The Columbia Store in Sawgrass mall has become one of my favorite stores. Starting with the staff...the customer service at this location is amazing! Every time time I have visited, I have always been assisted by the most nicest, helpful and knowledgeable employees. The store managers are wonderful as well. They so graciously assisted me with online returns and a refund issue. The store is always well organized and clean. The fitting rooms are also very clean. Love this store!

Big selection of winter thermal jackets for ski or freezing weather, gloves, hats, boots, socks, and a smaller area of summer style shirts, pants with sun shade protection. Pĺenty waterproof rain jackets, too. Nice friendly service, low $clearance racks, and overall lower prices!!! I shop often now to find a great sale & get coupons.

Pretty much the only place in South Florida where you can find winter and hiking gear at a discount. The store is well organized and usually not too busy for the obvious reason Floridians do not need these types of unless we are going on trips lol. Staff is helpful and always ready to lend you a bag or find items for you from the warehouse. Pretty good deals too.

The customer service at this store was terrible. Neither the salesman nor the manager I interacted with made any effort to be helpful. I will not be returning to this location as it was an extreme frustration and disappointment.

This store is a huge hit with the international crowd that frequents this mall and it is often fairly busy in Columbia!A good landmark for this store is the restaurant Matchbox, which is just a few steps away from this shop. If you like this brand, you should also check out North Face, which I prefer. Either way, the merchandise at these stores is quite similar.Columbia is really geared toward the outdoors or sporty lifestyle. They carry clothing for men, women and kids. The shoe section is decent, they have sneakers, hiking boots and sandals.Other items sold here include, belts, yoga clothing, dresses, sporty button down shirts, tees, shorts, pants, vests, swim wear, and even pillows.Columbia has a decent array of jackets from rain coats to ski parkas.They sell the favorite item of many Sawgrass Mills shopper, the SUITCASE!Prices here are reasonable, but you can certainly pay less for clothing at this mall.

This is an excellent factory store. It is the largest Columbia Factory Outlet I have seen. It had a nice selection of mens, womens and childrens clothing and a fairly large assortment of other Columbus gear (water bottles, back packs, soft sided coolers, hats, etc). Prices were generally about 20% below retail but there were a few racks of 70% off miscellaneous clothes. I got a nice rain coat for $23 that retailed for around $88. Not a lot of sales people on the floor, but checkout was fast and friendly. This store is inside the huge Sawgrass Mall so parking and traffic can be so issue, but we went at 8 pm and had no problem.

Yesterday evening I went into this store (not my first time). I needed help with some jackets for me and my family due to our upcoming trip. We needed some with more of water resistance since we will be going to a place that rains a bit. The first time I went to this store it was very lovely, the guys there are always helpful but yesterday the women there had the most disgusting attitude. Since the year started I have spent over $600 in this store but every time I asked for help I felt like I was bothering one of the sales associate. I watched how she interacted with others and I and my family were the only ones she dropped her shoulder for and was unwilling to help and rushed. At the register another lady, I advise her that we left our coupon in which she said that without it we can’t get the discount which is fine, however her attitude in how she spoke especially when we picked up the wrong item just shows the level of her customer service. I guess if you’re not of Latin descent you get treated like nothing. I came to this store because my clients referred it but never again and I will surely let my clients know how they treated their referral.

The best customer service of the entire mall can be found in this store. I live close to Aventura, the selection and customer service is worth the drive to this location! They make returns from online orders super easy. Also, never has a member of any staff taken a few moments to get to know what I was looking for, then bring me options that were exactly what I was looking for. Well amazingly enough that happened here. My upf shirt is totally awesome.... Thank You Maria :-)

Pretty good deals, but no mittens

I wish I could give no stars. The customer service was horrible. Not once did anyone ask us how we were doing. My husband, toddler son and I were looking at hiking shoes for our upcoming trip to Seattle. My son was in a stroller and having a tantrum as many 2 year olds do. He was grabbing a box off the shelf when a sales associate came running over to me yelling: “por favor! POR FAVOR!” She made a scene and made me feel very uncomfortable. She instantly made it known that she did not want my family in the store. This was my first time in this store in all my years living in Sunrise. It is the last time I will step foot in this store. I will make sure all my friends know about it, too. You should be ashamed.

Never been to this store until 2 weeks ago.My wife and I are headed to the Northwest on a trip in a couple of months and lo and behold, the perfect store.Caters primarily to fishing apparel I would say, with a wide variety of pullovers, jackets, raingear, pants, shorts, backpacks, etc...I thought the prices were fair and they gave us a $25 coupon to be used before the end of August, so....they got their hooks in us (couldnt help it)Well be baack..

Wish they knew a little more about cold weather. The fleece I purchased was nice but not very warm.

Great clothing selection

No service and subpar quality. Two weeks ago, I purchased a white Columbia polo for walking. The first time I put it on, I found pilling and shredding on the torso. I returned it tomthe store whi begrudgingly offered me a one time exchange. The new shirt has the same problem in the same location. Last week, I emailed customer service with their contact firm and my order number and never received a reply.
