My grandfather was very interested in collecting antique coins, and we had a lot of them. After he passed away, we looked for many dealers to determine the value of it. I came to know about Tacoma Gold and Silver through one of my colleagues, and we had a meeting next day. The staffs were very helpful and taught me much about the coin, helped to guide my decisions and gave me an excellent price on the piece. Great place, honest and very helpful. Family owned and operated. I took a silver tea set in, they gave me top $ for it even though it was just to be melted down (now a days nobody wants a sterling silver tea set) I hope they change their mind and try and sell it as it would be nice for it to live on but I was taken at another place for some things I sold, and they not only gave me the best price but taught me a few things about how to sell and what to look for when selling estate items. I will be recommending this place to my friends and going back when I have more items to sell. Even if you dont go there first, make sure you do to get their price before you sell your items.
