Akeem the store manger has absolutely amazing custom Service and clearly he is A professional multitasker he runs his store with Ease you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door and by the looks of it he is an amazing trainer and LOVES WHAT HE DOES there is this amazing young lady named Zacky it looks like Zaki is still in training and Akeem is going to get her ready for success Zacky also has amazing customer service I went to get my two notebooks spiraled and at the register she try to add on it upscale asking me would you like any candy will you be needing any additional notebooks spiraled will you like any of our beautiful journals or planners after I said no thank you she asked will you be needing anything will you be needing any other services while your here Way to go Akeem and ZackyThe team environment is absolutely superb as Akeem was going back to start in my books Zacky said hey I can do that is it ok if I tried Akeem said absolutely he gave her directions and let her know to inform him if she had any questions more customers came in with boxes and he knocked it out and went over to grab one of the books that were ready to spiral and he got that book spiked in less than 10 seconds it seemed BUT..... Zacky noticed how he did it and without asking questions she Spiraled the last book perfectly When Akeem finished with more customers he went over to check on zacky to see if she needed assistance little did he know she was done and getting ready to hand my book to me he was surprised and you could tell he was definitely a happy manager and zacky girl you are definitely a self starter if I can give you 10 stars I would and the place was very clean a wonderful environment great job guys

I have shipped several boxes and they arrived on time and the prices were reasonable and the customer service was nice. Recently I had a bad experience wth a Suwanee Ups store sending a letter to my daughter in Boston. It got lost, damaged, and delayed. I switched to this FedEx store and things went soooo smoothly and the cost was nice too. Today I have shipped again a box and the shipping charge was a lot cheaper than the Ups store. People were nice also. I guess this store will be my store! 🤗

I was on my way to turn in my thesis for my Masters Degree and noticed that a page was missing. I luckily had my final draft with me that included my missing page. I happened to be driving by this location and ran into for help on getting it fixed. I had 20 minutes to fix it and all the workers here helped me to get my thesis fixed and rebound in record time. They were so sweet to me and very professional. I will be going here for any of my copy and shipping needs from now on!

This Fedex is so good because of the staff. I come in a lot for business and they are always so friendly and greet me by name. They’ve been really helpful with my transactions and figuring things out. They treat me like a close friend. I’m really grateful I live near this Fedex. Jenn and Brittney are usually the ones that help me. They are an absolute pleasure. Amin sometimes helps me too and he’s really nice and friendly as well. Five stars. The staff here is crushing it!

Went in to print some double sided flyers. Mohammad had them printed and cut in less than 10 minutes and provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend stopping here for printing needs

Not all FedEx offices are the same. This one outshines them all. Jennifer has a wonderful can-do attitude and went way above-and-beyond to get my academic poster printed with the best quality & price and met the agreed upon deadline as well. I wish all FedEx offices were like this.

I usually use UPS, but if I am near this FedEx, I go here. The ladies here are awesome. Way better than those people at the Mall of GA location.

Oh my god I hate FedEx so much... I gave an another try after my big disappointment at the mall of ga one... And it happens again... printed in wrong size and upside down. A total mess. The lady was able to fix it but still giving me that attitude this is how it came through. Haha... and extremely expensive. She probably charged me for printing again, the FedEx system error, the wrong sizing issue that FedEx has.
