I am a small business owner and tried so many shipping centers from Alpharetta to Suwanee but, this Pak Mail location is the best. Every time I drop off a package with pre-paid label before late afternoon, it’d start tracking the same day. They also have great customer service. Trace is incredibly hospitable, kind and polite. Would recommend!

Trace and his crew were so helpful in getting our shipment sent to West Africa! This shipment was a donation of a garden tower and in support of the Conscious Leadership Academy we are in the process of building there. I am a small business owner and have used this locations services since 2012. I have seen it transition from various owners and I can personally tell you that it’s current owner (Trace) has thoroughly improved and streamlined this locations services Into a well organized, caring and friendly business that supports our community!

Had a reservation to pick up a Uhaul truck at this location. The truck was there, but nobody at this business could be bothered to put the keys in the lockbox for self pick up. This was at 7:00AM, and, incredibly, they don’t open until 11:00 on a weekday. After calling Uhaul (which took a half-hour), I had to drive to a different t location in another town to get another truck, costing me about 2 hours of time. This PakMail only seems to have about 3 trucks on a busy day, so I can’t see how they can fail like this.

I drive past three other shipping shops including another Pak Mail because the price and service here simply cant be beat.

Staff is clueless beyond all reason; random merchandise that looks like it doesnt belong in a shipping place for sale; the older bald gentlemen is rude as all get out; acts like he doesnt even want my business
