Theyve raised the price of one specific used vehicle multiple times, input the incorrect mileage on that same vehicle, and gave out test vehicles that had steering issues and dying batteries. Im specifically looking to buy a Mazda at the moment and testing their vehicles did not leave a great first impression.The problems the test vehicles had should have been addressed by their service department, and not left for the customer to diagnose and complain about.

I missed the smooth performance and the tech savvy interiors of a Mazda. They are fun cars. Nima listened to my concerns and was well informed about all the models I was interested in and really helped me narrow it down to the vehicle I selected. I am a pretty particular person so I really appreciated his knowledge, insight and patience while helping me find the perfect car. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. Once I made my selection the rest of the process was super easy and straight forward. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I was so nervous about trading in my vehicle for another one, nervous I would make another bad choice about my car but with Nimas help I am still very happy about my choice two weeks later! I needed a vehicle, after days of research I decided to go with Romano Mazda. They seemed like my best option, I was attracted to the awards the dealership has gotten over the years and the beaming reviews they had. Not to mention Mazda cars are sleek, reliable, and fair priced. The certain vehicle I wanted was sold before I arrived.. but my salesman, Cameron Steppe, found me one very similar. Cameron was absolutely the best salesperson I have ever encountered. I have already recommended people to this dealership and will continue to do so. I know once I need a new vehicle again this is where I am going. 5 stars all the way!

Finance manager (the most important piece to this puzzle of buying a car) was wonderful! I think he treats everyone as though they were family. And I now have a new car without all the hassle.

My friend bought a car there for her daughter. She drove it, signed paperwork, left deposit, got bank loan, got insurance. When she called to schedule pick up (she lives out of town) they told her the car she bought was actually $4000 more than they agreed to so she would have to pay that or buy a different car. They said it was a clerical error. The purchase order had the VIN # of the car she bought too by the way. I understand mistakes happen but never even offered to even meet her in the middle AND she had bought the car 5 days earlier and no one called to tell her! This is just wrong. She is a single mom that worked hard to buy her daughter a car, she is a teacher so had to take day off so now has to do that again to search for another car that is reliable and in her price range. This is not the first time I have heard this dealership has not treated people right and won’t admit when they were wrong. There is lots of competition out there....go support someone else that cares about people and does what is right.

My daughters 2018 CX-5 had a recall. She is a student at Ithaca College and Romano was the closest dealership to her school. I reached out early in the week to try to schedule an appointment for her. She has class and plays a sport, so timing was going to be difficult since Syracuse is 1+ hours from Ithaca. I spoke with Michael in the service department and he worked out a time that was manageable for my daughter. He assured me on the phone that he would get her in and out as quickly as possible so she would not miss class or practice. He came through with flying colors. She was in an out in 30 minutes actually seen earlier than her appointment time. The dealership was great. Michael was very accommodating especially given our circumstances. It was a very reassuring that Mazda stands by their product and supports their customers especially when I was 300 miles away. Michael was great and the service was outstanding. Thank you!

Did I mention this is our 7th Mazda?!?!After the sale, Nick in the service department has been nothing but professional and beyond courteous and accommodating for the few times that I have needed to bring one of our cars in for work. Likewise, the Business Manager Sean presented a number of various add-ons which we typically dont do, but in this case, given how long we expect to keep the Miata, we actually did choose one of the extended warranties.Buying a car can be agonizing and stressful. I can truly say that this has NOT been the case with Romano Mazda. And Its so cool to think how Ive come full-circle... my 1st Mazda was a black 1982 RX-7 which I had in college and now Im in a car 37-model years later which is so similar and different at the same time... They help find something suited towards your budget and what youd like. Only fee they charge is a DMV fee which theyre required too but otherwise they dont add in any fees at all. They did find the car I was looking for but only after changing the price we originally agreed on multiple times. I regret giving them my business and I will certainly not be going back there.

After a nightmare of an experience at Driver’s Village, I immediately called over to Romano Mazda. I was told that the vehicle I was inquiring about would be pulled up front and that someone would be waiting for me. They really do not take tradeins though and you get pretty low balled on your trade in price considering potential resale potential for the trade in vehicle.
