Tonyy is an amazingly talented hairdresser. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Tonyy several times and I trust his skills and his opinion. He is always upfront, honest and is always current in the new styles. At my appointment yesterday, I wasn’t sure what I wanted except that I needed a blotched curtain bang fixed. I wanted something different without taking too much off my very long curly hair. He took his time to talk with me and we decided on shorter layers. Not only did the cut fix my bangs, it accented my face, my curls and it looks incredible straightened. I stood up from his chair feeling and looking great. Tonyy is also hilarious, witty and confident which makes me look forward to every appointment. Thanks again Tonyy! #moosejuice

I went to the salon here for the first time yesterday and it was fantastic. I seen Latoya and she is just absolutely wonderful. She executed my vision for my hair perfectly from the color to the cut and style. I had to book another appointment with her before I left!

This is the BEST Ulta salon around! They cut my very long hair, my teen daughters short pixy hair, and my youngest daughters 1st hair cut and they all look stunning. And I am a hard lady to please with hair. Highly suggest this salon!

I went to get a curly perm and hair trim at ULTA BEAUTY at DESTINY USA MALL and MIRIAM was my hair stylist. She is AMAZING AWESOME WONDERFUL AND SO PROFESSIONAL. I love this salon!!!!

Tony is amazing at hair!!!!!!! Seriously, I booked that appointment so stressed that I wouldn’t get what I wanted out of my hair for the fourth time, and trust me, it was a mess. Tony actually listens to you and does exactly what you want :)! Now my hair is what I’ve been wanting for months while also still remaining as healthy as possible (considering bleach was involved). Also had a good experience shopping there, all of the employees were super nice.

I used to shop at Sephora only. Until the shelves became bare and the staff became snobs. I will only ever go to the Ulta in syracuse from now on. A young man that i believe her wears a clinque coat, I think his name may be Alex, is so wonderful. Knowledgeable, firendly, and very accommodating. Another young man at the register who had a purple shirt and purple nails was absolutely delightful. They made the hour trip worth it. I will be going there only from now on.

Women at cash register was very accommodating and went out of her way to help me. Store seemed to have a little less product than normal probably because of delivery. Asked women on floor for a spray leave in condition er and she brought me over to her favorite. Will go back into store when I go back to mall.

I love Ulta, however I dont find them to be quite as helpful as Sephora. 5 stars though for the inclusion of high end quality drug store brands, so theres something for every budget.

I would say this place caters mostly towards women so Im not sure why they pretend to have a mens selection. The ladies were able to get the palettes they wanted. The people working there are very helpful.

This has been my favorite beauty store since I lived in Atlanta 2005. Cheaper than my hair salon and many options. Good sales for members and great customer service. All the people who work there, go out of their way to help!! Lots of options ans great rewards program

Great place! The selection is amazing, sale section is always stocked with goodies! They also have these sample things like a mini lipstick applicator and a mascara wand! Very friendly staff fast and efficient

I came in the first week of May. I went in for a color and haircut. The girl I had was sweet but very apparently inexperienced. It took nearly 40 minutes just to decide how she was going to color my hair because she was waiting on a more experienced salon stylist to help advise. The color came out okay but she ruined my hair with the cut. I have 2 layers of hair now, both of which are uneven and choppy. The top layer isn’t even long enough to keep in a pony tail.The appointment began at 1200 and I didn’t leave until 430 that afternoon. I tried to remain positive but the look of horror from both another hairdresser and client across the table while she was finishing my hair kind of said it all. The last experience I had with Ulta was fantastic but $350 for color and cut for this wasn’t worth it. I haven’t had this bad of a haircut since high school. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this salon for anything but beauty products.Customer service wasn’t great either. While waiting in the checkout line, I heard two separate encounters with who I assume was the floor manager about how some of the sales associates were outright rude or just unhelpful.

I like that they have high-end products but also keep the drug store type products in stock, too. They also have hair and perfume items, not just makeup. I havent tried their salon services, yet. The only reason I give them a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because it can be difficult to find help. I will say that when I do find someone, they are kind and really helpful. I just dont want to spend a lot of time searching for them.

I love Ulta, you see I am ABSOLUTELY addicted to makeup which is how I make of living coinsidently so it only makes sense. Their app is great too and you get bonus points so Ive gotten a WHOLE LOTTA point which takes $$ off @ the register which is also very awesome!! You can also see if certain products are available @ your store or surrounding stores.

I love Ulta as a general rule, but todays visit was over the top awesome. They were having a 50% off all clearance items sale and when I asked one of the employees about it, she proceeded to show me even more clearance stands all around the store and pointed out the best deals she had noticed. It was amazing!

Don’t get your hair done by kaylen here. Just went for an appointment- she was no where to be found for ten minutes && when I showed her my photo after finally being able to sit- she said she doesn’t do “men’s cuts” (even tho I’m female and the photo I showed her was a female) && she said she doesn’t even have the tools to do it, they’re at home. Clearly she didn’t wanna get tipped that day because she canceled my appointment after that and let me walk right out. I did speak with the manager before leaving as I was disgusted by how I was treated.

They have an amazing salon.

The woman who did my friends eyebrows did a dantastic job. The whole staff is really friendly. They have about every piece and brand of makeup you could possibly think of. They have a full servixe salon too. You can get everything from a lip wax to full makeup to full hair cuts and styles. Very brightly lit place. And very gay friendly place.

Came in looking for a full coverage foundation and the girl who helped me, Jennifer, was awesome! She took the time to match me to a foundation and showed me how to apply it. I felt great leaving the store. Thank you, Jennifer!

Well, theres a whole lot of things for looking after ones skin and hair, but not the one thing I was looking for. However, the clerk who helped me was very courteous and warm-hearted.

My friend that is inexperienced dyed my hair and it was absolutely horrible. I didn’t think it could get fixed, it was black at the roots with blonde literary right in the middle of my hair then black at the ends. Anyways, I went to ulta to see if it could get fixed and she did a wonderful job. Tiffany took care of me and did a magnificent job. I couldn’t thank her enough. She knew what she was doing and told me what she was doing to my hair. She was so friendly always smiling. I definitely recommend getting your hair cut and colored there!

I went in for a microderm on Friday the 18th. They had a 20% special running on salon and skincare services. I heard an employee telling another customer about it and assumed that it would be applied to my service as well. When I went up to the counter, they charged me full price and handed me a coupon for my next service. Very disheartening.

I usually love coming to this ulta, however today’s experience was not good at all. They had a promotion going and basically if you spend $19.50 on ulta brand products, you get a 12 piece set. Although it wasn’t specified, I guess Ulta Beauty soaps didn’t apply to this promotion. However, the problem was when the worker informed me of that she was rude and was consistently rolling her eyes at every question that was asked. The customer service was completely terrible. When you are working a retail job, customer service skills are imperative and this worker did not have them. Her actions and facial expressions were every unnecessary. Will not be visiting this location again. Rather order online.

While the store has a wonderful selection of products, the staff members we interacted with had little concern to support us when asked to assist finding a product.

Nice selection. However everytime I go in its filthy. Hair in the brushes, safety seals already removed from products. Rarely ever get acknowledged by employees. I just go to Sephora.

They hire children to do your hair and they do not have any experience.My girlfriend was quoted a flat $300.00 for a hair treatment and the stylist was incompetent, refused to honor the price and started to cry, spoke to the General Manager and we are now awaiting a response from the Salon Manager...Updates to follow...Left two messages for General Manager, No call back, no resolution. They just dont care about their customers and they employee very young inexperienced hair stylists.

They have it all. Expensive and frugal. You can find whatever you are looking for and so much that you werent. Samples of so much that you can smell and touch so you know what you are buying.
