The employees are amazing they helped me and a bunch of my friends out every time we went. Sarah the new manager however told an employee to talk to us because she considered us acting “sus” aka stealing within the store. I don’t know if it’s because one of my friends are darkskin because whenever me and my other friends went she never acted like this towards us. I will personally tell every single one of my friends that shop in Pacsun to not go anymore because what I experienced today was embarrassing and shocking.

The selection of clothes wasnt nearly as much as online. Before visiting the store I checked out the online store which had plenty of clothes I would have loved. Once I got to the store there wasnt one single thing that I liked. I was very disappointed.

Their system is always down and management is rude. Drove all the way here twice in a row (I don’t live that close) for them to tell me their system is down and they can’t accept returns. Management didn’t even apologize. Not returning.

My family ordered me a pair of pants from PacSun online, during the Cyber Monday sale. It was my Christmas gift this year and upon trying them on, I discovered not only did they not fit, but there was a hole in the left pocket. Today I came to the mall to return the pants only to be rudely informed that there is a 30 day return policy. My mom and I tried explaining when it was bought and how it was a Christmas gift that I just opened, to no avail. We pleaded our case until the manager came over, where she then insulted us, and told us to drop it. Her behavior was unacceptable and I was completely astounded. I elected to take store credit instead of keeping a pair of PANTS WITH A WHOLE IN THEM. Not only did I receive a defective product, but also the terrible and disrespectful service made my entire experience pitiful. Never will I shop PacSun again.

One of the employees was extremely rude, gave us the wrong info, and a tonnnnn of sass 😂 this other one had us standing in front of her to checkout for about 2 minutes until she finally looked up, rolled her eyes, and pointed behind her to another cashier. This one guy helped us was really kind though, so thanks manOverall the store really needs to work on organization and where they place their signs and promotional advertising, and considering how rude some of the employees were its kinda difficult to find what youre looking for

We were able to ask the questions and evacuate all the doubts we had, however, given the unavailability of the models we were looking for, we could not finish the purchase. The quality of care and the predisposition of the staff to attend correctly is amazing. The place does not have its own parking, but in the shopping there is free.
