So nice. Needed a coffee and just found this place right next to home.Great expresso and seems to have a good selection of drinks (hot and cold) snacks and sandwiches.Service was nice tooI liked it more than Starbucks

They are always so nice and friendly whenever Ive ordered, coffee is great too! The only thing is that almost every time Ive ordered their B-Original lately, its not done correctly. The last few times Ive ordered it Ive received 1) double egg but no sausage or cheese 2) 2 eggs with a totally different cheese 3) double sausage and just today 4) no egg just sausage and a tiny bit of cheese lol Ive called in before and they were really nice to offer to remake it but I never made it back in the first time. Honestly at this point I find it hilarious and fun cause now its no longer a B-Original to me but a B-Surprise. Kind of fitting for spooky season ^.^

The coffee is good, at least per my wife as I don’t drink that stuff. Interesting display for hot chocolate. It was tasty and my wife and I were able to chill and talk before walking back home.

This is BY far the WORST beans & brews to go to!! It’s close to my house & I normally love this coffee house! HOWEVER, they have the worst customer service!! Their ASSISTANT MANAGER told me that she does not care HOW I order my drink, how she makes it is right!! Than she told me not to give her attitude or I’m free to leave after ASKING her to make my $7 drink HOW I ORDERED & like it!!! I’m not the only customer I’ve seen her be this way to either!! Like she is over the top rude & mean!!! I’ve never ever been treated this way at ANY coffee house before!!

I never take the time to write a review but this place is awfulThe girls are super rude snd the wait times are terribleOnce I drove through and a girl screamed at me because I came to the window to quick instead of answering at the speakerDon’t bother coming here. The chai, the coffee everything isn’t made right and it’s just flung at you with no manners

Excellent coffee. Arrived in an RV and they are drive through only, but one of the few places that allow walk through. Their lobby opens in 5 days. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Drive through time is pretty quick.

This is my favorite place to get coffee. I also get sandwiches for my family and other drinks. Just overall amazing. I do wish they had a wider selection of sugar free syrups, and thats the only reason Im not giving 5 stars.

They will help 7 people that came in after me but make me wait 30 minutes because Im grubhub and they dont care about grubhub orders

Love this place and the owner is super cool. Every time I go or me and my mom goes we are always treated right here. And she uses organic healthy food and ingredients where other places, you have to ask.

Yum! I had the Green Tea Latte on a Valentines Day. It wont be the last time.

The guys working were both really friendly but it appears they need a little refresher on creating from scratch espresso as when I ordered a decaff drink it through them off on how to make the drink. In the end it was fine, nothing super but it was alright. The whipped cream was weird though, not light and fluffy like Im familiar with but more like whipped cream icing one might find on a cake.

Baristas are always friendly can help you navigate there menu to find something suited to you or help you get your personal favorites. They are willing to fix drinks if messed up and are always happy to help.

Im here at least 3x a week! I love getting a drink and hanging out in the lobby with friends. Lately their wifi has been down which has made it harder for me to stay longer but as soon as they fix their wifi Ill be back there in no time :)

I love their coffee, it never tastes over-roasted, however it is difficult when you have a severe food allergy. On occasion I have been given the wrong milk and end up with an extremely bad stomach ache. I have ceased ordering, as the mishap became too frequent, and the drinks are too pricey to not enjoy them. Be wary when ordering teas, the drink remains too hot to drink for quite some time. The workers are often friendly enough. The atmosphere of the interior is very nice. Even when the location is busy, service is quite prompt.

This is hands down my favorite location! My daughters always ask if the person that says “see you later alligator” is working. And that’s Wendy. She is the best one that i have dealt with there. She is very friendly and always uses my actual name to tell me to have a good day. Great customer service Wendy. Thank you for always acknowledging my kids in the back seat lol.

The drinks we had were good; no complaints there. The space and the vibe was what you would expect from more of corporation-style coffee house. If youre looking for something similar to the more notorious chain coffee house without being them, Beans and Brews is for you.

I love this place. And by the way they are open on Sundsy so sinners like myself can get a coffee while the other 90% go to the corner church. There us always really good hot coffee with friendly servers that genuinely happy you stopped in. One last great thing about beans and brews is that they sell cookies from the vegan bakery Alternative Baking Company .

My favorite coffee establishment currently. Plenty of options and the coffee here is very consistent. I stopped going to the South often location because it was different every time I went. They dont always ask if you want whip cream though.

We were over from New Zealand working in the area for 4 weeks.They were great. Awesome service and coffee the way we wanted it, which apparently is not the normal way people have it in the USA.What I was most impressed with was one morning after picking up the coffee for the boy I lost them all over the inside of the vehicle when turning back onto the road(my own fault). I went back and got another batch. They asked hat happen and I explained. They didnt charge me for them.The cookies are very nice as well.If Im ever back there Ill be stopping in for a coffee and a cookie.Thank you the awesome and friendly service

Always Amazing Service

Forces you as a consumer to pay tip even for bad service. Just pay your employees more rather than forcing the consumer to pay. Not good business practice.

The iced chai with a splash of coconut was pretty good, but I wouldnt really recommend the sandwiches. They are a but pricey, and the grilled ham and cheese was lacking. All in all though, pretty neat little place to sit and enjoy a hot beverage.

Their Carmel B&B frappe is my favorite. Way better than Starbucks and Scooters (sorry guys. Lol I used to be an avid Starbucks drinker) but when I have the choice I will always pick Beans and Brews.

Went in an hour before closing on a Sunday. Everything was put away and the till was shut down. The hot drink ordered was warm at best.
