Everyone was pleasant in the store. The prices were reasonable. When we were rang out incorrectly we went back and the staff were totally understanding and helpful. Will be back.

Luluz & Co is a treasure-filled palace.Decorative, functional, decadent…I can find whatever I need and things I never knew I needed.Just dont incur the wrath of The Lady. The owner of this store (a consortium of numerous vendors) is cantankerous, irascible and will call you on your bulls*** before you know what hit you.The customer is always right at Luluz – unless they’re wrong.Mrs. Maleficent sits on her throne near the register, surveying her queendom - when she’s not working on an art project (she’s quite talented).Like a spider in the center of her web, she’ll gobble up anyone she finds disagreeable: precocious children, hipsters, Trump supporters.I generally wait until some unsuspecting tourist goes in the store first before entering. That way, Madame Pele’s attention is distracted. Sorry, tourists, but someone has to be sacrificed to the volcano. The Lady has a teenage assistant who – I can only assume – must be experiencing Stockholm syndrome. He has impeccable mid-century taste and wares so don’t miss his booth in the second room.Luluz is quirky, fascinating and fulfilling. Play along and all will be fine.

By far my favorite of the vintage stores in Tacoma. Most of the stores sell overpriced junk - not the case here. Great selection of clothes and reasonably priced. Ive bought many items that I wear regularly, and come back often to see new arrivals. Also the responses by the owner here are hilarious and honest. I wish all businesses were like this.

FIVE AMAZING STARS!!This place is absolutely amazing. There is a great variety of vendors specializing in a variety of items. One of the best things I love about this place is the vibe when you walk in. Relaxed, easy going and no sales pressure nor someone following you constantly unlike some other malls. I love the staff - They all have a great sense of humor and they know their vendors merchandise. My only wish: That there were more antique malls like this one....And to the person complaining about her kid in the store having an antique phone taken away from him:I was actually in the store that day and your kid couldnt be controlled. You gave YOUR CHILD a vendors item THATS FOR SALE for him to abuse and to distract him so you wouldnt have to watch him. All this while knowing full well you werent going to buy that item he was dragging on the floor.May I suggest you either 1.) Leave him at home or 2.) Buy him his own toys or 3.) Leave the store if you cant control him. That tantrum he had in the store was embarrassing - for you. The staff was more than patient with you and your kid.

Stores a joke. They use OfferUp to list things and can’t follow through with their customers. I had discussed earlier with someone named Spencer that I would be in at 7:30 to purchase something from them. Asked if there was a way they could hold it for me.Was told “I don’t think it will sell immediately. So, let me know when you plan on coming down and I will let you know if I still have it. The store hours are in the description.”Was told the time I had given would work and about 1.5 hours from the time I was to pick it up it had been sold out from under me. I was already half way to Tacoma too. So they not only wasted my time, as well as my gas but now the Christmas present I intended to get for my grandmother will have to be gotten elsewhere.NOT HAPPY. Will NOT recommend this store to anyone ever.

Love the vendors. Love the store and love that they take the time to make a call to the booth owners when u need some more information. It’s time consuming! Extremely fair and reduced pricing. Upstairs has vintage clothing galore that u do not see from the windows!!!! Go!!!

If we could give Zero stars, we would. So...scroll down the few reviews that are here. You’ll see the owners response to a different customer. It only validates our own experience in her shop, which in our opinion...was even worse than the last bad review. I’m pretty sure most people would find the owner of this establishment a real turn off, when the entire time in her store, she is either talking like a drunken sailor or...who knows what universe she lives in as the owner of this business? But jokingly..yet blatantly and loudly using the “F” word as she’s talking with another vendor in the store, near the cash register... where “everyone” in the place could hear her...is just plain crazy. Not to mention how rude she acted and reacted the entire time by just being belligerent and overbearing. To top it off, she thought nothing of her actions for all to see. Even laughing at times. We could have spent over a couple hundred dollars in the store, but her attitude was a total turn off and many spaces were messy and dirty. Iv’e seen some grumpy antique dealers over the years...but this one was the worst of the worst. Not a place I will continue to support with money.. or otherwise. It will be interesting to see what her response might be to this review. Another “telling” response like the last one? It would not surprise us one bit. That’s “exactly” how she acts in public.

The woman who I presume owned the store was underhanded and passive aggressive. I had my son with me who was nothing but perfect as a patron - careful and quiet. At one point he was carrying a telephone and one (very friendly) vendor indicated that someone had been looking for one. When I went to the counter I told the owner where it came from as I had been told someone was looking for one. She indicated that she didnt like my son walking around with the phone and I told her that I thought she should have told me she was uncomfortable at the moment rather than be passive aggressive. Great stuff but terrible business. As a seller/vendor - please consider finding a store with better customer service. As a buyer - spend your money elsewhere, its not worth it to support a tired, mean old woman.
