WOW!! truly EXCELLENT customer service!!👍. My elderly mother received an eye prescription in another state that was not correct and her new glasses were not fitting like they should. This eye center recognized right away that her glasses were off on measurements right away. They made time for her and listened carefully to what she was needing. Great place to get an exam and glasses!!

Dr. Barlow was very helpful and patient and was able to answer all my questions. He was able to do multiple tests to check to see what was wrong with my eyes, and prescribed me the right treatment medication for my eyes.

I mentioned under my breath my glasses were broken and the girl working there took them back and replaced the frames in one minute and thirty seconds! Under warranty no cost. I love this place!

Dr. Barlow and the assistants at this optical center were outstanding during my visit in March of 2021! He took the time to do a thorough eye examination for me. He answered all of my questions, and provided what I feel is a very accurate and helpful eye prescription for glasses. Then his assistants took the time to work with me and help me select a nice pair of eyeglasses. This wasnt easy for them because of the COVID-19 precautions, but they were patient, kind, and helpful. They also offer all of the available options for lenses, including high quality Nikon lenses. I highly recommend this great little optometry shop!

Took my daughter there for an exam today and the doc was super great! The most thorough exam she has ever had !!! Explained every step he was doing, kind and patient with her . So glad we went there . Will definitely be back .

After carrying vision insurance, paying $154 a year, I dropped it. Walmart is not in network. With vision insurance, I had to go to eye drs and pay their outrageous prices. Walmart is still cheaper without insurance.Their customer service is great!

Very professional and they are very helpful and easy to work with. Way better than any other place Ive been to. Also if I need my frames adjusted I can go in after I grocery shop and they always do it on the spot.

Fantastic customer service! Jana helped me today, and not only was she fun and easy to talk to, she was incredibly helpful. I got contacts through them, and then when I wanted to order glasses online, not even from her store, she spent a good five minutes talking me through the process and taking measurements that would help me get the best fit. Seriously went above and beyond. :)

Fantastic and knowledgeable customer service reps. Always make me feel welcome, even when I bring in another mangled frame. They have been our one stop shop now for 10 years.
