Flew in to purchase a car under guaranteed terms that the vehicle was “flawless”. When I arrived, the car was far from that. Needless to say, I was extremely frustrated and feeling like this was another sales guy taking advantage of an opportunity to make a quick sale, but when the pre-own manager, Bryan, heard and saw the issues at hand, he took ownership and encouraged me to give him a chance to fix the issues. He went above and beyond, gathering his whole team and extended resources to work on the vehicle and had it looking up to a higher standard that was much closer to the quoted standards. Bryan made me feel like I was his most important customer and made my satisfaction his utmost priority. Bryan, thank you for your leadership and passion. It made a big difference!
Kudos to Dylan McCance for a superior job handling the AEM issues with my Sprinter on 6.28. Courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and precise working with the service team to correct the extensive exhaust issues that have plagued the Sprinter since purchase. Dylan is the best!! Ive been to this location maybe three or four times. Every time Ive dealt with Dylan he is very thorough he is very pleasant to be around. If you have questions he wont make up something. He will actually take the time to figure it out and ask someone else if he needs to these types of people are rare in the world. I also had a driver different drivers both times to my house and back to the location. Both drivers were very polite and respectful. The only reason I couldnt give them five stars is because whenever I call in to make an appointment I cant ever get a hold of someone in the actual automotive department and you cant go through the regular scheduler you have to speak to them. So, when they send me to that department I leave a message and no one ever returned my call 🤳😳🤯😾💔😿 So anyway . . . They do great work Ill post some images of the clean vehicle for you guys! If you have an oversized vehicle like industrial vehicles they also do details and thats awesome it is so hard to get my Mercedes-Benz sprinter into any type of car wash when I wash it myself its a mess. I started to only give them four stars but you know what the customer service totally pushes them up to a five even if they didnt return my calls no one is perfect.
Had some issues in the first week with the Jeep Wrangler I purchased. After some communication breakdowns they did get ahold of me and did everything I asked of them to make it right. They even offered me a vehicle while my jeep was being serviced and paid for my tow.

I made the journey from east Detroit, to Vin Devers Dealership. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with such pleasantries. I had the pleasure of meeting Brian Lavoy (Sales Manager). He made my experience outstanding. Ziad Fakhoury was my salesman, he made it a very smooth transition. I bought an extremely great quality used SUV!! And the price was great! Vin Devers is as classy as a dealership can get. I used to work for this dealership in the detail department and was always treated extremely well and with respect. Now I get my audi serviced here and they have maintained their status. Worked with a service tech Jesse for a simple oil change on my A3 TDI. He recommended certain services but did not force them on me. Very friendly environment and having experienced other audi dealerships that would make me feel nervous and uninformed, Vin Devers reps are very honest and respectful about your vehicle and it’s needs. They also do a quick detail and wash on your car after the service. For me that’s a + even if it’s a minor detail. They have my business from here on out.

Outstanding service from Dylan Mccane and the entire service department this past week. Traveling to Michigan with a Sprinter based RV our check engine light appeared. We were at the service department in the morning and the problem was quickly diagnosed and Dylan went a stepfurther to confirm it was covered under the warranty.We were on our way that same afternoon and Dylanfollowed up to make sure everything was workingand running smoothly. I would not send my worst enemy to this dealership I sent my Mercedes C3 50 here for insurance repairs they did a partial diagnostics didn’t even check the things that I said was the problem my claim was denied now I’m stuck with a car with shifts bad and have noises coming from my rear end because they did a partial diagnostics there over priced and don’t have the right sufficient amount of work workersTo check my car the way I said they’re overpriced and charge for work that they don’t even do completely this is my second time having issues with this car lot
Giving this establishment 0 stars would be generous. My family has owned multiple Audi vehicles over the last 15 years. We have found their service department and sales department to be inept. We will continue to purchase Audis elsewhere as they are fabulous vehicles, but will never be returning to have my vehicle serviced at Vin Devers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has the absolute worst service in the city of Toledo. It started when I leased a Mercedes. The salesman had lost the spare key to the car, No big deal, he told me he would look for it and replace it if needed. Days turn into weeks turn into months, multiple calls, they never found it, they ordered a key, it was the wrong key, I had to take the car there two different times only to get a key that didn’t work, I can’t even tell you how many times somebody was supposed to call me back and give me an update and nobody ever did. I spoke with salesman, service department, service manager, I may have even spoken with the general manager or it may have been the service manager, I can’t remember at this point, one of them was going to have their associate personally deliver the correct key to my house the next day, completely forgot about it, nobody ever showed up. This is the kind of service you can expect at Vin Devers.Now, dealing with a repair on the car. Drop the car off, nobody called me for a week to let me know what’s going on, I have no idea how long I need a rental car or when I can expect it to be finished. I called them to get an update, I asked if it would be possible for them to supply me a car because my insurance does not cover it. I fully realize that would be a gratuitous service to me and it is not something they are required to do and I told Ryan in the body shop I completely understand if he can’t do it, he said he would try and see what he could do and call me back. Do you think he ever called me back? No.I would absolutely recommend you take any and all business somewhere else. Some people say they care and some people actually care. This place is all talk. No action.
07/18/2018I have my R8 in for a new exhaust system Autohäus Porfomance is doing the work and look at the great care they are taking. Jessie and the Service group are great to work with. Bob in the body shop is top notch when it comes to customer care and keeping the customer in the loop. All at Vin Devers go out of there way to make sure the customer satisfied.Vin Devers-Autohaus, Service group by far is the best I have ever worked with. I was there this week (06/22/17) To get a replacement key (fob) and the service team took extra steps to make sure I knew how the fob interfaces with the car on personal settings. The R8 does not have personal setting buttons on the door like my S5.Thank you at Vin Devers for your professional service.Doug Bahrs
If you need a car or have car trouble, this is where you want to go!My girlfriend and I were cross-country traveling in our 2017 Mercedes Sprinter van. About an hour outside of Toledo we experienced some van problems and could tell immediately it was something we needed to bring the van in for. We called the two dealerships closest to us but neither were able to get us in for the next few days. Vin Devers was the exception! They were a bit further but when we told them our story they went the extra mile to get us in that day! Thank you Jessie who was so kind to get that sorted for us! AND THEN Dylan worked with us the entire time... He had his team drive to get the part we needed and bring it back so the mechanics could fix our van that day. The entire time he made sure we were taken care of, keeping us updated every step of the way and even getting us a driver to grab a bite to eat. He went the extra mile for us MANY times, but the biggest was double checking to see if our broken parts were under warranty, which THEY WERE! Saving us lots of money. And a big shout out to the mechanics who worked so hard to get us back on the road that day — the van is working great! Car trouble is never fun but the employees at Vin Devers are truly good, genuine people. We couldn’t have had car trouble in a better place. Dylan in particular, THANK YOU. Drove up from Columbus and got a good deal from Carlton on an Audi. Super quick and easy. Traded in my old Audi and all it took was handing them the keys. Deal all done via phone and text, super easy. Not the biggest Audi dealer in Ohio, but they had the car I wanted!
One of my best experience with a dealer in long time. They set new standards for customer service, hospitality, and respect. I pretty much got to know all of them: Autumn, Lauren, Jessie, Dylan in the service dept. Keith Solomon, the service manager is a man of his word. Always does the right thing. I had a little problem with an SUV that I bought from them. I notified him and he immediately ordered a new axle free of charge (it cost him a lot though). This proves that they always do the right thing, stand behind their service no matter what the cost is. Very rare to find these days where finger-pointing is the law of the land. All the good reviews about Keith are true (I read pretty much all the blogs reviews). Autumn Hillabrand, the office manager, is one of the sharpest most focused young lady Ive ever met in my life. She is the best communicator ever with calls, text, to keep you updated with car status and make sure you get exceptional service. Absolutely Im coming back for another car and/or service.

Leaving previous review and adding to it, had some minor electrical issues with truck which I planned on calling Monday to discuss, Ramon beat me to it and called to see how everything was going, set an appointment for this morninghis day off to have the issues addressed and get me a loaner on short notice, cant be happier with service here 7-18-18I just bought my truck here, Ramon was a great guy to deal with, even before I came in, responded quickly to internet question, Mikel was a great guy to deal with, although hes an Ohio State fan, he made the paperwork quick and actually kind of fun, Mike from the service Dept actually pulled into the gas station I was at while I was leaving a voicemail o for him, noticed the truck after he listened and scheduled an appt next morning from a speedway, here now had the minor problem fixed in quick fashion, I would highly recommend this dealership, I got a great deal on my truck, the staff is amazing and I was highly satisfied with my car buying experience

Hands down the best service and treatment I’ve ever had at any Mercedes dealer!! No joke they saved me at 5:45pm on a Friday when I had a tire blow out. They stayed open to help me and were able to replace my tires on the spot. I’ve never been treated better and cannot say thank you enough!! Drove an hour and a half to test drive a used car. Tried to negotiate a price. No negotiations. Even though there was a huge crack in the dash and they were at the very high end of KBB. My sales guy wasnt rude about it at least. I just thought it was wierd. I had cash and told him I was ready to buy it and drive it home that day. No negotiations. Not a single dollar lower. Just a no. And a Bye Felicia!
Had a check engine light appear on my 2019 GLC300 after indicating a loose gas cap. The cap wasnt loose and was actually defective. Talked to Keith Solomon in service while I was out working in Indiana and he told me hed check to see if they had a gas cap in stock. He called me back immediately and said they did and I could stop by the next morning to have it installed under warranty. Fixed the problem and had the software updated while it was in. Took a total of one hour. Their service is above and beyond reproach and always has been. I live near Ann Arbor Michigan and drive here versus Ann Arbor because of the friendliness of all staff members and courteous service always. Give them a shot if youre looking for an Audi or Mercedes, you wont be disappointed.
I bought my A6 about a year and a half ago. Just getting around to reviewing came in for my 20k service about a month and a half ago. Always a great experience!
I saw videos regarding the Sbc issues and your response to the reviews. The faults codes were there. There was a recall. I find it very unprofessional, one dealer would do it and you didn’t. You should have just fixed the car. The negative reviews has far impacted you monetarily than the cost to repair. Do the right thing next time

WORTH THE 200 MILE TRIP!!!LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! this dealership!!!! I wasnt there typical customer Ill Admit that up front, but they really worked with me on a car they had in stock on there lot. No I did not buy a Mercedes or Audi.... I bought a USED FORD FOCUS of all things. I can admit I buy cars like most people buy Fast Food so I know exactly what I want and am easy to deal with. Worked with Jay Vanderbilt via TEXT for the whole deal which was great, as its hard for me to take calls with my job. Took a few weeks to get some free time as It was a 200 mile drive from my house but was well worth it!! I arrived the Car was freshly detailed, full tank of gas, had all service records recalls done clean Carfax and Original Window Sticker to highlight options which I always LOVE! Looked around was very impressed with there dealership, lot and inside. Met with Jay for first time treated me like we known each other for years, brought a check, met with Finance Mikel signed a few times handed over check and I was in and out faster then a Pizza Hut order. If I ever were to consider a NEW Mercedes or Audi I would gladly take the drive to Ohio to buy from them again! thanks for everything guys!!!!!
I recently leased an E class. I have nothing but positive things to say about how the whole process was handled. I dealt with Jason and Carlton who were nothing but courteous, helpful and responsive even afrer I drove off. They kept in touch with me a month or two after I leased my vehicle asking me about if I had run into a problem and to make sure everything was running smoothly.

Dear Jason,When I came to Vin Devers to pick up my Audi on Tuesday we were first directed to Will Shirey. He throughly described the interior of the car, told us that if we ever needed him to give him a call. So after difficulty the first day with the charger, which really no one discussed, I contacted Will and came in to have it charged. Bob, who was out of town, also called Will and explained that the car charger did not work in our garage. Will explained that the car had to be locked before it would charge, something we did not know. He stopped by to check on me in your showroom every 15 minutes and asked it I needed anything. He made a great impression and when I asked him where he was going to school and he told me he was a senior at Northview I was shocked. What an amazing young man! I hope he will be with you for many years!
From start to finish, my experience with the team at Vin Devers exceeded my expectations. I was in the market for a certified SUV and Ramon used his outstanding customer service skills and experience to find out what my needs were, then directed me to exactly what I was looking for. Vin Devers always exceeds expectations. This isn’t your average dealership. The customer satisfaction here is insane for every single department. For sales, everyone is amazing. I’ve personally always worked with Harry Shah and he’s always provided what we’ve requested, even after the sale. Him and Mike (the finance manager) are the reason why we’ve leased 4-5 vehicles and purchased two brand new vehicles. For service, same concept. You can walk into service and anyone you work with will go above and beyond your expectations, whether they’re a porter or a service advisor. My go-to has been Dylan McCance because he’ll always go the extra mile to make sure my experience was nothing less than phenomenal. For example, I came in for a check engine light on my vehicle. Not only did Dylan diagnose my vehicle within minutes, he also checked my alignment, my brakes, and when my last oil change was before I left. This is definitely my preferred dealership (I don’t live remotely close to it but they’ll still valet my vehicle) because of the fantastic customer satisfaction.
Do the right thing and fix Caseys car. Stop making excuses and make it right.Edit- RE: My primary concern is the safety of the consumer and others on the road, not the success of your dealership. Perhaps you should stop selling Mercedes if corporate will not take ownership of problems with their safety systems.

I had visited the parts department about a month ago looking to see if some parts were still available for my older Mercedes. When I walked in I was instantly greeted by the 2 young men on each side of the counter. However the older woman ignored me and gave a dirty grin. I didn’t pay much attention to it. I walked to the young man which I believe his name was Ron or Rick? He was beyond happy to help me! A few minutes went by and the woman rudely looked over and said can’t you find it? It’s not that hard!? She then got up and started telling him what to do in such a rude manner. I could not believe the way she was talking to young man. Come on dumb a55, it’s not that hard, click this click that! Even the other young man looked over in disgust at the way she was talking. Other than her attitude the 2 young men had excellent customer service!
Best car buying experience! Drove all the way from Cleveland to look at a used car and ended up with 2 cars. The Manager, Jason and Carlton our Salesperson made the whole experience as easy and smooth as possible. It was so worth the drive! I wish all dealerships were like this one.
My husband surprised me and turned in his prior lease early so we were on a time crunch but luckily my husband knew what I wanted and I knew what I wanted but never the less Chris made it easy for us and made us feel like it was all about our choice and no matter the distance he would get us what we wanted. My husband was able to get a loaner vehicle while our vehicle was delivered from another city. Our purchase experience was great and We have no regrets!

Rick in the parts department was able to find the right parts And Diagrams I didnt know I needed in addition I recieved the same day vs waiting for the online to ship. Very happy with Mr. Rick.
I took my car for repair, agreed to the first estimate to fix the issue. They called twice with two parts that needs to be replaced after the first estimate .I Refused the service and took it all to Ann Arbor, Michigan. Well my instinct was correct, the car did not need ANY parts to be replaced and I had feeling that they where trying to rip me off. Beware of this dealer dont do any business with them, It will cost you .
I drove 100 miles to Vin Devers because they had the car I wanted, not knowing what to expect from the dealership. I was taken care of extremely well by the whole staff. From the moment I parked in the lot, I felt welcomed and respected. I have been to many car dealers where this is not the case!Vin Devers gave me the impression of a family run business, not a corporate car selling factory. The follow up service I have received after the sale has been a pleasant surprise also.

We came in just to look for a car and ended up walking out with a Mercendes Benz C300.The facility itself was very open and clean. As soon as we sat down, we were welcomed by staff that walked by us. Your really do not get this much attention with many dealerships.Our salesman Sammy really walked us through each step, answering any questions and concerns we had on the way. He had pride in being apart of the Mercedes Benz family and knew so much about each vehicle. This was beneficial to us because we were able to find the car to suit all of our needs very quickly. He even knew more than my husband that has dealt with cars all his life. Once we found the car him and his manager Tim were able to really work with us with pricing. Sammy then took his time with my husband teaching him all about the car and its features. We were out with our new car by the next day ( because we had insure the vehicle).They went above and beyond our expectations, my husband and I are very happy to be apart of the Mercedes Benz Family. Recently purchased a used 2013 Audi S6, Ziad was of great assistance made sure the car was washed and detailed prior to my pick up and the process was very quick and easy! Mikel helped me get my loan squared away before I even came in and Jessie helped me with getting my maintenance appointments set up. Everyone was very friendly and kind and I will most definitely be returning to the dealership and recommending them to friends and family.
I had my wifes vehicle in last week and the Service Dept. did an awesome job as usual! Jesse in service is always prompt, professional and a real pleasure to deal with. Hes always does his best to accommodate the customers busy schedule.
We had our GL in for service for a week or so. We were leaving on a major vacation the next day. When my wife got the vehicle back it started to smoke that night around 8pm. Keith the service manager had excellent response and got a tech out to look at it. It was a major component failure, water pump bearing. He took care of the repair first thing in the morning and got the vehicle back to us that afternoon. We were a day late on our vacation, but Keith the service manager took care of us and our vehicle right away. Thanks again Keith!

We purchased a Lexus ES350 and Ramon was our salesperson. The vehicle was beautiful as described in the listing and Ramon was extremely helpful in the purchasing process as we are located 5 hours away. I was recently on a drive from Pittsburgh to South Bend, Indiana when I struck debris which resulted in a blown out tire on the Ohio Turnpike near Sandusky, Ohio. None of the local tire places in Sandusky had my size tire in stock so my options were to drive 45 miles back on the turnpike towards Cleveland or to Vin Devers in Sylvania, 70 miles away. I was able to speak with Dylan in service at Vin Devers and he said he would have someone make a run up to Detroit for my tires the next morning and I could come in around 11 am to have my tire replaced. Since it was already 5 pm on Thursday I chose to drive to Vin Devers in Sylvania.The next morning we were welcomed by Dylan and eventually met all the sales people at the dealership as well as their GM, all very nice. Since we knew we had to get an alignment once my tire was replaced I knew it was going to take a bit of time, especially since I didnt really have an appointment. Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and checked on us as we waited. One sales person even suggested a restaurant across the street for wood grilled pizza, delicious by the way. So thank you again for making our diversion to Sylvania pleasant.Sean

I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Vin Devers (specifically Dick, Brian, and Mike). I bought a used car from the lot. Unfortunately, the vehicle developed some clutch issues within the first 30 days (warranty). Vin Devers honored the warranty, even more so than I expected. My vehicle was not as expensive as most of the brands, but they treated me with integrity, respect, honor, and for that I am grateful.6 out of 5 stars!! That is right. I look forward to dealing with Vin Devers again in the future. You will not be disappointed!!
Last week I had a service done at this place, it was a pleasant experience and a very nice place. I was delivering a load at a near-by city, needed some maintenance done and they took me without a hassle. I would recommend this place to anyone. Autumn who works there was very helpful. A+ service!!!

Carleton (sales) is a great representation of the Mercedes brand. He’s competent, professional, and provides A1 customer service. In actuality, our experience with him has been real positive, more so than with other Mercedes dealerships. I highly recommend Carleton in Sales for any future purchases. Keith and the service team took the time to correct and reimburse me for an accidentle engine tune that got erased from my car. From the moment we originally entered the dealership we knew this was going to be a cut above experience..Our salesman, Chris, was truly interested in getting to know us and our needs and expectations for a new vehicle purchase. After several weeks and quite a few test drives and ongoing correspondence with Chris, it was determined that we would be ordering our new Audi. He was extremely patient and detailed during this process and kept us updated while we waited for the arrival. When we took possession of the new car, the process was efficient and all of our questions were answered. We are looking forward to sharing our experience at this dealership with others.
DO NOT GO HERE! They refused to fix an issue with a friends car that had a RECALL on the braking system which endangered her life. The braking system failed multiple times which the service department could see in the the cars trip history, and they STILL refused to fix it under the recall. They said the customer would need to call Mercedes Corporate for approval on the recall fix and corporate said that it was up to the SERVICE DEPARTMENT. UNACCEPTABLE!
Bought a Used Car from Vin Devers end of June - the whole process was smooth and easy! About 3 months later I noticed my moon roof would not seal - as I know I purchased a USED car, I called to see if there was anything they could do to help. To my surprise they said YES bring it in and Mike took care of it in no time. Granted it was not broken just needed to be put back in place but most places wouldnt have you bring it in 3 months later and offer any kind of help. Thanks Vin Devers I will be back for my next vehicle!!

Genuinely the most shocking experience I have ever had in the car world and Ive run across some horrors. This dealership completely stonewalled me with the run-a-round game to avoid fixing an SBC braking system that would fail with no warning while the car is under warranty. This dealership could see the fault in the cars memory, but played the game of putting contingents on the circumstances in which they would fix it. They were trying to pawn the responsibility off to Mercedes corporate and lead me astray wasting massive amounts of my time with a telephone call wild goose chase. After losing days of time trying to find a solution to an unsafe vehicle (that I couldnt in good conscience let a family member drive), I took the Mercedes to an out of town dealership who fixed the SL500 quickly under warranty with a new braking system when they saw the computer memory indicating the failures that left me with virtually no brakes on multiple occasions. The out of town dealer also detailed the car and most importantly treated me like a human being. Respectfully Vin Devers, its time to completely re-assess your service department.
I had such a great experiencing buying my Audi Q5 at Vin Devers in Sylvania. Chris was super helpful and friendly, and I felt like he worked hard to get me a great deal. Both Chris and Eric made sure I understood all of my new Audis amazing features, and reassured me that if I have any questions theyll always be there to help. I absolutely LOVED working with Mikel Maras in finance as well. He was so helpful in explaining everything to me, and I really trust him and his attention to detail. Overall from the time I came in, throughout my search, to the time I drove away in my new car I felt I was a priority, and that really meant a lot.
(I have only had my car serviced here). Its a German car dealer, so expect to pay German prices for basic service. However, the service manager is very attentive and is very quick to respond to texts and phone calls, not to mention he is pretty good at remembering people - a great trait for someone in customer service.They are usually fairly quick to get your car back to you and its always returned freshly washed.
This is a Mercedes, not some discount economy car, what happened toOnly The Best or Nothing? This issue on Caseys vehicle is potentially deadly braking issue, not a niggling fault. Dealerships in general have terrible reputations so why not step up and be the exception to the rule. Thank you.
I seriously love this place! I have a nice AUDI S5 that needed some detail clean once a year, each time theyve done a wonderful job! My car always comes back looking brand new . they took 5 hours to do their job perfect and it is worth to do it once a year !
My wife and I had just started shopping for a new to us car. We had stopped shopping for the day and was in the process of driving by this dealership when I pulled in on a whim. We found one vehicle we were interested in, parked at the office. We were talking to a salesman promptly and were heading out on a test drive. The van was exactly what we were looking for. The price was lower than what we were approved for when we talked with the bank to get pre-approved. It was close to closing time and we needed to wait until Monday to get everything taken care of, due to me having to work all weekend. Monday we showed up two hours earlier than we were expected. The sales group worked around us to finish up the loose ends. We are very happy with the experience.
Customer service is horrible. Service Advisors do not return calls and are not willing to give you estimates on repairs. Ive called 3-5 times and get sent straight to voicemail.
We worked with Brian, the sales manager. I had multiple conversations with the Brian to negotiate h potential trade value on my car for a 2010 Sequoia and sent photos for appraisal. We came to an agreement and traveled over 2 hours from Columbus to purchase the 2010 Sequoia Brian, the sales manager for 29 years, 100% did not disclose that the Sequoia trunk was crushed in and was in an accident!! The new tires they listed in the internet add, Were also a lie. The tires were newer, but had at least 10-15k miles in them. The pristine car they presented was 100% misleading and Brian did not even bother to apologize. He said- Its a 7 year old car, its to be expected.I suggested that stating it was accident free was a complete LIE and that Vin Devers was not trustworthy. I would suggest to have any used vehicle independently checked out prior to buying from Vin Devers. The sales person did give us a tank of gas to drive back to COLUMBUS, which was very gracious - worthy of 1 star. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
My experience with this dealership was so amazing! The entire staff was so kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional. By far the best person I dealt with was Chris Micheaux in the Service Department. He made what could have been a terrible day great! I hit a pothole, and did a ton of damage, Chris got me back on the road and made me even laugh in less than an hour. I didnt miss any of my meetings that day because of him. Ill always go back to Vin Devers because of this level of service and professionalism they all showed me. I even bought a car from them, and that was a great experience too....If you need a car, go see Harry, he was the best too!
Within 2 hours of inquiry Jason Perry returned my call - on his day off!. The next day, Carlton Carter brought the Audi to my office to drive. Within 48 hours, Eric, Duane and Chris all supported the delivery of the new Audi. After 25 years with BMW - the experience from this team, and now the thrill of the A7, Im truly impressed with this group at Devers Audi.
