This was the best experience I have ever had with getting my car repaired. This is a very well run business with exceptional staff and customer service. The whole process was smooth. I was sent updates on the progress of the repair work regularly and the finished 4 days earlier than they estimated. The work they did is absolutely perfect! I am so thrilled.

Sarah at the front desk was amazing. She was friendly, nice and helpful. Everyone at Northside Collision Eastwood was amazing. I loved getting the text messages throughout the time my car was in repair, letting me know everything that was going to be done. My car was 2 days early which was great. Everythings with my insurance and the rental company Enterprise was set up. Everything was easy and seamless. My car was even vacuumed and washed which was amazing cuz I thought I was just getting my door repaired. I would highly recommend them for any repairs on your car! Five stars!

The whole team at Northsides Burnett Ave location was awesome. Form start to finish they handles everything. They worked with my insurance company and Enterprise rental car. Northside Collision was absolutely superb in their helpfulness, professionalism, and efficiency, They even cleaned our car interior to showroom standards!

Last year a tree fell on my new car and caused a ton of damage. These guys were able to get it all fixed up to look brand new again just in time for me to move to SC. They were very professional and kept me up to date on the progress so I never felt forgotten. Very honest and great people to work with. I definitely recommend.

Terrible shop. Didnt even check the headlight or turn signal after making repairs to both. Had to go to a second location to have the windshield wiper fluid reservoir fixed after they broke it. 0/10 would not recommend. Shop manager very rude.

After an accident, I brought my car here to determine if it would be fixable. It wasnt, but even though I wasnt paying them anything out of pocket (the other partys insurance was covering everything). When it came time for me to empty the car and remove all my personal belongings to be totaled, they removed my plates for me when I said I forgot to bring a screwdriver. They also told me to take my time and let them know when I was ready, even though I arrived just a few minutes before closing. If I am ever in need of body work, I wouldnt hesitate to come to this location.

We had our car repaired after an accident. Zach and Sarah were great to interact with and we thought the car looked better than it did before the accident.

I was a bit shocked at the price for a low speed (< 5 mph) impact, but the other party’s insurance was paying, so I did care.

From start to finish the staff were all kind, courteous, professional and made me feel welcome. All of the repairs were excellent and even the paint on my 2020 North sky blue Silverado matched perfectly as if nothing had ever happened. Not only did they get done in a reasonable amount of time but also ahead of their projected finish time. I am a USAA customer and can honestly say that I am very happy with the all around professionalism on all sides. I recommend this company for any repairs needed.

I was not impressed with their service at all; the gentleman who looked at my car was lazy and unprofessional, and kept making comments about the complete opposite side from where the damage was. Plus I never got a printed estimate, just verbal... I will never go back here.

This facility is hands down the best in our area. Extremely friendly staff, very punctual and informative. They called us several times to keep us in the loop, they went above & beyond the nature of the body work it came in for, even fixing an item we had mentioned on a different matter, and surprising us. The truck was beautiful and all repaired after an accident as if nothing happened to it. Even during a major United States Pandemic when most places were all closed down, they found all the parts needed, repaired & painted our vehicle within a very short amount of time which was amazing. Truly couldn’t be more Thankful to Chris Radio and his group. Awesome customer care and body work. If you need something done right the first time- CALL THEM!!

Only recommend if your ok with not having your car for awhile

My vehicle was brought in and service the way they said it would be it did cost more than what the original estimate was only because there was more damage underneath the bumper but the work was done early and everybody was real nice to me

These guys were literally the only good thing about getting rear-ended. They were super friendly and helpful- took care of all the hard stuff- all I did was drop off my car and pick it up again. They handled the rest. Best of all, my beautiful car looks beautiful again!!! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

They need to accept checks because not everyone has a local bank to get a cashiers check Also, they need to accept credit cards without the surcharge (charging a surcharge/fee is illegal in NY). All this because nobody carries or has access to thousands of dollars in cash.

My car went in mechanically fine. I was in a fender bender and drove the car 50miles to the shop. A week later they call and tell me the repairs are done but the car is stalling misfiring and wont make it around the parking lot..Okay so I argue until they agree to look over their work. Another week has gone by at this point. They once again swear it was not accident or shop related. So I pay the 250 dollar deductible and go see my car. I spent 10mins in their parking lot and found my MAF sensor busted to pieces...like pieces falling out and the whole device rattled. My intake runs along the fender that was hit. They clearly failed to use common automotive mechanical knowledge to explore why my car was suddenly throwing a P0300 code misfiring and stalling. Any backyard mechanic would have made the conclusion I did. Either they are lazy or incompetent neither is good. Id recommend avoiding this place. Progressive people be careful this is their recommended garage.

The Northside Collision Eastwood location team gets an A+ for quality of work, professionalism, and customer ease. There is nothing better than dropping off your car, not having to deal with the insurance company directly, and getting a call to come pick up your car washed and ready.

Chris Radio and his team did an amazing job on my Equinox, would definitely recommend them and use them for future needs.
