I stopped by this location to drop off a return.The gentleman behind the counter were nice and helped me with shipping my package back to the manufacturer.Kind and quick service.

Do not use the webpage to print an order, because if the owner is not there No ONE is able to print the order you paid for online. Owner is in the mornings on top of that the owner is rude!! He has assistanted me multiple of times i stop going because I assume the owner had bad employees but find out today he is the owners. Take your print jobs to FedEx, the staff young guys are super nice but they are limited because the owner is not smart enough to give them access to the online printing orders.

First time using services at this particular location and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Went in with baby in arms and older child, as the employee was assisting me with a shipment the owner who goes by the name Paul called my son’s attention and told him to stop that when my 7 yr old was just looking at the postcards. Told my son to stay next to me but as any other child kept wondering around the store. After I was done and ready to leave the store my son was playing with bubble wrap and these man screamed by child asking him to stop. I told him to mind his manners and confronted him about finding a better way to address things mostly with kids. That man was rude and with lack of customer service and disrespected me and my child, he challenged me and questioned my parenting. On the other hand Kevin was helpful and diligent. However, I would never come back to these place neither recommend these location, I find them racist and unable to care for their local customers.

Called store yesterday to ask if they could help me print from my android phone. Was told yes. Got there this morning but was told they did not know how to take a screen shot in order to print the messages I wanted. Left frustrated.

Rude manager from the start. I asked politely to just tape side of box opening and I would pay and he was like nope buy a roll and tape it yourself with attitude. I will never return to this UPS store and will file a complaint with UPS. Very unprofessional.

No wonder this location has so many negative reviews! I’ve had several terrible experiences here. A purchase I made at Gap gave me the option (on the website) to have it shipped to the store for safety. When I went to pick up my package, the manager decided he would charge me $5 just to pick it up! I had done this before with no issues, but today, he just decided to make up a fee! His reasoning is that I don’t have a PO Box. Nooooo, if Gap offers this service for FREE, you cannot just MAKE UP A FEE. Actually, he said they were returning the package.Super rude and their prices are very high. Will never return as this is not the 1st time they have tried to scam me. Please read other similar reviews. Location on University and Atlantic is much better.

This is one of my favorite UPS stores. I’ve been there several times and I always receive the same consistent,’professionalService. The entire staff is wonderful but just have toMention that Jason one of the sales associates should be the poster child for great customer service (which is so hard to find these days). He is professional, sincere in his interactions with the customers, efficient and just all around a great employee!!

The heavyset guy that SITS in the front is condescending. I wasn’t talking to him about my dissatisfaction with the $3.25 charge to print the first page. Yet he decided to but in my conversation with the clerk that was helping me just to tell me some bs I already knew. I wasn’t talking to him at all. Focus on your job and let your coworker do his. You all really need to charge less to simply print an Amazon label since you all are heavily affiliated with them and their customers. I should not have been charged $3.25 for a 5x7 label to be printed. I hate it here!

Jason helped me find the least expensive way to send my package and was very patient. I was in and out in no time and have been back twice to send more packages. Interactions with the owner have been nothing but professional and was able to use a coupon multiple times for my packages! I will only use this UPS store!

**DO NOT USE THIS STORE** I do not recommend this location for your shipments specially for Next Day Air Services. This is the typical staff that will tell you your package will be on time to get your money right at the moment but if the delivery goes wrong they are not willing to refund your money or help you on anyway, they will blame everyone but their Franchise. No ethic, respect or appreciation for the customer. If I could give 0 stars I will. Save yourself time, money and headaches. Terrible experience!

I have been a mailbox customer here for 4 years due to the convenience, location and staff. In all these years, I have yet to have a negative thing to say about the store or the staff, who always ensure I am greeted by name when I enter.

Beware of Jason; very rude staff. After being told that he would not accept my USPS package as all other UPS stores have, he became belligerently loud with what seemed like a temper and even snatched my package from me. I told him I did not appreciate his tone and what seemed to be incompetence and Id prefer to take my packages elsewhere. Ive had much better service with the a.m. shift.

The staff is really rude, I had an appointment at 9:30a.m (I scheduled thru the website) and when I arrived there it was closed, I call them and the guy in the phone told me that the store open at 10am. .. basically it didnt matter if I have the appointment and I couldnt notarized my documents.

Bad Customer Service, manager is loud and angry with everything he says and will ignore you if you ask too much questions, plenty of unnecessary attitude. Everything overpriced, visiting this store is pointless.

I will NEVER use this store again. These people are very uncooperative! I shipped a package from this store, and it was lost. I have been waiting 2 weeks for this to be resolved and to be refunded the cost of the items and shipping costs. Since I shipped through the store they are considered the shipper so when I call UPS directly they tell me the refund has to go through the store. UPS is telling me the investigation into the missing package is complete, yet the store is telling me its not. So who isnt telling the truth? I would say its the store! Never again.

TERRIBLE attitude and unprofessional service. They forgot to cover the original address for the returned package. Which I paid for the return label to them, and they are the one to paste on the package.When the package resend it to me, I have to bring it back to them. They blamed me for their mistake. Will never come to this store again.

This store is horrible. I do not recommend it at all. Owner is very disrespectful. He screams at customers and intimidates workers. Ive had the worst experiences going to this store to deliver items or make copies.I had to write this review because I do not want anybody to have similar experiences.

Bad. I brought a box that just needed tape and asked kindly for peace of mind for them to put tape but the lady there just said, You were supposed to do it I considered this so disrispectful that I will never come back to this store again.
