Took my 2017 Nissan Rogue in to repair I after I backed Into a pole. Body work is decent but even after I specifically asked them about reprogramming the blind spot sensor (and they said, No problem, we do it all the time!), it doesnt work. Now they tell me I have to go to the dealership to get it reprogrammed. Why, if you cant complete the repair, would I ever have chosen to bring it to White Family Collision in the first place? Had I known that 25-30% of sensors have to be repaired at the dealership-(per AJ-service manager) Id have saved myself 2 separate repairs spanning 3 weeks and gotten it repaired where they could actually complete the entire job! These guys will tell you anything just to get your money! Beware!!! Yark Nissan has a full body shop. Shouldve just taken it there in the first place!!In addition, Marty and AJ are condescending, rude and misogynistic. I didnt know to what extent until I posted my complaints on social media. Looms like their disrespect is well known in the community!Update!! Took my Rogue to Yark Nissan. Seems like White Collision has no idea what theyre talking about! The sensor in the Rogue doesnt get reprogrammed . According to Yark the sensor either works when its put in or it doesnt!! The sensor White put in is faulty and needs to be completely replaced! Thank God theres a place out there, YARK! who knows what there talking about!

Phenomenal job thank you saved me right before my 540 lease return out of no where my gas door flap was gone. From delearship would have been a big hit. Got oem online called them told them about the time crunch I’m in. Got me in right away gave them part and vin boom next day done same exact color. Read the reviews before thinking of going to this place. I dont mind waiting more than a month. I dont mind paying more for a job well done, but they will lie about the time it takes and do the job 5 times over. Make sure you have another car while waiting for the job to finish or youll be up the creek without a paddle.

I am thoroughly impressed with their work. I bought my new RAV4 from Cody over at the dealership and he worked hard to find me one in the middle the shortage during the pandemic. 2 days after I got it a rock cracked my windshield. A couple months in someone was on their phone and drove into the back of me while I was stopped at a light. White Family collision just made the Rav look brand new again where she damaged it. They even did a quality detail job to boot! I was about to send it somewhere for a detail coming out of winter but now I don’t need to. No residue or glossy oil all over my steering wheel like prior low quality details have done in previous vehicles. 10/10 would recommend

Car was towed Sept 15 still in there. Poor communication never call to keep me updated, and every time I call when they say it will be ready they found more damage and they are waiting on parts. Never take my car there again

Excellent work, very honest and helpful.

They replaced the rear bumper which looks like new. They even detailed the interior! They provided me a ride home when I dropped off my car. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.

I can’t thank the hard working people enough at Dave White Family collision. The people there were very warm welcoming especially under these trying times. But the amount of care and attention to detail the crew took in perfecting body lines and blending of paint. I can only say this because the the manager Joe peatee kept me informed with my car. And the outcome was as about as perfect as one would expect. They did a fantastic, I’m very particular with my cars and I will be bringing my next project with them. One may think you’d pay extra for this quality of work, when in fact, they came under budget. Wonderful job, thanks again for all your hard work everyone.

I dropped my 2018 GMC Canyon off to have some paint work and a mild dent repaired. It only took three and a half days to get it fixed. The truck looks incredible! It looks just like it did the day I bought it. When I arrived to pick it up they had went the extra mile and the truck had been washed and waxed, and the inside had been detailed. I couldnt be happier with the experience I had with white family collision center. Their friendly and professional staff made this a great experience. If I ever have the need for repairs again I know where Im going!Thank you again White Family Collision team!

I asked them to provide an estimate, given my positive experience with the service department at Dave White Acura. Clearly the collision center is not managed as well as the Acura team. The initial estimate they gave me was for repainting the hood -- not at all what I requested (the damage was to my drivers side door). AJ asked me to text him pictures of the area I wanted repaired. Several days go by with no response from him. So I followed up and he claimed he never got the pictures. I sent again. He followed up with a vague quote. I replied with questions. He never got back to me. I went elsewhere. It was clear AJ Mehling did not care about winning my business.

I dont know y they sent me any messages saying i give them a 4star rating. Because i would never give them more than 1 !! & i havent been there in at least 6months

I had my car repaired here and it was suppose to be 3 days! Took it on Monday the 21st of may and got it back today the 1st of June and they did a very good job! But from 3 days to 12 days! And I had to get a jacked up car from enterprise a Nissan Altima which stop away from big time! I couldnt work until my car was finished because I drive for Uber and you cant drive any other vehicles! But I think its so wrong that they keep your car that long and they want their money but you take the real lost because you cant work!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this collision center!! Our car got hit and had its back bumper torn off in an unfortunate situation while we were out of town attending a funeral. Our home was 650 miles away in Atlanta. We had AAA tow the car there since it was recommended by the local Allstate agency (not the insurance company responsible for the repair). We were waiting for a claim number from the other partys insurance company, but Tina was beyond helpful answering all of our questions and letting it sit there until the claim number was given. She understood the out of town situation and was willing to work with us on whatever the outcome would be. After working with the adjuster Marty at the center took over. He was fantastic from the beginning and said he would be able to make it road safe to get it back to Atlanta. It was amazing to work with him and a company that instead of just pushing to do the whole job, they truly were concerned with the people that owned the vehicle and what was best for them. He even walked us back to the vehicle to show us what he would do and he had pure confidence it would get us home. We were still dealing with the insurance and adjuster and payment with the quick turn around, but Marty made it happen and we were on the road back to Atlanta. I truly recommend them for any work you need. I can only hope that the collision center we start working with in Atlanta is half as good as they are and I wish we could have stayed in the Toledo area for them to complete the work. This place and their people are beyond helpful!!!!

Got my car repaired after a collision that damages one of the rear doors. They did a great job in replacing the sheet metal and blending the color with the front door. When I got the car back, it was washed and clean inside out. They deal with the insurance directly and get any additional work covered without any hassles. Great experience 👍

I took my Toyota Tundra to white family collision center. I worked with Tina and Aj. They both did a great job updating me and the repair turned out perfect. I would highly recommend White family collision center!

My car was smashed in. Took my jeep there. The people there we friendly and always ready to answer and help with w/e question I had. Jeep was fixed like brand new. No problems since Ive had it back for over a mont . Definitely recommend them

Initially they were helpful. After getting the work done, the paint chipped because there were micro holes in the paint that allowed water to get under the paint. They attempted to fix it but then had to fix it a third time. I noticed multiple little bubbles under the paint in different areas. I felt I was pretty understanding until this point. I was appreciative of them giving me a loaner. The only thing that really bothered me was when the front girl hung up the phone right after I called and gave her my name. I called again and it went straight to one of the main guys who dealt with my case. She needs to learn better skills with communication with customers since she is the front desk receptionist. Very very RUDE!

They also saved me money by allowing me to use one of their rentals ( I got an awesome SUV for cheaper than I would have gotten an economy car from enterprise) instead of getting one from Enterprise. Not only that but they also detailed my car and it looked Immaculate inside. I also like the fact that they work with you to go around your schedule. Employees I came in contact with were all friendly as well

Upon towing my vehicle to the White Family Collision Center, I was told by a manager that they would not charge storage fees until my insurance company declared the vehicle a total loss. I asked again to verify and was told that it was their policy not to charge storage fees until the insurance company declared it a total loss “to give the insurance company incentive to pick it up.” My insurance company warned me that they might try to back date the storage fees to the date it arrived at the facility, so I called them again to get assurance that they would not charge until it was declared a total loss and that was again verified as their business practice. It was a lie. Their policy is to charge storage from the first date the car arrives. Had someone been honest with me, I could have mitigated my loss, but they lied to me. When I confronted the manager with his deception, he dissembled and apologized for “my misunderstanding.” I ended up personally paying for storage at this facility because I believed their outright lie. Reading the manager’s face, it seemed a regular practice to mislead and then apologize for “any misunderstanding.” There was no repair to be made on my vehicle because it was a total loss, but I would not trust this business for anything. Honesty matters. If you can’t trust a person in a small thing, how can you trust them with a larger one?

I brought my sons car in. It was rear-ended and I needed a new bumper. I received it back with a chip on the rear quarter two inches long and one inch high. A young manager AJ (Andrew) continued to tell me he would call back and he never did. He blames the chip on a previous bodywork job. Poor follow up and denial that the chip was their fault.

Looking for a collision shop here in Toledo but am ruling this one out after reading ALL the reviews. Wayyyy too many people saying that they took way too long to do the job when they were told that it would be finished alot sooner. Also seems to be alot of communication problems at this place.

I had a small fender bender and stopped in to get a free estimate. They came right out and had me finished up in less time than it took to eat my lunch in the waiting room.After I dropped off my car, Jim called to keep me posted on the progress and I couldnt be happier with the outcome overall. My car has been being worked on for over a month now for a fix that another shop said they couldve completed in 3 weeks. They have yet to ever call me with an update. I called a week ago on Monday and they said it would be ready the following day. Then I called the following day and they said it would be ready Friday. They never called me Friday to let me know it was ready. I called today, a complete week later, and they said it was for sure ready to go by the end of the day. They never called me and are now closed. Horrible customer service.

Actually I want to not give a star at all. Neighbor wrecked my wifes car in the driveway on December 12th, they picked the car up on December 15th. Was told it was going to be done on the 28th, didnt happen. Then it was going to be done on the 5th of January, Nope. Wasnt completed until the 17th of January. They lied about everthing, poor communication, and they authorized work that wasnt authorized by me or my wife. And then they gave us a courtesy car after our insurance rental had to be taken back. But when we returned the car they accused us of smoking in it and were going to charge us a $250 cleaning fee, even though we dont smoke. I would never recommend white family collision...Ever.

Will never take my car there again not only did they half a** the job putting my front end together but they disconnected a 3 grounds and never placed them back on. A 3 day job took them a whole month i had no rental for 2 weeks til i kept calling them and he found me a rental when i finaly went up there to talk to someone instead of getting a run around over the phone. It took me 3 months to figure out what was wrong with my car my windshield wipers would go up with my turn signals and it was because of the ground wires they disconnected and never reconnected. Had to figure it out on my own. They also never reinstalled the fog lights in properly or connected the wires. Id be surprised if anyone is certified in there. Finaly have the car running back to normal

Brought our BLACK car down to get rear quarter panel and door repaired/painted. First, it took over two weeks to get the repairs done (which was ok, rather it take a while and be done right). Next, when we picked up the car, the first thing I noticed is that it was a COMPLETELY different color of black. Not even remotely close. As I continued looking down the car, I looked at the trunk, which they shouldnt have even touched. It looked like someone had buffed it with 180 grit sandpaper. The WHOLE trunk. And there is a scuff about 3 inches long by 1/4 inch wide right there. But wait, thats not all. Looking at the front fender, again, not supposed to be touched, there are 4 or 5 new scuffs on there and a fairly deep scratch. And my final complaint is that once I was driving home, I noticed a odd smell like dust. I looked around and the whole inside of the car was coated in dust from when they sanded the car. Apparently, when they were sanding the quarter, they didnt bother TAPING off the door. And it has cloth seats. So im STIL getting dust out of my car. Sad part was that I only noticed the trunk and color difference while I was there (but it was after hours anyway) so I doubt they would even do anything if I went back and complained. Would NEVER go here again.

I brought my car there in may because of an accident. They needed to fix my bumper as well as some other damage. The insurance adjuster put in new bumper but I just recently realized they never put a new bumper on they just cleaned up the old because I still have the same cracks.
