steps. The situation was so bad that my insurance company ended up agreeing to take the car in as “totaled” even though I had been in no other accidents than the one this shop supposedly repaired. I not only do not recommend this company, but I caution anyone with a family who might drive in the cars that they work on against using them

They sent me a text update as the work progressed, and when I picked up my car, it had been cleaned and detailed and the repair was perfect. DO NOT GO HERE. I had my car fixed here and found out 2 years later they left a ton of damage underneath that they didnt even tell me about to where my car was unsafe to drive, and they refused to help me. More below:Over 2 years ago, I was rear ended on the free way. A friend referred me to premier, and I took my car in for an estimate. They knew that I would need a new back bumper, but never told me there was additional damage. The party who hit me decided that since it was going to cost $700 for the bumper. they would pay cash since their deductible was higher than he cost of repairs. (I will never let that happen again). I took my car to premier to get fixed, and they did a great job (so I thought). The bumper was perfectly color matched, and they even detailed my car.About a month ago I was in a little fender bender. I backed into a car that was parked going about 2 mph and it was on the corner of my bumper just a little scuff. I wanted to take my car into Premier again but they werent with my insurance network so I took it to a different auto body shop. I got a call from the auto body shop after they had looked under my bumper and they said there was additional damage under the bumper but there was no way it was from the little fender bender that I was in. They asked if I had been in an accident recently where I was hit straight on from the back. I said that I was but that I had gotten that fixed over two years ago. The people at the new auto body Shop said that was absolutely absurd. They said there was significant damage underneath my bumper and that it looks like there was severe impact. My reinforcements were totally shot there was actually a bend in the body, and there was a crack in the actual body of my car as well.I called Premier auto body and told them what had happened I spoke with the manager Danny. He spoke with me at length and I told him that I was very concerned that this had happened that I had been driving around in a car for two years that was unsafe. I was told by the new auto body shop that if I had been rear ended that somebody couldve ended up in my bumper. Danny Was very rude. He was able to find my file my paper file after about 10 minutes and told me that there were no notes and no photos in my file. He explained that there was nothing that they could do and that he doesnt know what my conversation was with whoever I talked to at their shop at the time. I assured him that nobody told me that there was additional damage. He said he has no way to know what the actual conversation was . He refused to work with me even though his body shop ignored the damage or just didnt look at it enough to know what happened. He did apologize but then refused to work with me. My mom called because she was concerned that I have been driving around in a car for two years that was unsafe. He told my mom that he had already wasted too much time talking on the phone today with her and I. My mom then asked him for some more information about the body shop and he refused to even tell her the name of his shop or his name.I trusted this body shop to fix my car correctly and to tell me what the damages were and they didnt do that I would never ever go here again and I encourage you to think twice before going to premier auto body if you want your car to be safe. I was taken advantage of by this body shop.

I believe in supporting local and whats better than a family owned business! Matt and Sadie and all the folks at Premier are awesome! They work hard and I appreciate their work ethic. They dont pull punches and dont tell me what I want to hear...they told me what I NEEDED to know about the work that needed to be done. Best experience ever!And to that yahoo who gave the one star...must be a competitor. *smh*

I have taken a few vehicles to Premier and every time they hit the mark. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me with getting the rental car and kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. Each vehicle has been repaired with quality work in a reasonable timeframe. This place is very honest. They told me not to get my car fixed and they missed out on the revenue as a result. I would go back here any day of the week.

My wife came home from shopping only to find out that her van had been hit in the parking lot. We called Premier Collision and spoke with Tim. He talked us through the process and got the ball rolling with both the insurance company as well as the rental car agency. All we had to do was bring the van in. Great results! Great turn around time! Great customer service! Great overall experience for somebody who has not had much experience in auto body work. Incredible Service, Immaculate Work!I must admit I was a little nervous turning over my brand new Honda Civic for a decent amount of work involving the rear end. But as soon Caesar took me out to look at my car and gave me his honest opinion about how long the work would take, I knew I was in good hands.Not only did I get my car back almost a week ahead of time, but it looked perfect! O.k., almost perfect; there was one small little dent they had missed in the upper panel. I did not hesitate in bringing this to their attention and once again service was spot-on fixing the dent within a day and returning my vehicle at of course no extra charge.I would highly recommend Carstar to anyone whos in need of collision repair.

I couldnt be more impressed with the service I received at Carstar. Our insurance did not cover a rental, and as a family of four, we only have one car- so Matt at Carstar set me up with their loaner, saving us a bundle. We had kind of a freak incident with the loaner where the skylight randomly shattered as we were driving (no one hurt!) and I was horrified to return the car damaged when they had been so kind. They were awesome about it and took care of things right away. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs body work!

I had repairs at ABRA AUTO BODY which was truly a bad experience not only did they not fix my car but they told Liberty Mutual insurance that it was prior damage and told them that I was wrong and that it was my fault for the reason my car was not back to it pre accident condition. After 2 months of fighting back and forth with the insurance carrier (not my insurance) they finally sent a field adjustor to inspect my car. After inspecting my car the field adjustor stated that not all of my repairs were corrected and that he recommended PREMIRE COLLISON on 1 st street and to ask for a guy named Tim. After contacting Tim he got me in right away and not only did he confirm that Abra didnt complete the repairs but, he completely took care of my vehicle and explained everything in detail and I got my car back exactly when he stated. I will only use Premier Collision (CarStar) to have my Mazda worked on for as long as I live in Tacoma WA.Thanks Tim

This is the best place I have been for car needs hands down. I had my car taken here last year when a tree fell on it and I took it back when I needed a major service because they were so great. The owners are the ones I communicated with most, Matt and Brit. They kept me updated when they got my car the first time, and from then each time they heard from my insurance company and the adjustor to make sure all of us were on the same page. My most recent visit was very pleasent indeed, I expected not to have my car for the 3 or 4 days and they provided me with a loaner car, but after day 2 in the shop I got to pick up my car, washed and vaccumed too. Needless to say they work quickly and are also very friendly. I might mention family friendly too, they had candy for my little one and gave him a neat car calendar which he loves. I would recomend Premier Collision Services to anyone. Thanks Guys!
