I needed to request paperwork for drivers license and was told, after holding for 15 minutes, she was only one in office and didn’t have time to help me. Call back. Getting so I am looking for new doctor.

Cant speak for the doctors but the office staff is rude. Multiple scheduling issues. No appointment reminders or late reminders. I called the office the week before and was told the wrong appointment time and when I showed up they told me the appointment was canceled an hour earlier when I didnt show but never bothered to call me to tell me. Then acted like I was wrong because they never do appointments that late for new patients. Well how would I have known that. I wont going there.

Dr. Abboud is great and very thorough. However the wait time is completely unacceptable. Waited for almost 2 hours. This is NOT the first time. Probably will not be returning at this point

I went with my father to an appointment he had there. They were dilating his eyes, he needed someone to drive him home.
