I called looking for an item I really wanted that was no longer sold online . I had the brand, exact name of the item, description of material including a zipper, and price point. The woman working was short with and said the item was in stock and rudely mentioned that I could just go online after I told her the website said to check inventory with stores. Of course when we arrived it was completely not even close to what we were looking for.......... 40 mile round trip waste of time.

Great store. Clean with enough space to look around without worrying about moving around other people. Friendly staff also.

I like BBB but the staff is not friendly at this location, and this is the reason for 3 stars. They also seemed to be low on inventory and many displays are empty. Otherwise they have a good variety of household goods and I can typically find anything I need.

Had to call 10 minutes after checking in for contactless delivery to get them to bring my order. Order was accurate and coupon helped with price.

4 stars because of the lack of the 2 things I was wanting. Had everything but one size on the rugs, and only had 1 of the curtain packages (I was looking for 3). I gave the 5 stars, however, due to the lovely woman that helped me by actually looking through the bin to see if there was the rug in there that was going to be stocked, and for the other young lady that checked on a frame price for me. Great customer care! Thank you! (Unfortunately, I did not make a purchase at all, though.)

Nice store for household items.

They let old people in the store with no mask on even though it is FEDERALLY mandated and by all agencies of the state. So, if they do not take this seriously and let contaminated people cough all over there store and don’t say anything about the mask not being on. I say everyone who has lost someone to this or is immune compromised stay away from all bed bath and beyond because they do not care about you at all.

Just finished shopping at the Surprise Arizona store. Our service was amazing! A wheelchair was provided for my Aunt and we were directed to the proper places for our needs. Great job!!!

Very professional and listens to your complaint) Worst experience ever at any store. Came in here to get my daughter something for her birthday with her. Don’t shop here often. I bought a comforter but I wasn’t sure when I bought it on time frame. So I asked questions on how I could return it as they had one queen size left for 75% off and when I bought it I paid full price for a king size. The manager on staff tonight went on to say since I don’t have the receipt that they would have to do research and it could take 24 hours for them to find it as they don’t show any being sold in the last 52 month. My sister had explain to me the return process was easy. To me it sounds like it’s a nightmare. Then I had a 20% coupon on my phone for my daughter to spend with her birthday money. And I was going to try to use a coupon for my one purchase. And the girl never explain to me that you can only use the coupon once even though it was a phone coupon. So we used it on my daughters purchase that was only $20. And when I went to go buy my item she explained the coupon cannot be used. I stood there for a good 15 minutes in the store at the register looking for other coupons frustrated and all of the girls their at the front could see that I was frustrated with no help to figuring out how to make this work.Finally the one girl that was left at the front with me stated she would return the item so that I can get the coupon on the bigger purchase. But the coupon was no longer on my phone. Just what a horrible service this was. No discounts for military either. I was so upset I almost did not buy my sons blanket but I still did as I was not going to let that get to me. But I almost did not because of how horrible all three of these girls were. Even the manager was not easy going on return process when we talked as if they don’t want you to return the item that’s broken.

Had what we needed, plus some. Really like their pillows. Prices are reasonable, esp with a coupon. Staff is helpful, if you can find someone free. Checkout always seems to be a struggle, just never seem to have enough people at the registers and they back up quickly. Recommend.

It always surprises me as to how friendly and helpful this place is. Especially when you consider how automated most places are these days. Service is personal, polite and beyond what you get at many retailers. Prices are fair and if you have one of their coupons for your purchase, iits always a great deal. Traffic in this parking lot can be a bit trying but worth the trip.

They always go EXCEEDINGLY well above and beyond in the customer service area. To the point that we have been surprised on several occasions at how much time and effort they put into making us 100% satisfied. I can tell you that doesnt happen often these days. There are still some businesses around that actually see the value of good customer service, but theyre definitely a dying breed. Bed Bath & Beyond is in a whole other class of its own on the customer service front. One of our favorite stores and a regular stop when were out and about.

Im one of those people who can spend a long time browsing the Myriad items available for your home in a Bed Bath & Beyond. I mean how many different kinds of pillows are there? more than I could look at in half an hour. I think the kitchen section is my favorite part finding new tools that I didnt know I needed to make my cooking experience more exciting. and if you want to spend $2,000 on towels youve come to the right place.

Looking for a black bath mat today. Guess black isnt in any more. Yet, with so many to colors to choose from, I did find one that would work. At the check out, the 20% off coupon that I had just received via email was not loading ... disappointed in that. I still consider Bed, Bath and Beyond a terrific store.

I bought twin xl fitted sheets. White color. The sheets were very soft and they stayed on the bed even when the head or feet of my electric bed was being used.

Great lodge, fine beer selection, very friendly members. Large dry camping area adjacent to the Lodge. Golf course directly across from the Lodge. Nice quiet residential area.

Great store for those of us who dont know what we need to get. I always find something different here I could spend hours wandering around. I bought a cutting board and a dish rack good bargains

Returned here again today. I like this store just NO customer service here. I especially enjoy this store when there getting ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas. You can get some good buys on seasonal items plus usr your coupon.

My wife drags me here daily it seems. I see the same old stuff but she loves it. They have a great return policy and a nice clearance section that they add to throughout the day.With that said if you want something for the house its the place to shop but Im waiting in the car 😉

This store used to be extremely clean and organized, now its just cluttered. The employees arent really helpful, thats if you can find one. There candle selection is really disappointing and they used to carry a wide selection of bathing products like Spa and Milk.

The cashier was very helpful. I had several questions while I was shopping, and the clerks with whom I spoke seemed happy to stop what they were doing to help me. All in all, it was a very pleasant shopping experience! Plus, I love using their coupons!!

My husband and I bought a new Calphalon cookware set today from this Surprise location and had a great experience. The manager, Brian, helped us with all of our questions and was very kind and attentive. The cashier (I think her name was Laura, but it started with an “L”) was also great because she made sure to get someone to help us with our questions from the very beginning. Excellent staff at this location! Thank you for your awesome customer service.

I usually come to this Bed Bath & Beyond. But today my experience was exceptional. The humidifier I purchased previously started making a weird noise. I brought it back and the sales associates took care of me in no time. I am very pleased with my todays experience. This will definitely be my favorite store and I will be shopping here more often.

Can’t get much lazier employees here. Line is a mile long and employees are playing grab a$$ in the back of the store. Place is a mess and no one cares.

The management changed the format all the merchandise in the store its nothing like it used to look I used to enjoy just going in there and browsing its simply just is not the same
