I took my car in for a tire rotation/oil change. They did not rotate my tires due to the fact that the car has larger tires on the back. It would have been nice to be told that and not have to call to ask why my tires werent taken care of. They could have leveled out the air in the tires. They came back to me at 31, 33, 34 and 35. They could have reset the oil back to 100%. What has happened customer service at Dave White? This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service department. It will be the last time. I will find a different location for my $72 oil change.

I never leave reviews, so take this as a big deal. Alexis was amazing. I came in with a scheduling issue I created and she did an amazing job of helping get the service I needed and getting me on my way. She fixed another paperwork issue I didnt even know I had. She was great working with the mechanics and the office staff. The work was completed, car was cleaned, and I made my next appointment, all because of her diligence.

Dropped my car off before opening hours, left my form clearly stating what I wanted done and looked at on top of my schedule services. When a associate called me back to go over what was being done, clearly stated again would I would like checked on top of the scheduled services. When I picked up the car, the associate who helped me was no where to be found, and none of the things I had asked for were done. Got into the car after picking up, and car wasn’t washed and there were no floor mats out in. Usually get great service here, so was highly disappointed with this appointment.

Hands down the worst consumer experience in my life! I cannot even put into words the lack of professionalism and integrity I received from day one. If you have any issues good luck getting them resolved or even a phone call back for that matter. You got me once and never again. There was an intermittent issue that was the same as what I experienced about 15-18 months ago. I kept track of the dates every time the codes popped up for several weeks, and the shop was able to determine that the part that was replaced previously was bad. They replaced it under warranty, and the car was done early afternoon. Great experience without any run around.

Car dropped off on a Saturday (holiday weekend). Called on Tuesday and told they would look at it on Thursday. Thursday turned into Friday, Friday into Saturday. Multiple phone calls, confusion from staff about where the car even was. They did get it taken care of on Monday (9 days after the car was dropped off and 5 days after it was suppose to be done). The staff were nice enough and pleasant on the phone. But, the 5 extra and needless days of rental car payments really hurts.

I purchased a 2021 Chevy Equinox for my wife and theres a foul smell when operating the air conditioner. We were told not to utilize certain features of the air conditioner (features that we paid for), but that still didnt fix the problem. I informed the service department (which they shouldve been informing me) of a defect in the coolant hose which effects the Dexcool in the engine coolant, which I researched online. I was told there was nothing they could do to fix the problem. Ive called the sales manager twice to try and get the matter resolved, but Ive yet to receive a return phone call. I feel as if my patronage of Dave White Chevrolet has been taking for grant and Im very disappointed in there lack of concern about how driving a brand new car with a foul smell makes me, the consumer feel.

I purchased a 2018 equinox and I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service I received. Jay Yoder was super knowledgeable and attentive to making sure my needs were met while working with me to stay in my price range. It was the first time I didn’t feel pressured to buy something I wasn’t ready for and he made it fun and so much less stressful than it has been in the last to buy vehicles. I initially spoke to Raquel about a vehicle I saw online that ended up being sold by the time I called, but she directed me to other options that I was able to discuss with Jay when I came in. I base most of my purchases of any kind on customer service, and the level that was given to me was nothing short of outstanding. I have already raved to my friends and family about my experience and will definitely be returning if the need arises. I plan on using Dave White Chevy’s service department for all my vehicle’s needs as well.

I was in a car accident, not my fault. I lost use of my car for 2 and a half months! It was fixed and I picked it up, but then returned it 3 days later. It needed the transmission rebuilt. I think this should have been caught and been part of the estimate at the body shop from day one. I was on my 4th rental vehicle when I finally got the call my car was done. The accident happened June 2nd 2021 and my car was finally done Septmber 15th 2021. Kinda wondering why I didnt get any kind of a receipt, or at least an invoice stating what was done and how much. I love my Chevrolet cars!

My salesman, Dave Basilus, was friendly professional, knowledgeable, and a valuable asset to your sales team. If I had one complaint it would be helpful to mention which building to find him once I first arrived.I would note that I have shopped for new vehicles several times previously and was turned off by the first negotiated price offered me. Well after telling me my 2018 Silverado needed tires for $1970.00 and not bothering to tell me to contact Goodyear because at 33,000 miles they are still under warranty. I contacted Good Year, they sent me to a dealer who inspected my tires and told me they are not dry rotted like Dave White did.They actually showed me my tires and went over them with me.Dave White said I needed to replace wipers that work fine. Then brushing me off about my leater driver seat that is starting to rip by the seam I really am not too happy

My 2016 Silverado was stuck in 4x4 mode. Center display showing service 4x4. I called on 12/31/2020 and Kevin said bring it in. They got right on it and found it to be in need of a computer update. Also updated the recall for brake issues. Great job from this service team.

I took my 2021 vehicle to your dealership on July 2 for an ABS light that came on the day prior. After arriving to the dealers promptly at 7:00 for service. It took them over 2 hours to check the vehicle out and finding nothing wrong ? Although on my Chevrolet app on my phone while the truck was still at the dealership it was giving me a message aid “your battery is critically low”. After telling the service person that message he said it “should” be fine now. The following day on Saturday ready to head out to the lake with my truck and boat, the trucks battery was dead! I had to jump start a new truck just to get it moved! Leaving the boat behind since I wasn’t confident with the truck. We did drive it to my cottage but after sitting Saturday evening and then trying to go to church on Sunday the truck was dead again. It’s pretty pathetic that I have to carry a jump starter with me to get my truck started every time I rant to go some where. I plan on being on the phone with your dealership 1st thing Tuesday morning and I am expecting some better results and a loaner until you guys figure this issue out!!

I only went through with purchasing a vehicle through this dealership because it was the only place that had the used vehicle I wanted. Would I return back here? No. Would I recommend? No. I saw red flags throughout the entire process & it felt very rushed. When all the paperwork was finished, I was given the keys and felt pushed out the door. No one explained any of the functions of the vehicle. Phone numbers were still programmed in the vehicle from the pervious owner. So I find myself resorting to the manual or googling things when it could have all been easily explained or set up at the dealership. Oh, and they couldnt even fill the gas tank up. Overall it was a very annoying experience.

During the recovery time post Covid shutdown finding the right vehicle is a difficult task. I was scanning the web pages throughout the area every day. I was looking for a Traverse, Enclave, or even step up in class to a Tahoe, or Suburban. I didnt want to settle on something that I wouldnt really be happy with. Dave White took stock of a Redline edition Traverse. Success I found one of the vehicles I was looking for. When I contacted Dave White, I explained that this is exactly what I was looking for in that class of vehicle. I am posting not for the fact White had the vehicle, but when I explained my purchase intent; my sales rep Joshua understood and didnt pressure me even though I was extremely motivated to purchase. Youll have to understand during this time of the current supply and demand, the market isnt really for the buyer. I appreciate the fact he didnt leverage my impulse, but gave me the option to come in during the late afternoon, take it for a test drive. I brought it to my wife (I am on our shared email account) and she thought it was what we were looking for. I returned to no pressure again. Professional and courteous, my experience with Joshua and the staff of Dave White was phenomenal. I recommend Dave White, especially my rep Joshua Ebersberger to anyone who is or will be in the market for a new vehicle.

As of writing this review I recently bought a 2018 Chevy Cruze that I had my eye on and I couldnt be happier. I made an appointment to have the airbags fixed on my 2008 Tahoe LTZ for the airbag recall. They gave my truck back with a crack on the dashboard cover. They never said a word! I’m usually the driver so from my angle it did not stick out. My husband and I went grocery shopping and I sat in the passenger seat to my surprise. I never had a problem with them and have spent thousands of dollars getting my Tahoe and Malibu serviced there. I want to know what will be done to resolve my problem.

I bought a vehicle from Nick at Dave White 12/19 and just bought another one from him. I needed a part for the 12/19 vehicle that he ordered for me, and he brought in with a invoice for $5.35. I tried to explain that this part was missing from the day we bought the vehicle. I own a business and if a client spent over $60,000 with us in 13 months I would have GIVEN them that $5.35 part and said thank you SO much for your business! I would highly recommend working with Don Webb at Dave White. From start to finish of getting my first car he made it stress free, easy and actually enjoyable. He never once pressured me to get a car from him like other dealerships had done. Don went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable driving the Malibu, I got the color I wanted with the features I wanted and for a payment that I could afford.
