Worst Costumer service ever! I went in the morning and asked for specific pricing for an envelope to be sent to canada. Although James (the clerk) was irritated and annoyed by the request, he did eventually give me answers and told me to come back before 7 if I wanted to send it express. I came back at 6:40 (the truck was still there)...the lady automatically decided that the package was over $100 (almost double what James said), kept cutting me every time I tried to speak, and was huffing and puffing. I left after expressing that they have bad customer service. Will definitely start using ups instead.

Today I visited this fedEx 13715 W sunrise Blvd FL, 33323, and ERIKA helped me, what a bad experience, I always go to this fedex because a Hispanic lady works there at this time I do not remember her name but she is always kind, I know that Erika speaks Spanish and today when I ask her, you speak Spanish She said NO, I wonder if she could give me help in Spanish because she denied it, very bad, help is not denied to anyone and less when she is representing a company like that, I saw little empathy in her not only for That he refused to speak in Spanish, if not because he kept me waiting for 5 minutes and being first in the waiting line he attended another client before me who had been waiting for a long time, I do not think he did not like me that I was Hispanic.

Fedex has always been a very serious company, in this office the staff is super friendly, they guide and are very professional in organizing your shipments and parcels. Especially ERIKA, very friendly, bilingual and helpful.

This is the first time Ive ever been refused a shipment by FedEx. The supervisor or manager there told me I could not ship a guitar in a soft case because of fedex policy. I looked up fedex policy and it clearly states you can ship hard or soft case bound guitars with adequate packing. The supervisor informed me his store doesnt have to follow corporate policy because they are independent and dont want to be financially responsible for the guitar. He said its their decision if they want to accept the shipment or not. Mind you, he didnt open the box and see how it was packaged, he just flat out denied me. I went to UPS and happily shipped it next door. I also called fedex corporate and filed a complaint and was informed that corporate will be investigating the store for altering policies that are set by corporate for a reason, the corporate employee also told me that if this was an independent fedex at Walgreens or something, that might be true; however, this location is a Fedex office that HAS to follow their universal policy. I hope the man that helped me reads this and knows that i provided fedex corporate with your name. I hope you stand by your policy. I will never ship through you guys again and i will be informing my business partners of your corrupt store. Good day.

My husband Z and I love this Fedex. We love James, Erica, Karla and Brittany. They are the best!!! They are all helpful, nice and professional. The Manager is also very nice. Fast, Friendly and Efficient Service with a smile. The Fedex on University should follow their example.

Used to be a great place to get prints made easily and affordable. Apparently recent policy changes have taken what used to be a 2$ transaction and skyrocketed it to the point where small jobs are no longer worth coming here for. Extremely disappointed in FedEx for this, especially since the competition for print shops is seemingly non-existent in this area.

Amazing service! Andrea was great. She helped me with my son’s birthday invitation. She even told me about some poster options I can print for the party! Very good service. Fast printing. High resolution color printing. Thank you!

Although I typically have enjoyed excellent service from FedEx, I was deeply disappointed with the lack of customer service I experienced at this branch. The team member who assisted me, Drew, seemed unfamiliar with using the equipment and was rude. He failed to provide the printing price until AFTER the job was complete and did not suggest any alternatives. Had I been given the price before the printing (which was far beyond our printing budget), we would have looked into alternatives. No price was given, no alternatives were suggested. I called FexExs customer service and was promised a call from Andrea, the branch manger, within 20 minutes. Three days later I am still awaiting the call. My hope is that FedEx will satisfactorily correct this situation in keeping with the excellent standard of service that the company is known for.

I showed up with school projects that needed to go to a national competition. I cant say enough good things about each and every one of the people there. They treated the projects, and for that matter me, as if we were family. If you give bonuses they, especially the manager, deserve them.

I sent them an e-mail with some very important Notices to print. They were ready when I got there printed perfectly, I got the supplies I also needed, and they were very polite and helpful. I will use them again for sure.

They refused my package couse i didnt want to buy a box from them.The box i had was a little bit worn by fedex delivery guy and i used the same box to return a product. The box was usable otherwise i wouldnt have accepted it from fedex. However this guy wanted to sell me stuff i dont need.Took it to a different fedex location and they accepted it without problems.
