The bald guy that works there has a terrible customer service. He disrespected and was extremely rude to one of the most popular influencers from Colombia that went to the store yesterday. We all saw it in video. This is a very nice brand but with people like this person as a sales representative, it makes the brand look really bad.

O stars it should be. i had one of the top Colombian influencers go shopping there and the service they gave her was awful. even told her to leave that if she wanted better service she needed to go to an actual store and not an outlet. go check her out in her IG la_segura and you can see how he responded to her. also she has an amount of 7.2 million followers. horrible horrible service.

These people are very rude and and totally disregard that there is a crowd waiting for them to open 30 minutes past their opening hours. I guess their morning coffee takes priority over customers

An amazing outlet with even better staff. We visited in December and (I believe her name was )Jennifer was extremely helpful. She went over and beyond to find us the right sizes. She demonstrated outstanding customer service and should be given a promotion or a bonus for her unbelievable dedication to customers.

Amazing customer service, Julie or Jennifer (forgot the name as it has been a while) was a pleasure to deal with and I would return to buy again just to work with her. Lots of nice stuff at great prices cant go wrong.

Very poor service! sellers promised an additional 10-15% discount and when they spent 4 hours in the store and chose things and it was the turn to pay, sellers said they would not provide an additional discount !! 😤🤯
