I love this store dont get me wrong. However, today, I would not have been able to purchase all of my items because I was (1) one cent short! I walked back to my car to retrieve change of 5 cents to complete the transaction! Kimberlee, the cashiers response was that she wanted to keep her job. I spent over $50 and she was hung up over 1 cent. Who does that! This store will not see a cent from me!!

I love Pier One. Can always find the perfect gift. Friendly and very helpful staff. I’m really sad to see that they are closing.

Havent been in a Pier 1 in over 30 years. It was neat and clean and employees were very helpful. Wish they had more color selection of candles but I made it work anyway!

Place was almost cleared out. It was a sad site to see. I feel so bad for the employees that are losing their jobs.

Ordered a marble gold table online it was delivered to the wrong address. When I tried to explain I’m in a new neighborhood instead of associate suggesting it get sent to the store I was lectured that it was my responsibility to track it with UPS. What happened to customer service? I will cancel this order and Pier 1 will not get my busin se.

Ordered online received a banquet. It was not in its best condition they went above n beyond to locate another one. This item was sold out everywhere. Thank you Ed!Ed has excellent customer service skills! Pier 1 showed appreciation towards their customers.

Whats not to love? Great selection of home decor. Very nice employees. Lots of free parking. Periodic classes held there to give you ideas on decorating your home.

Friendly staff, Ed is very knowledgeable about his store. A variety to choose from. I enjoy going back and seeing new pieces.

A different experience than i thought Id have, beautifully laid out store that is open and well lit. Friendly staff and great assortment of products. Not the easiet to see from the road, but its worth visiting at least once.

This store always has a very friendly staff, however today not so great. The woman that was helping me was incredibly rude. I am not sure if she was tired of their sale, however I think she probably should have stayed home today.
