Love Sephora, but the beauty advisors were completely absent, and rude. The store itself was understaffed, and the only help I could get from anyone in the store was from a cordial security guard. Once I finally got their attention, after 25-30 minutes (in a store that wasn’t busy) she claimed to know nothing about the brands, etc… Just a very disappointing location.

Store has been relocated, its now across from banana republic.

Every time my wife visits this location she gets followed around. At least be more discreet about it... lol.

Dont know much about anything in the store, but my wife likes it. My bank account doesnt.

I’ve met many of the workers here, very polite and welcoming. I wish the selection was a lot more like online, but oh well. I’ll take good service over products any day.

My wife and I went to Destiny Mall during the holidays while on vacation 1300 miles away. My wife was looking for a certain item in travel size which this location happened to not sell in-store. Jillian swooped in and assisted us before we even had a chance to ask, providing us with excellent service and product knowledge. Jillian was so kind and generous, and went above and beyond, giving us a travel sized sample of the product, and even made some amazing recommendations which we later purchased. I cannot stress how great the customer service was that we received. Thank you Jillian!

Just take all my money. I go for one thing and come out with at least 3.

I wish they would not change their displays so much. Every time I go in to buy my daily primer is has been moved around the store. Other than that the staff if very helpful and store is fully stocked and fun to spend a hour in.

I always look forward to going to sephora. The girls are always so helpful and sweet. I can go in and spend as much time as I want testing products and playing around with all the makeup. Great store.

They get one star for wide selection but I went in when there were about as many workers as there were customers and was ignored. I asked for help and was told help with eye shadow would take 2.5 hours. I left unhappy because the answering machine even says stop in. I felt unwelcome and took my money to Bare minerals where they were amazing and I spent 170 bucks. I came ready to spend money and they didnt want it. Thats cool, I am now a bare minerals girl and wont go to Sephora again.

Great customer service, and the staff was very friendly. I found what I needed and checked out. Turns out the checkout process was double the time that it too me to get my eyeliner. The total was $15.12. I gave the cashier a 20 dollar bill then was about to give her 12 cents so I could get a 5 dollar bill back(instead of having loose cash and change). She said she was unable to do that because they only count the bills. I tried explaining that shes going to have the same exact amount of money still in her drawer. She had absolutely no idea what I meant. So whoever is the manager of this place, you should teach some basic math and explain when the total is $15.12, and $20.12 is given, its ok to give a $5 bill as change.

I love this store. I went midweek as a treat for passing a big exam and the ladies there were so friendly and enthusiastic about makeup. I had the best time, and really enjoyed talking to them about different products. I then went back c.2 weeks later while a friend got her laptop fixed at the Apple Store. They recognized me, were super welcoming, and helped me sample different foundations. I cant wait to go back in again for my birthday!

Is it normal for them to ask you for your Beauty Insider account before giving you a small foundation sample? Was a bit awkward. Good thing I just hit VIB status or who knows if she would have given it to me.

It was wonderful and relaxing. I had a mini makeover with the ABH Norvina palette.

Throughout my years of shopping at Sephora, never have been treated badly nor discriminated against until I visited this location inside Destiny USA mall.The employees are impatient, rude and condescending - you can never gets straight answer and as soon as you walk in, all the sudden they’re surrendering your location and following you around. Even though they were told I don’t need help - while other non-black customers shop and browse peacefully.I confronted one of the employees about being followed and I was told “oh no, we’re just walking.” Lol - walking around every aisle I’m at. Smh.Needless to say, I do not recommend this location for people of color.Please to the one inside JC Penny, assure you will shop in peace

I love the employees at this Sephora! I have found some of my favorite cosmetics and skincare items due to the helpfulness of the employees. I always have a great experience here.

Horrible customer service. Though there were 3 employees at the entrance I received no greeting. I was ignored and bypassed when seeking help. The cashier rushed me through the check out even though there was no line behind me and shoved my bag towards me so she could finish a conversation. They were unnecessarily rude and very unprofessional.

Went to get a make over the other day and all the workers were so nice to me. mindy did the most amazing job with my makeup and i actually felt pretty for the first time since i can remember. she was super nice and answered all my questions throughly. after i was done, they all complimented me. i walked out feeling amazing, and with a big smile on my face.

Ill give 2 stars because one worker was actually nice to me. I asked another worker on the floor if they had any liquid eyeliners with a small precision tip, like Isadoras glossy eyeliner, because the regular long tips I just make a mess with. She showed me where the eyeliners were, and then proceeded to bad mouth me to another worker while standing right next to me. Customer service is awful. Ill stick with Ulta from now on. Ive never had issues with them.

Lots of make up and beauty products to choose from. The staff here are helpful and you will most likely need them. It can be really tough to find things in this store if you dont know where to look. Prices are high here but its a niche brand and clientele.

Terrible customer service. I stopped an employee to ask about a product and she pointed me in a direction then walked away. It was hard to find someone to give me help & information on the product I was looking for, meanwhile I saw the other employees too into themselves in the mirrors doing their own hair and makeup! Do not shop in here!

A majority of the workers there are bratty and clearly judgmental. The only people I felt that werent judging me and werent unnecessarily rude/catty were the lovely woman who did my makeup (it was a hassle to get a makeover..even though I had booked an appointment), and the male who colors his hair often. Forgive me for not learning their names.

Probably the most racist store in destiny, I came in today And the manger had the whole staff follow me though the store even though there was people waiting for help in the front..Btw get nail polish agine.
